They didn’t refund my friend. Not even with a gift card.Really unprofessional

The only advantage of this hotel is that its close to central Station.Rooms are too small. however clean and tidy.

Do not be tempted by the price! This place is horrible! The rooms have no hanging space or anywhere to put your luggage just a bed. And the whole super is super dirty, walls had what looks like blood or food stains on it. And last they use some cleaner I’m horribly allergic too so I couldn’t breath all night and they refused to refund me when I checked out 2 days early. Don’t waste your money!!!

I was very disappointed. Dont expect much from this hotel. I had a shoebox without a window which could have been acceptable if not the bedframe fabric started to peel off and the ceiling was full of stains and a broken lamp- a total waste of money for almost 200€ per night.To top it off I bought some chocolate at the deli bar (there is no breakfast buffet, only a on-the-go shelfand after a terrible stomachache I checked the label and the sell by date was long overdue. When I pointed this out to the staff (very calm and friendlythey just laughed it off and took the package away. So not only not worth the money but check your food before you buy it...

Very good location and close to Central station and Bus station. The staff was nice and very helpful, However, the room was quite small and the bed was not quite comfy. Otherwise the place is OK.

Adjacent to Central Station and the Arlanda Express, right in the centre of Stockholm. Rooms are clean but basic, but the beds are incredibly comfortable! Its great for sightseeing. The staff are awesome! Wed been travelling for about 12 hours when we arrived and Id had enough. Theres a an easy to use self check in system that I got stressed with and staff just did it for me with a smile and no issues. Thank you!!

Excellent stay at this hotel. It is situated perfectly, close by to everything and right in the centre. The hotel is modern, and rooms are spacious with plenty of room. The view was great, and we could see right down the road where the casino is.

The location is perfect, situated next to the train station. The staff is friendly and allowed early check-in. We had a room with no window, which was an interesting experience! The room was clean and more spacious that we anticipated. The only tip we have is to add some other small lighting so that it isnt completely dark when you have to navigate to the bathroom.

A centrally placed hotel on the lowest rung of the Nordic family. It’s a step above nice hostels. But not a big step. Expect a lot of youths.When I arrived, the self check-in didn’t work properly and the guy at the desk seemed very tired. Still managed to help me, of course.Still, it’s well kept and the entrance is nice. The room I got was very small, but still quite nice. Some storage space would be helpful.The bathroom os also small, but well thought out and clean. Really well working floor heating as well.The only downside to the bathroom is the power button, which is placed on the outside, way down to the right…The power and network outlets are very worn, but there’s a bunch of them. No USB ports though.The environment is noisy. You’ll hear traffic from the outside as well as your neighbors, if you’re unlucky.Overall it’s an ok hotel, but while it’s cheaper, it’s not that much cheaper. If you plan on spending any time at all in the room, pay a little bit more and pick one of the sister hotels nearby.Note - breakfast is not included in the room. Very uncommon in Sweden.

Not collaborative at all! By accident I booked the wrong dates (one month too late). I contacted the hotel right away, but they were not collaborative at all. Not even a partial refund was given. After I went to the hotel in person they promised to check and contact me. I did not hear again from them. After I called two days later, they did not know anymore what they promised and just told me that they wont help me.

The room was clean and had a bed and a bathroom, but it was easily the smallest room i have ever seen, like the bed touched the wall on three sides. Had to put the chair into the hall so we would have a place to put our luggage, and the stroller wouldnt even fit in the room. For two adults and a baby, not ideal 😅

Alright room, cleaning could be a bit better, especially on flat surfaces. Location i amazing right by everything you could need. Service was mediocre, didn’t inform about anything really.

The small rooms are really really tiny for 2 people. We are small people. Yet we literally rub backsides to navigate around the room and the toilet. No space!We had to pay to upgrade to a larger room.The accommodation is basic and functional. This hotel is simply to sleep for the night and leave during the daytime. No lingering around.

We stayed two nights twice in one month. We enjoyed our second stay better than our first. We had a room with no window allowing us to sleep better. I dont understand why it has only a 3star rating.

Stayed one night in a very small room without windows. Nice bed, big TV, super fresh and clean bathroom, nice staff. No complementary breakfast but available to buy separate at any time. Close to city stations and shopping.

The location is great but as repeatedly said in earlier reviews the rooms are tiiiiiny! The curtain did not cover the entire window so needed to sleep with the neighbours in the next door building look straight in to my room. It was very noisy though out the night. Lots of baninging in doors and at some points I thought someone tried to open my room. Thank good I got a upgrade to a room with window, a room without a window would feel like a shoebox.

