Collage-All day dining in Ahmadabad

Food was okay. Service is very slow, the staff is just running around. Not expected from Hyatt. They are super careless after taking heavy rates on dishes. Clear soup was just- water with veggies, pasta was pathetic. Would not recommend

We had dinner at collage. Food was amazing and excellent service provided by the staff.Very professional and sincere.Veerbhan served us with a pleasant smile and made us feel very comfortable giving attention to every small details.Would love to come again.

An accidental discovery when the mall next to it was closed. I was with my dad and we decided to pop in. Pleasantly surprised. Nice ambience and good decorum (social distancing and such). The host was polite as he showed us to our table. The à la carte menu, however, needs an update. Dishes were not available and/or the choices were limited. The thing is if you asked for something thats not in the menu theyd arrange for it. But thats not good. The point of a menu is to look at the dish and its price before you decide to go for it. This is a very bad practice. The food was good and delicious. One thing I dont understand is do the restaurant stuff think that people are all calorie conscious because the entrée was clearly not enough for one person.After we were done we still had some time to kill and we ordered Darjeeling tea. Clearly it wasnt the real Darjeeling tea and the flavours were missing. Was terribly disappointed. I dont expect this from Hyatt restaurants.Will visit again but I will recommend the buffet over à la carte.

The Christmas feast was nice. They couldve organised it better but when we gave them this feedback they were very very apologetic and hospitable. Overall was a good experience

Unchi dukaan feeka pakwaan!One of the non worthy food I had at this place!!Very limited options they have for vegetarian and we had ordered few dishes!!Soup was very bad 👎Kebab was just ok nothing special!!Main couse we have ordered one paneer dish and dal makhaniPaneer dish was disgusting full of spices and dal makhani was not fresh at all!! Dal was like a jelly in consistency!!Breads was just okFlies were roaming all around!!Only good thing the staff was cooperative otherwise everything was totally disgusting!!Still regrets why I had choosen that place for dining!!

Have a great experience...Very nice and clean collage all day dining in Ahmedabad. Nice staffand very helpful and so smart..always welcome, reasonable price for the quality you can find. Food is juicy and tasty and great quality....Overall memorable experience..Hope to be there soon!

Hi ! We celebrated a friends birthday at midnight and wanted to go somewhere nice to eat at the same time.We went to Collage-Hyatt at vastrapur,Ahmedabad.The staff( Mr Avinashif im not wrong was very courteous and helpful.We were infact provided by a cake at a request.The food was good and so was the hospitality.Will visit again .Thankyou Mr Avinash.

You cant go wrong with this restaurant located in Hyatt, Vastrapur. The staff pretty much goes to an extent to prepare a bespoke meal for you.Top notch hospitality 👍🏼

A wonderful place that has captured the hearts of ahmedabadi foodies for years now has come up with a new menu. The executive head chef has put in his heart and soul to bring to you the very essence of dhaba style cuisine that you can enjoy sitting at their restaurant. The views and interior is as usual amazing and the seating is very comfortable. The staff very well trained.The menu begins with a sunrise to sunset concept where youll find dishes like upma and dosa alongside eggs Benedict and parsi akuri all prised at dhaba rates!Next in line is the highway or my way where in youll find dishes like the punjabi parathas and English muffins. Theyve covered it all for you in one place! Next are the soups which are delectable! And then comes in the super bowls which is a one meal dish kind of a concept with humongous portions. So actually you dont need anything if youre ordering a super bowl, perhaps a drink and youll be done!The local slides like the bunny chow and the devil chop are worth a mention! They also have a varied section for salads where in the ingredients come from the hyatt garden itself you can actually see the garden from your table if youve got one near the window! What a lovely thought!Next in line are their delicious pizzas and pide youve got to try the pide! Be it veg or non veg! Both are equally delicious! I repeat, DO NOT MISS THE PIDE. Then you also have main course from around the world and of course Indian. Everything is cooked right with the perfect flavours. Even the cocktails are spot on! And no, I am not exaggerating.They also have a dessert section but that requires a tad bit of finesse and that is why I have not rated the place a 5. No other complaints! Love the place and love the new menu! Go try that today :)

Amazing experience. Food quality and taste were good. I have chose the buffet option which has limited menu item in it but still all the foods were good. They also served a brand new innovative dish name Alita which was a mixture of egg, pan cake and pizza but they were not like that.. It was delicious.The ambience was also good. Staff member were friendly and helpful.

Had been to this place recently. The ambience was amazing. Seating was very good. Service was good. I tried-Soup- Not a big fan of soup but i liked this one. 4/5Murgh angare- The quantity was pretty. The taste was very good. Very juicy chicken. 5/5Butter chicken- Too good. The quantity too was amazing. 5/5Desserts- I had some chocolate dessert which was just too good. 5/5. Tried a mango dessert too which was very good.Overall a amazing place with very good service and great food. Will definitely go again
