Very disappointed in service and food. Its definitely nothing like it use to be. No food on buffet. Rude staff and games would just take money and give errors.

Great place but they need to do better on group packages cause ppl have more then 4 kids and ppl have blended families and games were not working and taking the credit off the cards customer service could be better cause to many workers standing around

Hello! I had the pleasure of attending a Birthday party today for a family friend by the name of Marilynn. I attended this party and was a bit unsure if this would be a good idea since I have a son on the spectrum. While I was at your establishment I had the pleasure of meeting a girl by the name of Tamesha and she was NOTHING SHORT OF AMAZING FOR ME AND MY SON! She showed such compassion, patience and love to my son. I didn’t even have to explain that he was on the spectrum and that he was overwhelmed. She was friendly, patient and graceful with every interaction. I just wanted to take the time to tell you guys that you have a real gem on your hands!!!!!! She was an absolute blessing to us!!!!!

We for some reason keep coming back hoping that the food will change for the good, but thats not the case, quality has gotten worse each time and this is the last time , for some reason they will not put new pizza up even when most of the pizza is gone , ice-cream was nasty, cinnamon rolls were tough and old, Sorryfolks but New Management is necessary

Ive been here ok very the years and seen it be excellent and not so good. This most recent visit 10-11-22 was pretty good. Pizza was fresh and hot. Had a variety out. Place was clean. The young man cleaning the movie theater part (at closing time was very courteous and polite as well as professional. Like half the games worked but we didnt mind. I was more concerned with the food. I hope to go back and see more games running and a different movie playing soon. We appreciate yall

Fun place very high on prices and tickets you earn the machine s dont always give you your tickets I earn 50 tickets on my card form one of the games and when I check it I didnt get them so I rate this 3 out of 5 cuz that wasnt the only machine three others did the same

We hosted a birthday there and everyone had a great time. The food is buffett style and quality. The arcade is fun and the attractions are great for the kids.

Great atmosphere for kids. Food was typical. Pizza isn’t what I would consider incredible but the experience was. Go karts, bumper cars, mini golf, laser tag, video games, what more could you ask for?

I disagree with those who have said the Pizza is lower quality than CiCis. I found the Pizza to be ok. The slices are small, but cut appropriately for children, I found it comparable to Pizza Hut or other delivery pizza. Went on a Sat around 4:30 PM and observed the buffet stayed well stocked every time I walked past. The cleanliness of the dining areas and buffet was not bad, you have hundreds of children running around, its not going to stay perfect and make no mistake, this is not Dave & Busters or Main Event. Incredible Pizza is Chucky Cheese meets theme park. Everything here caters to the little ones as youd expect. Keep in mind to get in to play the games and ride the bumper cars, go karts, etc.. every person in your party must pay $10 for the buffet. The only except being children 3 and under who eat free.My problems with Incredible Pizza began when we entered the gaming area. The ticketed games (ski ball, basketball, etc...included free with the $20 per person 1-hour game pass/buffet combo price had a lot of issues. Most arcade games were not included with this pass. Most of the ticketed games were not well cared for, examples: cracked dome on hunger hipo, deflated basket balls, monitors with horrible contrast or just showing shades of blue, purple etc... The LCD displays where you scan your game card to play were often broken, just displaying bright white. Technically working, but run-down. And "run-down and not well kept" a good overall description of the place. The Go Karts, Bumper cars and bowling seemed to be an exception, these areas where well kept, but there was a 45-minute wait to get on Go Karts and the Manager decided to let six people skip in line, gave no communication to the rest of those in line as to why this was done. We saw one customer walking around with a snake wrapped around his neck (support animal? maybe?the whole experience was kind of bizarre.This is the only go kart place weve found that would allow my 2.5 year old run to ride with my wife or myself. Most have strict rules around this.Three stars. Theres nothing wrong here management couldnt fix with just a little effort. If you dont mind the problems mentioned, this could be a great place for a younger childs birthday and overall a good value.

The kids loved it! But it could have been cleaner. The food was a solid 2/10.

Fun place to go with cool games and events for everyone. The pizza is small and although its a buffet the cups, plates, and cutlery are all dingy. The pricing is better than some competitors. However my kids have a blast when we go so its worth it to me.

