Comfort Inn Heritage Wagga - in Wagga Wagga, Australia
Extremely dishonest people. I had accomodation booked for long week for 11 kids on a tennis tournament. Tournaments was canceled, so I rang an canceled accomodation the week before we where due to arrive, to be told no problem. Then to find they have take $850 of my card unauthorised. I had made arrangements to pay cash, but was told I just need my card number to hold booking.People DO NOT GIVE THESE people your credit card number.
Nice cozy room for a good price. No issues
Nice clean and serviced rooms, beds are ok, good water pressure in the shower, reasonable pricing. Very close to the hospital if youre visiting.
Room clean apart from a sulphur smell emanating from bathroom. Building works happening next door could be culprit.
Good size of the room, comfortable bedding, refurbished bathroom, providing everything we need. Even facing the main road it is still very quite as there is a window plus a sliding door to avoid the traffic noise.
The room was comfortable, modern, large. There was parking outside the room. I would have rated 5 stars, but my experience wasnt perfect. First night there were children in the room upstairs running around, with constant sounds of thumping footsteps coming through to my room, right up till midnight. The occupants of the adjoining room played music until midnight in their room, with the beat thumping through the wall. There were people in the car park drinking and talking and occasionally shouting. This continued till almost midnight. There were the sounds of people knocking on the doors of rooms. Unsure if this was upstairs or next door. At 11pn I had to go ask the 3 or 4 people who were having a loud conversation directly outside my room door to take their party elsewhere. I wasnt sure if the people in the carpark were guests from other rooms or outsiders just visiting other guests. The second night was quieter, no music and shouting, just the sound of children in the room upstairs running around and their thumpy footsteps reverberating through my room till after 11pm.
Extremely clean and easy check in. Staff all friendly and helpful would stay here again if we come back to Wagga Wagga
It was my first actual stay in Wagga. The room was comfortable, and the room service breakfast was enjoyable. However we went to go for a swim & the pool was visibly dirty with bugs all through & green algae was growing in it. So we couldnt use it.Also, when I asked if they used the parents vouchers, she laughed at me & said no!
Walked in checking for 1 nights accommodation ~ very helpful friendly professional greeting & found our room nice clean & restful after a long day travelling ~ nice & close to town centre and dining out. Would recommend staying here. If we are in this area again will definitely re book tostay
Neat nice tidy placeRooms were very cleanEverything available in terms of basic facilitiesQuick check-in and check-out4 star is for the wrong position of A/C in the roomsThey are placed right at the entrance which doesnt cool your room at all and that makes it difficult to sleep if the weather is warm.