Our room was small but had what we needed. Location is great. Basically on top of the main train station. Its near downtown and old town. Excellent option

wonderful hotel near to the main station, a lot of attractions and nice places to visit just around the cornerthe nice location give it an extra, the best thing that i am liking very much these days is the self check in, way more easy and fast.for sure we will be booking again in this place when visiting the city

The room is simple but enough for a short stay. Didnt try any service. The Location is right next to the Arlanda Express. The elevator next to the hotel leads directly to the first carriage of the train going to Airport Direction.

The location is very good. The rooms are tiny and some dont even have windows. The water in the sink didnt run out properly which made the sink disgusting quickly. Cleaning personnel came in on my last day before I had checked out.Generally I find it odd to say they dont clean that often "for the environment" but then you cant turn off the AC..

Very central, small rooms with bathroom, clean. Few staff.The hotel is in the same building as the World Trade Center and the city terminal where the flight buses from the Airport (ARN and BMAhas the final stop. Also Arlanda Express train stops below (closest way out is to go the other direction and take the lift up to “Kungsbron”). Close to shopping and to the subway (T-bana). Lots of restaurants around and also liquor store “Systembolaget”. The hotel is a part of the big chain Nordic Choice hotels.I think what the hotel want most of the guest is to self-check-in at the terminal in the lobby. Therefore you pay a lower price. But I only see one guest who used that option. Must guests queue to the combined reception and bar who they call “barception” to check-in. Only one staff working at each time so don´t be stressed. The staff that checked me in were very polite and informed about many things, but not all staff speak Swedish. The breakfast is not included in the room price at this hotel, otherwise normal in Sweden. At the barception they offer a small breakfast bag to buy.If you want to pay less for your stay this hotel is recommended for those who don’t have any demands. It is clean, okay rooms with private bathroom.All the rooms are smaller size and some also without window. Most rooms have smaller beds then normal. I have booked a standard double room for 2 people with window and the size of the bed in this rooms were 140 centimetres wide (normal 180). So if it´s 2 bigger persons this size is not recommended.The bed is standing by the window and can only be entered from one side. The room has a small foot stool and one person can sit on it (not so nice). Wooden floor and led tv. It has a small plank under the mirror on the wall to put things on, close to the bed, and also electrical outlets. Reading lights for one person. Air-condition where you can set the temperature. I think daytime AC was not working so well but during the night I felt it. You can hear the guests from the next room but only when they speak higher. But not any noise from the outside. In that way this hotel is not simple in the construction.Bathroom is modern in white tiles with wc, shower and towels.Best: Good price, central and okay rooms.Problems: Few staff, queues, no breakfast and only one elevator for all the guests (but stairs also available). Only ice machine at the reception with queues often.

Its location is good, yet the rooms are tiny, breakfast non-existent (well, they had *something* but it was really a jokeand all-together way overpriced.Strongly recommend to look elsewhere to find value for money

Really bad. The location is good but for this price just get away from the city center and get a bus. The room was small and bad, it had no shower soap (I had to go to the reception to pick it up). Noisy room. For around 120 euros a night trust me you can get better.

I have been trying to reach hotel reception or reservations i have been waiting for some one to pickup call for 60 minutes no one pickup the call super pathetic. Does hotel has any basic rules to pick the call in 5 rings mostly such rules are in good hotels.?

Location is perfect if you come from the Arlanda Airport. The room is ok, not more than that because are very small, not so much space for the luggage. It was a bit coldish. But, overall was nice. There are different spots from were you can work with the laptop and the staff at the reception is very helpful.

Loved this place. The location is amazing. Literally around the corner from the central train station and bus terminal, both of which we used. Its in the center of town and there are tons of shopping and cafes and things to do nearby. Its walking distance to the palace and the old town as well.The hotel itself is nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They let us check in early and helped us open the electronic doors when we couldnt on Sabbath. The rooms were lovely. There was no light in the bathroom, just semi transparent windows, which was a little odd, but I think Europeans are used to less light than Americans. They have a nice lounge area downstairs and food, which we didnt use.

First of all, no free parking. If youre here with the car, expect 300kr a day for parking extra.And now to the main thing. After checking in and entering our room, it was still in use. We got a room assigned that a person was still using, all their stuff was laying around. Going back to the reception all we got to hear was that that shouldnt happen. NO OF COURSE IT SHOULDNT HAPPEN. Makes me wonder if somebody is going to come into out room anytime, because they got it assigned because of some system ERRORS. Worst thing a hotel can do. Strangers going in other peoples rooms. And no adequate compensation offered, no refund either.Also the room is dusty and kind of dirty.UNSAFE. DIRTY. DONT GO HERE

The worst service I have ever received. They checked us into the wrong room. Then didn’t have the room we booked available at all. Said they would have it the next day at 12pm. We came to check in again at 1pm. They still didn’t have the room ready. They said 3pm it would be ready. We came back at 4pm. The room was STILL NOT READY! This is ridiculous. No manager was there to help. They didn’t do anything to accommodate us at all!!This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I do not recommend staying there if you are in Stockholm.

