Wondeful anniversary dinner was great and our table mates were the best

10/10 HIGHLY recommend!!Im soooooo happy that we ended up going, especially during our last night in Cancun because it was just perfect.We took the sunset cruise and I loved it because we were able to expierence both the sunset and the moon since you get back by evening time.At first I was trying to figure out how so many people would fit in the boat, BUT dont worry because you will all fit. However, keep in mind to get there early so that you can get a good seat because not everyone gets to eat out on the boat. ( they have a seating area indoors on the level below, but its still worth it because its more comfortable)The jazz player is amazing and youll most likely expierence seeing someone get proposed to. Its cute.So if youre thinking about, make sure to do it. You wont regret it.

Upon arriving we were a bit deflated when seeing how many people were on the same boat as us, it was advertised to us by tui as more of a quiet secluded excursion so we was worried when boarding the ship. HOWEVER this quickly changed, the music, the service is brilliant, never had an empty glass. The starter was lovely as was the cheesecake. Only minor complaint we maybe have is that you’re not asked how you’d like your steak cooked. Ours come medium which was absolutely fine for me but I can see why some people have complained about this. Lobster tail was nice too. Same again for not given a choice for starter/dessert but we liked ours so not so much of an issue. If you’re wanting a more quiet boat trip this one might not be for you but we still had an amazing time!

It was a good experience, although the ship in the picture is not the one they take you on tour, food was very good but the drinks werent that great. Personnel is friendly. Theres a saxophone guy playing almost during all the tour, except during dinner, once dinner is over people goes back to the deck where they play some danceable music to enjoy with your partner. After that ship goes back to the docking.

This romantic dinner cruise was the highlight of my trip to Cancun. I went with three friends (weird I know), and we had the best time! The staff is so friendly and fun! The food was delicious. The boat was so beautiful. They had a live saxophone player playing all the romantic hits. They had all the couples slow dance together on the deck and remember back to when they first met. It was adorable. 10/10 recommend.

This Moonlight dinner cruise was romantic and fun. We had steak and shrimp Brochettes entree and our cheesecake dessert was delicious too. It was entertaining with music, proposal, birthdays and anniversaries celebrations. This is a must do experience. I had a wonderful time.

It was an amazing experience for me and my partner. They took our pictures before getting onboard which was really cute but we end up not getting them as they were a bit pricey for us. You could hear the lovely music from the person playing the saxophone even when youre still walking on the boardwalk going to the ship. They immediately offered us drinks too as soon as we got onboard which we appreciated. We met wonderful people during the cruise and had very good time with them. The stake was a bit dry and chewy tho but the taste was okay. The staff were nice and accommodating. It was really romantic when they gave us the time to dance to the music while we were cruising and with a spectacular skyline view of the hotel zone. Overall, a good experience.

If food is important to you this tour is not worth it. The steak is so overdone it is actually hard to cut. The lobster tail is okay. The staff is nice and the saxophonist is great. The actual sailing is a fun experience, however you are only sailing for 45 minutes each way. This tour would be much better cut in half with only snacks and drinks. You also have to pay a docking and transportation fee of $15 per person.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Please do not waste your money on this. While the idea sounds romantic and like a fun experience it isnt. My husband and I went to celebrate our 1 year anniversary. It looks like it will be you and a few other couples. I dont know if they overbooked or this is how they always do it but there were SO many people you couldnt walk around. Some people didnt even have seats. The drinks were terrible. The food was awful. Wilted salads, rotten vegetables, steak that was not a steak but some tough meat and inedible. The dance floor was so tiny hardly anyone could use it. Before you board you have to pay your port fees and they are charging everyone different amounts. How is this fair? It was an adventure with my husband but a terrible experience and not romantic at all with 200 other people shoved into a leaning boat that felt like it was sinking. I also wouldnt call it a cruise. They take you a little ways out in the lagoon and park it the whole time.

Sergio and his crew did a wonderful job of entertaining their guests. The dinner, live sax music, and dancing were a great way to spend a romantic evening with my husband on our honeymoon. So happy we decided to try it!

I did not have a positive experience on this cruise. Majority of the staff were pushy/inconsiderate/judgemental about drinks. Food allergies were mentioned earlier but not taken into account. Pricey when you cant eat anything on board. Overall, not recommended.

A great experience. Steak is well done, and a bit tough but great flavour. Lobster was lovely, though there is more to this than the food. It is an experience and we felt we got our moneys worth. Fabio was an excellent front man, and had us dancing under the stars

Something different, staff is really friendly all drinks included plus food and live music, this is a must.

