Conscious Cravings Co - Cafe in Mount Eliza, Australia
Been excited to visit this place for the past few weeks and after todays customer service experience, I wont be coming back. After placing an order for myself and a friend, my friends food from the kitchen came out within 5 minutes along with her coffee, while my simple wrap, that just had to be toasted wasnt even served for another 20 minutes along with my drink. During that time my friend had finished her meal and drink.I had to ask 3 waitresses for my drink and wrap to be take away, I expressed how we had been waiting for over 20 minutes and my friends food had already been served.. Not a single one of the waitresses even apologised for the slow turn around or for serving the food at two completely different times.Along with the breakfast for the 2 of us ($58), I also had already ordered $55 worth of their sweets.Just very disappointing.
The best cinnamon scroll (only on weekends)Yummy 😋
Wow so good! I live in Koh Phangan Thailand, where food like this is so accessible, and mostly what everyone eats. I have been missing this type of food. Food, where the belly and mind, feel good after eating it, because it is nutrient filled and tastes delicious. So happy Ive found somewhere local to me that makes food as good as Koh Phangan! Definitely come try it if you are wanting to eat somewhere that leaves you feeling light and satisfied.
Had coffee & banana bread, my husband had the muffin. Didn’t know this place only has vegetarian & vegan menu only, if you are vegetarian/vegan this is the place for you. Coffee was good but the banana bread was really dense & dry which was not to my liking. Great service though, the staffs were very attentive.
Lovely quiet cafe, perfect for watching the world go by.
Nice fresh food, good coffee, service was okay. A nice friendly greeting goes a long way.
I ordered a cappuccino with coconut milk. That was great.
Loved this place! All the food and drinks are the highest of quality, wouldn’t even miss the meat and dairy aspect due to being vegan. Everything feels super fresh and tasty! Also great location and presentation of food/drinks. Would definitely come again and highly recommend
One Best coffee is enough👍
Great service, yummy food and a friendly atmosphere
Can’t get a smoothie at 1pm because they’ve had a slow day so are now turning away business? Hours and food available inconsistent. It’s good when you can be served though!
The shepherds pies are absolutely delicious, best Ive ever had and the salted caramel slice is heavenly.
Always really love visiting this cafe! Such a STUNNING location to sit and have coffee ☕ I got an acai bowl the other day which tickled my tastebuds in the best way possible. The cacao nibs added a lovely crunch to the dish. Everything available at CC is completely vegan - hello sustainability! They also have a menu for your doggo pals with pupachinos and celery sticks! Just love.
This was my first visit to this Cafe, and I was very impressed. Loved the dishs creativity, presentation, and taste, as well as the coffee. The staffs warmth and friendliness only added to my enjoyment of the experience.Highly recommend trying this place I know Ill be back 😊
Really enjoyed my acai bowl - quite filling. The food was really great, and the atmosphere is perfect for a weekend brunch thats guilt-free.
This is the first time we ate at CCC, we were excited based on their social media which is advertising great vegan food.Pros: Nice cafe near the beach, big Kahuna buger was tasty. Mushrooms were creamy and cooked well.Cons: no greeting or direction on seating/ordering when we entered. No checking of vaxx or checkin status. Coffee was below average. Toast was so stale it was rock hard.We won’t be going back.
Delicious sophisticated vegan food - so good you dont even miss the meat/dairy. Loved the BBQ jackfruit with pineapple salsa, really yummy! Good flavour to the matcha latte too. Will definitely come again.
Friendly staff and delicious food! Had the BLAT and the gf sourdough was the best I have ever had. We were very looked after.
Divine! High quality vegan and allergy friendly food . so so so good. Flavours are perfectly balanced. Raw lemon curd slice cake thing is AMAZING.
The food is great, lots of great choices, and everything was so yummy. Loved the beetroot latte. The service wasnt what I expected as the place was so busy that I didnt even get water and nadpkins on my table so in the end was not a great experience. I will definitely come back on another day different than Sunday to try more things. Hopefully next time will be 5 stars.
It was the relaxed calm vibe on a sunny winter morning that attracted us to CCC. My taste buds sought a sublime coffee and thats exactly what "Barista Luke" delivered. A strong long black with excellent crema.
Food here is amazing! Some of the best vegan food in the area. The menu has improved since the last time we came and Im loving it! 1 star lost as the table seating method isnt great. Help yourself to a table, but in busy periods its hard to know if people are waiting in line or not. Definitely returning soon though for the tasty menu!
Did not enjoy our experience here at all.Our meals from a very long time to arrive, our coffees were warm as well, I could understand if the cafe was busy but it wasnt.
Ask for some chilly or spice. Food is quite bland but healthy. This is OM lett
Have been here twice in the last month, both times the food has been excellent. Has a great kids menu too (same food as adults menu just kid sized portions!Highly recommend!
Great spot for a quick, healthy lunch or tasty breakfast. Love the veggie wrap and banana smoothies, and the chai is one of the best Ive had. Friendly staff and no plastic waste!
Perfectly Made 😊Delivered with Hand written Note ❤️Just made my day.. 😀
Didnt realise I was walking into a vegan cafe...Didnt love the oatmilk latte. Not sure whether that was the oatmilk or the coffee as it was my first experience with oatmilk. The single unisex toilet was also exceptionally cramped, difficult to use and didnt lock very effectively.
Our go to brunch and coffee stop in Mordi. Portions are really decent here! The nachos and smashed avo are classics, but the banana bread is great paired with a coffee, especially when it’s a super nice day outside
Just tried a soy latte and was not disappointed at all. There is a good range of options for vegans if this is your life style. The swings are the best to enjoy a view towards Mordialloc creek.
