Comana Natural Park - Park and Garden in Razgrad, Bulgaria
Lovely 😍
The delta Neajlov tour is really nice as it takes you on a trip through a diverse biosphere.
Is a natural park, we can sail with a boat and see natural beauty of the park. Also we can picnic there. We can hike on the tiroliana, there is a small train that take us in a ride on the park.
Good location for walking, dining or entertainment. Outdoor. By boat on the lake. The cleanliness of the park leaves much to be desired (bottles thrown everywhere).
One of the best day trips into nature from Bucharest
Comana National Park means enjoying a still wild nature. Hope it wil. Last many more years like this
A good place for a short walk. Also has some restaurants inside of it.
Amazing, BUT avoid this beautiful place at weekends, when its unbearably busy
What a beautiful park.
Quiet , nice to get away and catch a breath of fresh air from the city pollution
Nice place for spending time and you cand find good food
Amazing place, close to Bucharest, where you can connect with nature and enjoy a piece of history! Fresh air, activities for cildren ( bikes, tree trails, zip lines -one long over the lake), long alleys, Comana Monastery established by Vlad Țepes, the river Neajlov with a delta full of diversity in plants and birds...a full of wonders place where i always go with heart open ❤🌿!
A nice place to relax. Unfortunately the access is difficult.
Splendid
Nice and relaxing place. Lots to do. Restaurants on the expensive side but the food its good.
The Park must be visited. However the lack of parking spaces ruins the entire experience.Local and central authorities do nothing to solve this issue especially during weekends or holidays when there are thousands of people.
Amazing place. Try renting the kayak its an experience🔥
Great place!!
Its an OK place for a walk and to take a few pics. Delta scenery, decent. You can have a coffee at a terrace there.
Nice place to relax, there is an adventure park, boat rides, etc. Unfortunately there are not enough parking spaces, but still very crowded in the weekends.
Nice place to chill
Very chill place to bird watch.
Amazing escape from Bucharest. You need a car to get there and make sure you dress for the mud.No good places to eat around so pack your food.Don’t feel bad going off the main route, explore the forest. You have phone signal so you can’t get lost.Be respectful of the nature, don’t litter and enjoy the breathe of fresh air!
Perfect for a last minute family escape on a weekend. Lots of activities for kids, renting of bikes and kayaks, row-boats. Territory is clean and managed. A few places to eat but seemed rather pricey. Consider bringing your own snacks and maybe arrange a picnic. Liked the fact they have plenty clean toilet rooms across the park. Car parking is not managed well on the other hand. You can park Bucharest-style on the side of the access road if you happen to catch a spot or, just prior to the park entrance, people invite you to park within their private courtyards for a fee of 15-20 lei/day. Consider visiting the Comana Monastery (raised with contribution of Vlad Țepeșand make sure to take a walk on the alley in the back of the monastery, on the bank of a river.
Loved it, great place to come with the children, lots of fun, lots of activities. Pretty close to Bucharest. Food is OK at the local restaurants, fresh grill, French fries were awesome, very tasty. We took a ride on the small "train", recommend it.
This is an amazing location and a memorable experience. It is very close to Bucharest, it is a wonderful and relaxing place. Deep forest, pure natural, fresh air, quite. Such a change away from the busy Bucharest. You can visit the Paper Mill, Comana Monastery, Comana Natural Park which is huge with an amazing trail, Comana Fun Park. Very romantic bridges, clean, safe.Purely amazing!
Great for a weekend escape in the nature.
This is the most important natural reservation close to capital city, Bucharest, being also the second biggest wetland after well-known Danube Delta. That being said, feel free to lose yourself inside Comana Natural Park, discovering the river, deltaic landscapes and the huge forest bordering the waters.
Clean and very beautiful. -Pictures made at the begining of April
Great open spaces, lots of wild life on the likes and not so crowded
Great place when it is not crowded. On the first day of Christmas there was almost no one there, it was closed, but we managed to get in through a "back-door" and we enjoyed a walk in the park and the scenary.