This place was fun for all the family, I would like to see some management make an appearance in a place like this, someone to keep an eye on the cleanliness of the place as this place is super dirty, the staff is bussing the tables but not cueing them, there was a guy working on ceiling tiles over head while people walked under him and he was working off the top of a ladder which is unsafe for him and the people around him, the bathrooms are so dirty they smell so bad you wont want to go in, floors are also very dirty, food everywhere, they are just not keeping up with cleaning at all here, other then that the place was fun for all ages and this place could be a way better experience if it gave the appearance that there was management that actually cared. Would have given more stars if facility was actually clean. Went back for my nephews birthday party, I would say this place has gone down hill, they cant keep up with the food at all try 5 times to get some pizza and there are always so many people waiting there that you would literally have to wait for 30 to 45 mi uses to get a slice, the place was filthy, my sister booked a birthday party and they didnt explain anything, then asked us to come up front to sing happy birthday and cleaned our party room out emeditaly, I think we got about 30 minutes with the room, what a waist and disappointment.

Went last night for some evening shenanigans with the misses and it was fun ... wished they had the ac a little hirer came out from lazer tag covered In Sweat but had a fun time ...the go carts were actually way faster then I thought they were going to be ... all around good time ... we were there a little to late for fresh pizza but they did have a little selection of food when we got there but thats not really what we had gone there for ...

Had a great time with the grandkids but the food could have been alot better. The fact that there were more young kids managing it was pretty sad. The buffet looked horrible, hardly any pizzas were out everything looked like it had been sitting there for hours. The salad bar was better but no pride was put into the way it was all taken care of. Come on guys , yall can do better !

I do love this place. Its my guilty pleasure not fine cuisine. I recommend going when theyre very busy so you always get a fresh slice.

We selected a party package. We had Angie as our hostess who was wonderful. Having a birthday party in a room is different than the general areas. The room was clean and we had our selection of pizzas brought to us. The general area always gives me the willies because its never clean. The kids love all of the attractions and games and the prices are reasonable.

An absolutely horrible experience. They missed marked our bday party as a group party, would not change it, and my daughter missed out on the birthday experience extras. Manager Mani was particularly unwilling to do anything. Absolutely a waste of a birthday

Little pricey…ok, really pricey! Need to make items more reasonable so that kids can actually get something with their tickets. They’re all priced so high that you don’t even see kids trying to work towards an item

My parents used to take me here all the time! So many great memories for this place growing up. They have laser tag, bumper cars, shooting ranges, bowling, and an enormous arcade! Dining is pretty great too with a buffet and two seating areas: drive-in movie theatre and a country style diner.Definitely going back here again sometime in the future.

They have good sets of food, maybe they could just add fried chicken wings or strips, nuggets to make it complete meal. The rides are great they might just want to consider to clean their toddler area since there some stinky smell coming from their carpet. All in all the kids enjoyed their party.

I will never eat here again. Plus the time cards are a complete waste of money. Like a serious waste of money. You cant play 90% of the games. I dont understand why they dont make it where your time card works on every game but you get no tickets? If they made that simple change, it would make this place amazing. Really really amazing. I spent so much money on the time cards not realizing, and I spent 3 hours watching my little baby girl disappointed cause the card wasnt working on each game she went to.

First time in 7-8 years and things have changed but for the better. My kids had a blast and cant wait to go again. They were planning what to play next time and what "big" games well do as well

Hey man, this place sucked. The lack of pizza, and Im not even speaking about a few times, the entire time we were dining there was maybe 5 pizzas out at one time. They would cut a medium pizza into 15 slices. It was ridiculous. Then when you finally got one, it was really bland. Everything had the quality of cheap school cafeteria food (as bad as that sounds). The games were okay, average of what youd expect. My 6yr old had fun, my 14yr old hated it.

Great place for a family to enjoy some time to have fun, eat and get out of the Texas Heat. Let me tell you the place is Huge from differently decorated dinning areas, private party rooms, arcade n game room, indoor Go Cart racing and even Laser Tag! Something for everyone. Pizza of all kinds available, salads n deserts too. The staff were friendly n courteous overall a Great family experience. Highly recommend it.

Ive never experienced anything like this before. food was pretty good, the dining rooms were clean and in good condition. I loved the different themes. the gaming area was amazing for the kids. and the prices were very reasonable .

The kids love the games. The food has gone downhill. The pizza had absolutely no flavor and the salad was soaking wet. All the workers were super nice!!!!

