Buy 6 from the deli get all the way back home with 4. Teach them to count.

Only 2 checkouts open plus the 12 or less.Unable to use self checkout with a trolley (unlike Coles Waurn Ponds send all Woolworths supermarkets)Not happy. Wished Id gone to Woolworths.Prices up in all aisles. Maybe Aldi is the best option. Please step up.Really testing my patience and loyalty with just two checkouts plus 12 items or less and no go trolley self serve. Add to this the massive increase in price of most staple foods and I really am peeved.

Everything is set easy to find good parking disable access just another friendly COLES supermarket although prices have consumers shopping elsewhere or just doing without essentials

Well I must say its been awhile since Ive shopped at Coles & I was most impressed at the availability of Meat in piacular & the cost compared to woolies also all other products were more available than what Ive been experiencing at woolies since the start of covid a lot of empty unavailable products & the cost rising what seems like every time I do my shop (fortnightly).... So COLES 🙌🤝Congratulations youve WON me back also staff were very nice polite & helpful😊. I will be back regularly "Thanks Coles"!

This week we found their F&V a lot nicer than safeway, in fact heaps nicer.

I ordered a wrap platter - meatlovers to collect as we were passing through Colac on the 27th. I was very happy with the reliability of the service provided and delighted with the quality of the product. I was also very impressed with the store in general.

This store never fails me in the things that I need. Such wonderful friendly, helpful, happy staff.

Worse service in the world. Checkout staff’s like dead, when you say thank you or greeting, no response at all. Complaint to the manager and he didn’t want to listen to what you experienced. The manner of the staffs has a lot of room to improve.

Best quality fruit and veg in town. The service is always helpful and with a smile. I love the service. But please, get the icing right on your donuts. Why should I have to go to Hulms store just to buy donuts? They were good a few months ago, but gone way down hill since.Maybe a new baker?

Watch out for dates on meat! I bought at full price on a Sunday around lunchtime, realised Monday that it was to be used by that Monday and this was on multiple packs of meat. When I called to tell them I spoke to a woman full of attitude and didn’t get even close to an apology ! Back to woolies for me from now on.

This is the best coles Ive ever been too they literally have everything and so many vegetarian alternatives. So impressed!

Great place to shop with clean toliets

Its definitely awesome having there unique health food section, way more expensive but the products there are great, the bakery is fantastic with there selection of bread and wraps, i use this supermarket everytime Im in colac.

Every staff member we encountered was exceptionally lovely. The store was extremely clean and all the food was fresh.

Was good except the person serving at the checkout was busy holding her grandchild. Cute but when your in a hurry not so cute.

Great shop ! The bloke in bottle shop with beard not a worry in the world !! But the Blonde girl at the check out could not of been ruder if she tried !!! All she said was What do you want ! That will be what Ever the price is see you later not even a thank you or anything like that at all !!! I went there on a Saturday and I could tell she didnt want to be there but crikey !! Its not hard to say PLEASE & THANKYOU these days !! I might of been brought up different but everyones different.

I visited coles at 3:30 pm 27rd February. I went to the self serve and I scanned a product but the machine showed wrong price. And we need a hand. When I wave to the staff She roll her eyes at me. Its not first time she showing impatience. So I decide not to keep silent.

Brand new Coles store. Plenty of parking. Very well laid out with everything you could want. It only lost 2 stars because the self serve isnt open until later in the morning which slows things down and there isnt enough self serve stations that offer cash out when they are open.

I was very disappointed when I visited the Colac store app 8 pm on 23rd December. A lot of the shelves were empty, especially items needed for Christmas and there was no sign of anyone filling the shelves. There was one main checkout open and one 12 items or less and that was it. I went to the self serve. Very, very bad store management. Hate to think what it would be like this morning (Christmas eveI went to Woolworths where shelves were being filled and lots of checkouts open. Will continue going there in future as obviously their management know what they are doing.

The layout and the produce are displayed beautifully, lovely and fresh. The grocerie section is spacious and easy access to all the customers, its a credit to Coles, thank you.