Nice and quiet forest, great for walks, bike and fun time with friends. Probably amazing in winter. Will see soon!Go in the morning when is less crowded!
I love coming here. Its a short distance from Bucharest, and there are a lot to see. Theres a river boat (which I never used until now), a short walk/trekking path (about 1-1.5h), a kids adventure park, places to have a bite or a quick drink. Overall, pretty well maintained.
Great place to have a walk, bike ride.Nice forest.Easy to reach from Bucharest.Pay attention : starting with 11.00,in the weekend, becomes a little bit crowded (the entry point, where you have a parking).Pay attention : some pictures from other reviews are from the Comana Adventure Park which is at the entry in the Natural Park (which a public property). They have restaurant (beside the adventure park).
We struggled to find a spot, because there were a lot of people and a lot of garbage. We finally decided to sit somewhere where there was confetti and just a few empty plastic bottles on the grass. We couldnt leave the place like this (I dont understand how others canand we also did our best to clean and throw everything in the trash. The rating takes into account the state of other places like this and the fact that you dont have many options at present time.It could be a wonderful place and I think they would be better off restricting the entry with a large fee and using that money to clean-up.
Beautiful place to go on a weekend trip. Ive recently visited it as a couple and was amazed. You can even go cayaking or gliding over the lake.
Real beautiful natural park near Bucharest. It has everything you could possibly need on a summer day (or any other day): natural delta on Neajlov river, several restaurants/ terraces for every taste, small boat renting, as well as organized boat tours, hiking, bird watching, nature, horse riding and even a small fun train. Free parking available at both entrances. Possible to organize there bigger events, such as weddings. Also accomodation for the night is available at the hotel in the park.
Great place to go out in the weekend. Plenty of activities and restaurant on the area.
Best place ever. You can climb in the trees and not only.
I love the place because there are so many things you can do... You can go on a kayak or on a boat, or even SUP, or you can just sit at the restaurant, or enjoy an icecream on a blanket in the grass. Its great for a day in nature.
Very nice park, especially for kids - they can enjoy lots of outdoor activities. A green oasis with lots of flowers and trees and birds. Is located in a historic place, on Neajlov river side. There is a wee delta - house of rare birds and insects. After a short walk, you can enjoy tasty romanian food on one of the small restaurants inside this complex. A place worth to be seen even in summer hot weather.
I went there multiple times in the past and this past weekend twice. Its a great place for family fun or soul searching. You can find spots to stay and have a coffee and write down in your journal, you can also get together with your friends with your bikes or electrical thingies to go around. Either way make sure you get water with you as you can only buy it at the terraces that are all in one part of the park while the park is imense
One of the best places to go nearby Bucharest! In the middle of the nature and a lot of things to do!
Nice pla e to have a relaxed day outside Bucharest. It is ~1h from Bucharest. When I was here was not so crouded and the weather just beautiful.
This is a nice place to escape from the crowd in Bucharest. It only takes about 1h to reach Comana.
Nice resort, nive adventure park but do not go in weekends or potential legal holidays. There is very very crowded. If you want to go come earlier tk get a parking lot and to avoid big queues at the adventure park and restaurants and toilets.
Really nice day escape from.Bucharest. close to the city and easy to drive to. There is also an adventure park with a zip cable over part of the lake, a restaurant. You can stroll around or go for a hike deeper in the forest. You can also bike around or go for a ride with a horse carriage
Beautiful scenery at max 30 minutes from Bucharest!if you plan coming here, please preserve the surroundings as much as you can, by not throwing garbage and by respecting the surrounding silence! its an oasis for us people from the concrete.
Great place to relax away from the crowded City. You have 2 good restaurants, an adventure park, a rather relaxing trail through nature and a boat or canoe rental. You can spend a whole day there and not get bored and the prices are not high at all.
Great place to relax with your friends or family. You can practice outdoor activities, enjoy an adventure park or eat at a restaurant specialised in Greek cuisine.