Best Bang for buck (more to do than Chuckee)Rented a party room for 10 kids.Cost about $25 per kid and you can add adults pizza only for $9.The kids got rides three things each, and hour and a half unlimited games with no tickets, $5 card for games that generate tickets, and birthday boy got 500 tickets for a prize.Plus a Pizza buffet and desserts.Will continue to use for 7th birthday.

The place was clean and not to crowded. The food good but after 8pm no because they do not put much items even if they cloaed at 10pm. The game for the kids are great. Recommended to have fun with the kids. Use comfortable shoes!

Absolutely gross! Where is the health department? Went through multiple plates to find one that looked clean. Food sits out for a long time. Pizza on buffet gets moved from pan to pan. Food dropped on floor sat there the entire time we were there. Went into movie room to eat. Was there about 3 minutes when a woman calmly brought our attention to the rather large RAT that was running along the wall by our feet. Employees came to sweep it into a dustpan but it escaped to the other side of the room.

Had my sons birthday here. Unfortunately the party room wasnt big enough, and if we wanted bigger everyone had to be on 1 ticket. And that was ridiculous to me because I wasnt gonna pay for all adults only kids. And then we like never saw our host. The pizza buffet was empty half the time. Just not organized.

Great experience. The staff is friendly. Overall the place is clean. The are deals for everyone that includes the pizza buffet which is also stocked and Clean at all times. We went there from Cypress and will definitely go again. My son had a lot of fun.

My kids love this place and I guess from a kids standpoint I can see why. Imagine a Cicis pizza that is bigger with a huge game room attached to it and that is basically what Incredible Pizza is. The place is a good way to go kill some time with your kids. It has different eating rooms with different themes. One room is like a movie theatre and always has some movie playing which is cool, one is setup like a log cabin, etc. The whole place in general is kind of setup like you feel you are in a 50s dinner which is pretty neat. The reason for 2 stars however is the food is borderline terrible. They never have fresh food out, all the food is very bland with no taste, and it is a mess. As you can imagine it is an open buffet with tons of kids running around and grabbing food. I have seen some kids grab fries with their dirty hands directly from the steam tray. Others are dropping various foods in other food trays because they dont know how to properly serve themselves. There is no supervision and the place does not have enough staff to try to prevent these types of things.You can tell most parents come here for a break. . . they sit at a table on their cell phones while their kids run around crazy and do whatever they want to. We have been to this place 3 times and the ice cream machine has yet to be working during any of our visits. My advice is to avoid this place, go eat at CiCis Pizza (that is cheaper and the food is better. . . then go to a movie. You will save yourself $50 to $100 and you will have a better family experience than Incredible Pizza!

Male manager in game room is so unfriendly and rude. My daughter won a game that said she would receive 200 bonus ticket and when I went and told him, all he did was refund the money. When I questioned him and asked if he could add the tickets on that she clearly won, he looked at me and told me no. I told him that the game said that she is supposed to win bonus tickets and asked if the game lies and he looked at me and said, “ Ya I guess”, while shrugging his shoulders. I went to the front and the manager handled it with no problem! I have been coming here for 11 years and have never been treated rudely before him. Very disappointed in his behavior, and it is unacceptable.

This is always a fun place to take the kids. The games have gotten more expensive, while the quality if the food has dropped drastically. The food is not that great at all. The drink station was very messy/sticky. This is definitely not a place we would regularly visit.

The wings are good here if you catch them on the night theyre served. The kids love the pizza and desserts. Theres a good selection of other dishes and a good sized salad bar. The staff is usually pretty friendly and the meal prices are fair. The only things preventing me from giving it a 5 star rating are the prices for the games (most are a bit steep), its always a little dirtier than Id like, and the pizza quality could be better. I would definitely recommend bringing the kids here.Update: Spent most of the day here again on 06/04/22. There was one new game added but no less than 6 games in need of repairs.

This place is awesome for any kids. They have a HUGE variety of games. The prices are reasonable in my opinion. Food is fine, nothing lavish. The buffet is super kids friendly. HOWEVER, if you are going to book a birthday room, be ready to run the show. The party host was not well trained. She was trying her best but she was definitely not prepared. Whoever her manager/trainer needs to do a better job. Otherwise, great place for kids and can easily spend the whole day there.