My fiance and I would like to give a big thanks to the staff who helped me prepare our engagement on this boat back in July. Everything was beautiful and plans were met to expectations and we are now left with beautiful memories it was an unforgettable night on this cruise.

Our driver showed up on time, our driver was Enrique. He was super nice and very chatty. He was the first driver like that so far and it has been quite nice. He also told us all of the information we would need to know for pick up which was something we had never recieved before. The boat tide was very nice, it was actually quite refreshing. There were 2 marriage proposals and almost 3 proposals, but 1 decided not to do it after the others. The staff was amazing and super kind! We had a Cesar Salas, steak, and cheesecake for our meal and it was all very tasty. This was a great experience and one to do again and experience again! This was the sunset meal we did. Then we had Martin for our driver back to the hotel and he was very nice as well, very friendly.

We did a late reservation but they welcomed us just WOW! ⭐️ I would definitely recommend this experience ❤️ It was raining a bit when we’re at the boat but it didn’t stop the fun and romantic experience. The food is delicious too!! Host and everyone in the boat were very attentive. The one playing sax is great too!! Very romantic. Definitely worth the money!!

We had a wonderful time on the Columbus Romantic Dinner Cruise! The food was really well prepared and tasted delicious. The drinks were well made and they kept them coming! The lobster was so good as well as the cheesecake dessert. Special thanks to our host Sergio, he was very nice and gave my husband and I fantastic service. They take a photo of you in the beginning of the trip and then print it out for you in a souvenir style frame, you can get both photos for 25.00 which I thought was a good price (for a tourist style attraction). We would go again!

Booked trip about 4 hours before trip started through a GoCity membership as part of a package deal with other services.We were in town for our honeymoon and this is by far one of the best experiences Ive had in Cancun!!The staff is lovely, great music, the live saxophone player was terrific, endless drinks, and delicious food.We even had a great conversation with the captain.If you are in town I highly recommend this trip!

Absolutely loved this place for our last night in Cancun and I couldn’t ask for less just what we needed. Captain was wonderful he let us bring our bottle of champagne to the cruise even though they have an open bar on the cruise that’s already included with your ticket.Food was great! Loved the live saxophone throughout the tour.

Got this excursion thru Amstar inside Now Emerald Cancun. It included a delicious dinner and it lasted approximately 3 hours, we did the one from 5-8pm. We would definitely do it again, it was beautiful. A small bathroom was nice and clean..The dinner was steak with lobster, a small baked potato and veggies a roll. You could choose whatever you wanted to drink thru out the ride, beautiful boat. Absolutely loved it. We bought the first picture from them for $20 , everything is in dollars, you can of course pay in Pesos too. The staff was very nice, spoke great English and Spanish, were very entertaining and polite. If your in Cancun you need to do this dinner, I know we definitely will if we go again.

The first part of the event was very good, music, drinks (rail qualityand host was pleasant. Dinner was not good, steak was of poor quality and prawns were sold as lobster. After dinner the host would not shut up. My wife and I went to the bow of the ship to have our romantic cruse. I gave three stars for the cruse and the effort.

This was a beautiful event with my wife for her birthday trip in Cancun. Great atmosphere and music. Food was great as well. Loved it from start to finish. Did the moonlight trip that started at 8:30 pm

We made reservations for our dinner tour last minute, and didnt regret one minute of it! Our hosts were great. The food was good. The drinks were good. We were out on our tour for about 2.5 hours while the sun was setting and the. We enjoyed some music and laughing with other guests we met. It was a well enjoyed adventure for sure!

We did the 8:30 cruise and let me tell you this was AMAZING!!!!! We had such a great time! The romantic ambiance, the live music and the very meticulous service provided added to the amazing views! We sang along together and requested songs! The boat was so cute and fancy. The drinks (open barwere delicious and well sized. The food was *chefs kisses* delicious and cooked at the moment on a grill outside on the boat. There is indoor seating for dinner service but some preferred to stay outside. We ate inside but had dessert outside. The dessert was soooo delicious and decadent!This is well worth every penny!!!!!P.S. We did this as my birthday dinner not a romantic dinner since it a girls trip so do not feel like you have to go with a partner, but I would dress it up a bit.

