Comfort Inn in Pearl

Usually Comfort Inns are relatively on the nicer side. This one wasn’t so great. The staff was great, let me just say that. The air did not work well, it was warm the entire night. The toilet didn’t flush properly. The tub looked to be skipped in the cleaning process, as well as the mirror. I only stayed the first night and received a refund for the remaining.

This hotel has bed bugs. Was about to go to sleep and I notice a bedbug crawling towards me. 2 am and Im omw to my car to sleep. Dont stay here unless you want to sleep with bugs crawling on you. !!UPDATE!! Also after posting this as I was gathering my things to go to my car. I opened the door to get in the fridge and a large roach (the nasty kindjumped from the top of the fridge to the floor then ran away under the fridge area before I could kill it. Also the rooms smell like mold. Hair scattered around the bathroom floor. Not Sure how this place got 3.6 stars when it has roaches and bed bugs.

I wish I would have read reviews before I checked in. This would’ve been the last place to be at!Second night there the room floor was soaked and brought to life all of the rooms funk the ceiling looked as if it was about to fall in the mgmt. switched my room (they had to know this room was bad!new room okay… but could use a real cleaning as well! Breakfast food was lacking had to ask for waffle refill as well as meats at 7 am usually there is a fresh fruit available but not at this inn. It felt as if it was a patch work type Inn and the higher uppers need to look at where they are letting their brand goes. I will never visit this inn again!

Rooms are always super clean. Very nice staff. Pool is ok. Slacking a little with breakfast. Juice machine doesnt work. But we always enjoy our stay here.

Stayed here on way to summer beach vacation. Front desk service was nice and helpful, thats about all that was good. Everything else about this hotel was below average for sure. Common areas not very clean, floors dirty. Soda machines out of nearly everything I tried, so front desk politely gave me a couple of free bottles of water. Room was definitely not real clean. Hair in bed upon initial inspection, walls/floors showing age pretty bad, just about a 3-4 on the cleanliness scale Id say. Bad enough that we didnt want to hang around to eat the free breakfast. Just wanted to get out and get on with our trip as early as possible the next morning. My expectations were not real high going in as we were just looking for somewhere to spend 12 hours, then hit the road again. The hotel served its purpose but I wouldnt recommend it unless its just a real bargain. You get what you pay for type place.