Very central, near to the train station.+ Not expensive- No fridge (It was the first time I stayed in a hotel that has no fridge in the room).- No kettle (We could get hot water in the reception).- Very small room- Small bathroom- Dusty room- The room was not cleaned at all during our one week stay there. When we asked why, we were told that it was because of the pandemic. We could just put our rubbish bags in front of the room and they would take them. They should have told us about it when we checked in or put the information in the room. We could however ask for new bedsheet and pillows cover, and replace them ourselves.What I like the best about the hotel is the location.

Simple hotel that fulfills the basic needs. I actually liked that the breakfast was not included as there are so many nice breakfast options to choose from nearby!+ simple and clean+ great airconditioner. So nice that the room was cool even though it was so hot outside.+ fresh+ big mirror+ location. Close to the trains.- had a room with window, but I dont really count this window as real as you dont really see out. It was window to the building inside.- One flat pillow for each person.- The bed was made for one (with one blanketeven though wed be two to stay. The receptionist tolde us that we could get a extra blanket by ourselves that is underneath the bed, but they could just have made bed for two.- Pretty hard bed. Not of my preference.- No handsoap. There was a gel for head&body in the shower so we used that instead, but it is pretty uncomfortable needing turn to the other side of the toilet to get soap. This results in water dripping on the floor.- much noise from the hall.- no place to hang up the towels.

What a wonderful place! I love the cute little rooms and the great location! Its easy, clean and comfortable, and perfect to spend my last 2 nights in the city before flying back to Paris! The hotel is super affordable, but very comfortable and the rooms are beautiful and all the needed facilities are available, in short, it is way way better than one would expect for this price!

On first impressions the room looked great however after settling in I noticed that this was not the case. The room was in need of a thorough clean with stains on the head board and chair. The toilet seat had something stuck to it that took a lot of effort to clean. A few things could have done with replacing or repainting and the room also had a musty smell. Aside from the above, the hotel is centrally located and right next to the main train station and Arlanda Express to the airport.

Location excellent if you travel by train. We booked room via Expedia for two people. It was really only fitted out for a single person. But we managed. The staff was very helpful. If you need somewhere to stay centrally this works well. But if the hotel experience is part of your trip then look elsewhere.

Right next to the train station, the compact rooms were perfect for our day and a half stop over in Stockholm. Theres no wardrobe, no chest of drawers , but who needs those things? Its clean, nice shower, quick WiFi. If you want luxury Im sure theres other places in the city, for what we needed it was spot on

If youre budget conscious, perhaps this is the place for you. My room lacked a window, was compact and had a very well refurbished and spotlessly clean bathroom. Front desk staff was always smiling and friendly. Location is optimal: just inside the Stockholm Central Station complex. Reception doubles as a bar with snacks for sale, very handy if arriving very early or very late.

The only thing that was better than OK about this hotel was the staff. They were welcoming, friendly and helpful.On the other hand the self check-in terminals never seem to work, leading to queues at reception.My room (I got upgraded to one with a windowwas small and the door doesnt really keep out noise from the corridor. The plumbing is noisy too, so if the person in the next room is having an early shower youll be woken up. The room also seemed quite worn, although the hotel doesnt seem that old.The bed was comfortable enough, although itd be cramped for two people. Theres little space for luggage or clothes.Breakfast is not included but you can buy a variety of prepacked stuff at reception.The location is good, handy for Arlanda Express to the airport and right above the central railway station.In summary, some hipster decor doesnt give the hotel personality, it just makes it a bit sad.

Perfect location, not so perfect indoors (the hallway toward the rooms smelled a bit; no unpleasant smell in the room itself though).The room was tiny but perfect for a quick overnight stay. It was clean, with somewhat sticky wooden floor and only one set of towels, inspite two people occupying the room.Bedsheets were clean but they caused severe itching to one of the occupants, so much that they had to go home in the middle of the night.The staff was friendly and helpful.If you dont have sensitive skin and nose, this is a perfect place for a short stay!

For the price of the stay (£60 a night), this hotel is great. It’s clean and centrally located. It’s above central station where the Arlanda express and airport bus come directly to. Our standard room would be small for anyone who has big suitcases. It’s fine for us as we only have a rucksack each and I am also glad that we chose a room with a window. We stayed for 3 nights so the room was never cleaned during our stay, which we thought was completely fine. Shower is good and bathroom is functional with hairdryer and shower/shampoo gel. Was good to know that we could drink tap water too. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone who travel light or make sure you book a bigger (superiorroom.

Its physically impossible to stay more central in Stockholm.The services are limited to a minimum which helps keep the price down.The rooms are small but clean and comfortable and the staff is great, friendly and super helpful.