It was our first time coming here and I would recommend it.The place needs some much needed deep cleaning but its still ok to visit. Our 8yr. old had a blast and so did my wife and I on the few activities that are ok for adults as well. The price is ok at adults: $10.99 and kids $9.50 for the buffet which includes the entrance fee. You can also just pay an entry fee of $10 but why would anyone pass on for a $0.99 you get the buffet as well. We purchased a game card with $20 as credits and it lasted a good while. If youre going to want to get on the gocarts or do laser tag, mini golf etc... be sure to add more money to the card because those activities go from $5 to $9 each and you do pay it with the game card as well. The first thing we did was eat and I have to say the pizza is petty good and the cinnamon rolls are a great dessert to finish the meal. We ate in the movie room and I have to say it was pretty nice to eat and enjoy a movie at the same time. I was surprised at the large variety of food choices (good job IPC!). Definitely will be going back but with a larger group. As for now Thank You IPC!

My family of 6 and a friend and her 3 kids came for the first time today. WE got there about 20 minutes after opening. It was pretty crowded and there was a line at check in and the buffet. But we were through the lines quickly and there was several options of Pizza and pasta. We really enjoyed the pizza though the spaghetti was a little on the sweet side. I have to recognize and employee there, named Dallas. He was quick to remove any plates that we were not using, wiping the tables and my daughter spilled some nacho cheese sauce in her hair and he provided napkins immediately. MY kids enjoyed the large choice in games and attractions. We played mini golf and bumper cars and wanted to do go carts but there was an 1.5 hour wait to do that. I believe that we will be back in the future.

Love love love this place. Its better to go during the week as it tends to get waaaaaay to crowded on the weekends. As in you can barely get through people are rude to one another whole deal. Wish they had a better food troth though the food looks and taste as if it was frozen and just mixed up after and heated up. Food is better when you treat it like your preparing it for yourself care more about you food cooks. I know you can only cook what you are given but doesnt stop you from trying to make it better by adding some flavor.

The cards are not expensive especially on Friday’s. Their ice cream is good, they have chocolate, vanilla, and mixed. The inside is really cool! All the claw machines are rigged except for the candy one.

We had an amazing party. It is great you get a buffet and a ton of games. The go carts where a hut. They also have a toddler area with the cutest little rides.

Update: 4th time here. Still lives up to the name! Still the best buffet pizza Ive ever had , and sooo many games and attractions! Lazer Tag , Go Karts, Bumper Cars , Mini Golf ! And now, Vr experience at $8 additional charge.

My daughter love this place ! Ever since she was 3 years old we discovered this place and every once in a while go there . For a while they had Cyber Monday sale where I would buy 4-5 $100 gift cards for 50% off!!! It would make a great Christmas present for friends . My daughter loves the games , rides , flavored sodas are awesome !!!! Buffet all you can eat!!! What more can one want for to spend a day away in one place ! Clean bathrooms , fantastic mini bowling . Wish they did not remove ice skating ring ( replaced mini gulf there nowbut use to be skating but on the warm flor not the ice and it was awesome !

Like a child casino full of loud noises, screaming, and no access to the outside.The pizza was pretty good and it was relatively clean overall so that was nice. Bathrooms needed a bit of work but to be expected with a bunch of kids there. Laser tag was the best for my kids!

Our family has always enjoy going there. Highly recommend for boys or girls 5+ however I might be biased. My sons are ten and older. lolHowever, there is a great younger children section. And I would have loved that when my kids were little.I myself like the atmosphere there.Also a great and fun way to make memories with your children!

Incredible Pizza used to be a mostly incredible deal for fun and entertainment. The buffet is adequate and the game selection is great. You have choices of paying by the hour or by the game. In the past the hourly cards gave you access to most of the games. Unfortunately recently they made less than half available for hourly cards and the pay games are crazy expensive (good games are $1.50-$4.00 per play). It just is not a good deal anymore and definitely not worth driving 25 minutes to visit.

Great for kids. Food is decent. There is a play area for smaller kids. They have laser tag, go carts, mini bowling, lots of games, and the buffet has several options.

This place is awesome for your family. This place is one of the best place to have good time with your family.Specially, this place is more entertaining for your kids. I like the way they decorated the place. It looks like school and you can feel that. They have good all you can eat dinner. They need to add more verities of pizza.All over, this is one of the best place to hangout with your family.

Games were ok and there were a decent selection for all ages. Food was ok. Unfortunately, the walls, tables, booths, and floors were all fairly dirty all night. Came here on a Saturday. Even though the buffet was supposed to be open until 10p, the selection was cut to about 20% of regular offerings at about 8:15p. Buffet was bare by 8:30p. I attached photos from 8:45p. Dont wait too late before you get food.