Sergio and the crew are awesome. Unfortunately, that is the best I can say about the dinner.The surf and turf is not worth the price you pay.It is all you can drink but they only have low end liquor.The steak and lobster were over cooked and the vegetables looked and tasted like they came from a bag.The Ceasar salad was good but drowning in dressing.I do not recommend this cruise and would not do it again

We took the 5:30 cruise. I will say right up front, after the experience I would have paid double for what we enjoyed. Food was exceptional, I had lobster and my wife steak. The staff was extremely courteous and fun. We never were left with empty glasses. The MC for the night Sergio was by far worth all the entertainment-he was engaging, set the mood and made sure everyone was having a great time. The music played was perfect, weather and sunset views were spectacular. We shared the dinner cruise with multiple other couples enjoying their anniversaries and got to share in a proposal! The evening ended with the couples dancing to jazz under a neon love sign, it was great. My wife have taken many trips, enjoyed many dinners for our 18 years and this is quite possibly the best.

I did this as a surprise for my bf’s bday. It was our favorite excursion. It was so romantic. The staff & Sergio were amazing; super attentive & made sure we had a great time. It was a beautiful day & the sunset was amazing. The food & drinks were perfect as well. Having the saxophone player there was a great add on. If you’re looking for something romantic, I highly recommend this, worth every penny!

We took the sunset cruise. It was a good time. Not a great time. They try to hurry things along as they keep bringing drinks. The dinner is ok at best. They promised a romantic time ; how romantic can it be with 30 other couples? Like I said it was ok. Would we do it again? Probably not. It was fun the one time. Were glad we did it.

If youre going to do a sunset dinner cruise this is the one to do! Upon arrival we were given a cocktail, the boat was beautiful, the staff was amazing, we met new people and had a wonderful dinner and enjoy the sunset. The live saxaphone player was great ! We will definitely do this again!

I didnt like the name of the boat for personal reasons and the boat was kinda in need of a makeover (old). Service was great. 5:30 dinner was best time for site seeing. Food was not seasoned but ok. Music was richly soothing played by a really good saxophone player. He and the MC are what made the trip romantic. I loved the coziness of the candlelit dinner as we opened our window and watched the sunset below deck. Very nice.

Thoroughly enjoyed my experience on this trip. Awesome staff, great service, fantastic jazz music, great ambience and fantastic food. Cant ask for more.

If you want to fall asleep, then book this cruise. Maybe the 5:30pm cruise would have been better. I would not recommend the 8:30pm cruise. It is too dark, and it feels like youre sailing into the dark abyss. Without a nice view, it just felt pointless.We read the reviews before we decided to book, they were wonderful! I am convinced our cruise was far less spectacular than others described. I was so excited about a romantic cruise w/ smooth jazz, and an engaging atmosphere. Although the food & drink service was nice, I was so disappointed that there was no saxophonist as advertised. I was really looking forward to this. If I would have known there would only be a man singing slow Mexican love songs, I honestly would not have booked. He put my husband and I to sleep. No engaging fun interactions, no dance floor. Just 2 long hours on the boat w/ music I didnt enjoy, and uncomfortable seating.The whole ride felt very mundane. I was waiting for some type of fun interaction with the guests or switch up w/ the music. It never came. We were actually anticipating the end, and were ready to leave. We did not feel it was worth the $225 USD we paid. Would not recommend, or return again.

Great cruise, great food and great music. The staff was friendly and made for a fun experience. The boat was a bit crowded for a romantic setting as you are sitting shoulder to shoulder with strangers. Also the cruise is very deserving of a great tip but we got turned off with the staff standing at the bottom of the stairs with their Tip buckets as you departed. Tipping should be voluntarily and because of this gesture we put half our tip back in our pocket. Polaroid picture overpriced - bring your own camera. Overall I would recommend this tour.

Great host, great crew, good food, amazing location. And open and unlimited drinks, every time they see your glass half full they will come by and offer something else, from alcoholic beverages to coffee. Be ready to tip these guys for their service

I visited for my 30th birthday and had a lot of fun, the food was great and the entertainment was really good. While on the dinner cruise we witnessed a proposal and guess what... She said yes!

We saved this for our last adventure in Cancun and we were not disappointed. The food and service was excellent. If I ever come back to Cancun this will be at the top of my list once again.

Went for the 8.30 pm cruise. Relaxing, chilled out, nice food and drinks. Especially, the dessert was delicious. The host for the evening was very enthusiastic and made sure people were having fun. There was live music and a dance floor ! Only the seating around the deck could have been better..

Romantic atmosphere, non-couples might feel awkward. Staff was great, food was fine. It was fun sitting with couples from around the world.

My husband & I came down here for our honeymoon and did this on a Friday night. This was the most fun we had during our whole stay! The food was absolutely delicious! Wine and beer was awesome! Sergio was so much fun and made the whole night enjoyable! It was worth every penny! We highly recommend this experience!

Much more fun than I expected - the food is grilled on-board and they have a variety of drinks. Very nice for a romantic evening. There were two marriage proposals the night we were there!
