Concept Hotel in Coalcoman de Matamoros

Creo que en general bien, si regreso y se vuelve mi segunda opción dentro de todos los que he conocido. Falta variar un poco el desayuno y lo que me gustó sobre mis otras opciones es que tiene estacionamiento en el mismo hotel. Tiene las 3 B

Nice cozy rooms, I think 3rd floor is the best place to stay. Near main attractions and businesses. Parking lot is a bliss because its really hard to find a spot.

Excelente hotel para mi gusto uno de los hoteles de Zamora que mejor atención, precio, limpieza y amenidades tiene así como a solo dos cuadras del centro. 100 % recomendable

En dos días todo falló, puertas, focos, TV, papel higiénico, jabón, WiFi, teléfono. El personal se portó de manera no adecuada. Creo que debieron cerrar el hotel tres días antes de dar un servicio mediocre.

A una cuadra del centro La verdad es un lugar muy barato para los servicios que prestan, las camas súper cómoda, su crema, shampoo, aire, tv, agua caliente, desayuno, estacionamiento, elevador, y su tecnología es muy avanzada, sofisticada y apoya al ahorro de luz pero lo más impresionante sus vistas del desayunador muy bonitas.

El hotel y las habitaciones muy limpio todo, personal muy amable, muy buena su ubicación....el desayunó muy rico.

Hotel céntrico con estacionamiento y remodelado. La parte mala es que el baño muy sucio no tenia papel me toco bajar a recepción, las paredes muy sucias en el baño y también el extractor lleno de pelusa , el restaurante esta a la altura de los cuartos del segundo piso y desde las 6 de la mañana es un fuerte ruido de cocina y movimiento de mesas.

Centrico, cuenta con estacionamiento, cama y almohadas comodas, todo limpio, baños excelentes... ylo mejor el desayuno y la actitud de la encargada de cocina!! Hasta Comida tipica me tocó !Gracias!

“Reservas” y al momento de hacer el check in resulta que no está tu reservación; se excusan diciendo que alguien más pudo haber atendido cuando sólo hay 2 personas en recepción. No te dan soluciones y básicamente te dejan sin hotel.

Love this place. Room size good for a couple or one person. Very clean, good breakfast, staff very helpful. I highly recommend.

I stayed here a few days ago for 2 nights. The hotel looks nice, I liked the design and decoration of the rooms and lobby. One thing that I didnt liked was the fact that the sliding glass door that goes to the small patio wasnt working properly. It wasnt latching on at all, and that made me feel unsafe. I didnt notice about it lock not working properly until the night time when we almost went to bed. I felt unsafe because I was staying in the room by myself with my 3 kids. I also didnt liked that the patio is shared with all the rooms (my room was #102so that was one of the reasons I also felt unsafe. After I noticed the damaged lock, I called the front desk to notify them about it and all the guy had to say was " that the hotel is pretty safe, that nothing bad had ever happened before, that they had security (which I never sawand that they had cameras (however, I went out to the patio to look for said cameras and there wasnt any), he also said that the locks break easily that other guests have complained about that, and they couldnt fix the lock until the morning"Breakfast is ok, they give refried/mashed beans every day and another dish, we got green beans dish the 1st day and the next day was refried beans and winnies/salchichas mexican style. They offer white and whole wheat bread, yogurt, cereal (one type onlyfresh fruit (watermelon, papaya and pineapplecoffee (the powder instant typeand freshly squeezed OJ. Breakfast was ok but they could do better by giving maybe hash browns, other type of cereals, and maybe adding muffins or donuts. All in all, I would probably stay here again for 1 or 2 nights, but I will check the back lock as soon as I got in the room. Also, other reviewers have complained about bot staying on the second floor as its too noisy because the breakfast room is there too. They are right, it does sound very noisy on the second floor, Im glad I got the 3rd floor.

Un hotel muy limpio y agradable habitación!! Solo un pequeño detalle... Al reservar para 3 personas pusieron en las fotos cama matrimonial y una individual!! Y al llegar al hotel, comenta el chico de recepción que son dos camas individuales!! Y que si hace el cambio obvio tendría un costó extra!! Siendo que se había pagado por 3 personas!! Que lo tenía que arreglar con quién reserve. Y que además esa noche no había, ya era un poco tarde y decidimos quedarnos. Pase un coraje terrible en fin... Su atención pésima, siempre con caras, se sentía el dueño del hotel!! Etc. Y el otro que muchacho gordito que atiende , pues igual!! Lastima de hotel, porque está bonito. Pero su personal de recepción pésimo!! Excepto una chica muy agradable. Ojalá y pongan atención en su personal de trabajo. La cocina muy buena , y la mucama muy atenta.

Stayed in Zamora as a driving break as well to visit Camecuaro lake. This hotel exceeded expectations. Free secure spacious parking. Clean room, comfortable beds, good shower, adequate wifi, functional gym, limited but adequate breakfast, reasonable cost,short walk to the cathedral. Wish there was a mini fridge and kettle in room. Breakfast coffee was terrible.

Should had taken pictures from inside this minimalist hotel, right in the center of beautiful Zamora. One of those wow factor hotels I rented 5 rooms mine was the best, right on the corner on the 3rd floor, spacious enough with all the bare necessities, spotless floors, a small but very functional business center with a small but effective conference room very friendly staff. Yes there are setbacks, there were 3 wire hangers (yes wire!!and for a strange reason, the third floor has a common balcony, which will seem as an unsafe idea cause you have access to half of the rooms on that floor, also there is a wall, yes a Wall !! blocking the beautifull view which could be enjoyed from the balcony. I would leave a wall but a window wall so people could be safe and enjoy the view at the same time, the pictures where taken by me standing on the planter in order to see the the surroundings a small affordable luxury, actually Ive stayed at other hotels in Zamora they are pricier and way less quality enjoy while the prices are right

The staff wasnt very attentive. The room was missing the basics, like the reception number. They also overoarjed their garage, making it hard for us to exit. The breakfast was supposed to ready at 7am but they didnt finish it until 8.

The hotel is located in the heart of Zamora and is close to everything. It not only has excellent WiFi but a business centre and also a gym. Breakfast is provided however I slept late and missed out on it. The rooms are well furnished and super clean. The bed was a bit soft but I didnt mind too much. I had a great stay at the Concept Hotel

Clean, cozy and comfortable, even though the rooms are kind of small, the price is very reasonable. Close to many interesting places. Also the breakfast was quite good!

Less is more. Service is good, thats it, dont expect 5* treatment, people are friendly and very welcome too help. Rooms are quite small but very cousy and modern, beds awesome and it is si well located.