If you dont wish to serve customers take-away food after 2:45pm, could you please adjust that information online to make it clear for the customer, as my interpretation of a 3pm closing time is that you will sell something take-away until 3pm. Im referring to a transaction that will take under a minute to complete. I understand staff get tired and just want to get home at the end of the day, but your customers do pick up on an attitude that is less than welcoming.
Waited 1 hour and was told our food was coming soon...it didn’t. Asked for a refund which was giving minus the smoothie that we did get. Surely they would have given us that considering what had happened. No apology from the Manager who handed it over to junior staff to deal with.
Our whole familys favourite! Great position. And even better food! We came two weekend in a row because we couldnt get enough! The staff are wonderful, so engaging and always smiling. Love how they serve their smoothies in jars 🌻 Alfie loved his Puppacino and has requested to come back ;)
My son is allergic to peanuts, cashews and soy. While trying to work out what my son could have here, they informed me that they have a special blender for peanut allergies, but this blender is only peanut free - not tree nut free, as most of their smoothies have cashew cream in them. This meant due to possible cross contamination, my son couldn’t have any of the smoothies or milkshakes - because of his cashew allergy. They also sadly didn’t have their nut free bounty tart anymore. We ended up deciding on a hot chocolate for him, made with almond milk. About 30m after drinking the hot chocolate, my son came out in an allergy rash on his face and torso. A mild reaction indicative of him consuming a small amount of one of his allergens. I don’t know whether maybe the milk jug they used had previously had soy milk or cashew milk in it or what, but I sadly would have to say that I do not recommend this cafe to anyone who has an allergy. Obviously this is a risk that you take eating anywhere that handles allergens, and the staff cannot be blamed for this!!! The staff are all lovely & were helpful answering all my questions. But I sadly won’t bring my son here again as I couldn’t risk another mild reaction, or a possibly worse reaction next time.
Amazing! Love the decor , design and delicious food.... Everything was well presented and tasty avd sitting on the swings felt like I was on a luxurious dinner cruise !?? Highly recommended
Weve been back about 4 times since it opened. So good. House made Almond milk is a must try and I always end up taking a salted caramel (vegantart away with me as theyre delish.Just note that it cost me $15.62 for a small almond latte and the little tart. Didnt notice til now.but it was very delicious and Ill go back for more just not an everyday thing.
The girls there are always welcoming and kind. Even when they are about to close, they will happily make a quick takeaway coffee for you. It’s my go-to place to get some work done and they have the best feel good food. I never really write reviews but this place is Definitely 5 stars from me!
My better half and I finally got here post Lockdowns to have a meal, and we were not disappointed. We were already occasional customers at their old location and we are stoked that they’ve stayed true to their plant based roots. ps, they are a dog friendly cafe and even have a doggie treat menu 🐶🦴We’ll be back soon ✌🏼
Love this place. Today i had Choc peanut smoothie & the new menu item this week Om lette. Both delish
Unimpressed. Waited for over 20min for the BLAT for takeaway. Looked impressive, good to photograph, but nearly impossible to get my mouth around. Ended up with deconstructed elements on my plate after one bite. Not sure why i waited all that time for it to be put together - could have just had the components in a box. Had the sausage roll once and it was the same - looked impressive but discintegrated at first touch. Pretty exy too - $17.50 for a sandwich???
My favourite cafe in Melbourne. The only place that takes all dietary requirements and intolerances into consideration - vegan, dairy, gluten and fructose friendly <3The food is 10/10, the staff are gorgeous people and the atmosphere is beautiful as well.I have loved every single meal and every single drink here - CANNOT FAULT.Plus they have swinging chairs.
Very poor service and long wait time. I requested a refund in the end as the staff member made no apology for the long wait time. I was the only one in store when ordering, it seemed as though as new customers arrived their orders were being made before mine. Food looks great, its a shame that the service does not match the price or product.
Delicious nourishing vegan foods, friendly staff and super cute setting next to on of the best Yoga studios in town. Highly recommend that you stop in.
Fabulous array of tasty Gluten Free/Vegan meals and treats. We had a big breakfast and a BLT. Both delicious! Coffee was tasty but a little on the hot side.Great experience and looking forward to seeing the new venue. Thanks ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The smoothie bowl was too runny and very sweet. The pancakes were very nice and dense, the ice cream was great also. Would have liked to have been given more fruit on them though and the exclusion of items didnt afford me a lower price which was disappointing.Overall a nice place with lovely staff.
The food was beautiful, I was stuck trying to decide because I wanted everything ! The staff were friendly the venue itself is very relaxing and quite beautiful. The only reason it doesnt get 5 stars is because it is quite pricey for what it is, 65 dollars for 2 meals and a few treats to try and my partner didnt even have coffee. I would definitely return but the prices do need some serious thought
Mood and vibe is so nice. I had the big brekky and it was amazing. Coffee was perfect. Friendly customer service. Cant fault them.
Vegan, friendly, yummy raw vegan desserts but food is pricey.
Excellent hidden gem! I ordered the Nutella banana crepe; my friend ordered the smashed avo on toast with almond feta. Both were phenomenal. The almond feta is a must try. Crepes were topped with toasted hazelnuts and pine nuts which was an amazing touch!
As a chick that cant eat much, I fell in love with this place. Everything vegan, gluten and sugar free, there was almost too much to choose from! Really good for fructose free as well. And it actually tasted amazing. Even though its a bit out of the way, it is worth the drive. The spice smoothie is heaven, and Im still craving another veggie sausage roll. My only issue was that there were way too many raw deserts to choose from, and they made my strength of will weaken
