Coffee Underground - Coffee shop in Isleworth, United Kingdom
"Underground Cafe" is located 5 steps away from West Kensington station. It is a shiny pearl of the area, very unique and interesting little place with ready to go breakfast and hot drink of your desire to grab on the way to work. It is a great place for quick business meeting or personal branding session (discreetly and quick with the consent of the kind owner). I am very thankful for this gracious privilege. Until next time for business meeting with cup of coffee or quick personal branding shoot. In time the deco is changing but ambience of the place grows on me.
Nice staff, good food and coffee! Will come back!
Prana chai is the one!
Hands down the best chai latte in West London. Welcoming staff is an added bonus.
Great coffee, friendly service
This place does the best almond croissants in London, the food and coffee here is great. Highly recommended.
Lovely little cosy place to have morning coffee and lunch.Staff was really nice and pleasant. Even recommended us to try the brie and apple and it was delicious. The spiced chai latte was perfect with a bit of sweet. The cappuccino was light with a roasty creamy flavour. The pricing wasnt bad at all especially given the service was really good. Roughly £6-8 per person assuming you got a drink and a sandwich.
Consistently the best Piccolo in town. Kudos guys !
Delicious mocha made by friendly staff. Thank you. x
As a customer you’re rushed for coffee choice even when empty, and always accompanied with no-smile. In a competitive market, nothing special!
This place has very good quality coffee, delicious snacks and the staff is very nice, friendly welcoming. Highly recommended it
My favourite coffee shop 😍 super coffee and amazing staff 🤗
We’ve stopped here every morning during our stay in the area and have thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The coffee is phenomenal, the service is great, the pastries are delicious. Very thankful we found this gem during our visit!
John makes the best coffee!! Thank you xx
The day just doesnt start right without a trip to Coffee Underground. Great coffee and even better people - we look forward to seeing their lovely faces everyday! xx
This is a flat white I got today. Im so disappointed. The only reason I give two stars is that last time I got a great cappuccino.
Love it 😊👍 coffee taste amazing and pastries are delicious. Very friendly staff too 😊👍 my Sunday takeaway coffee for sure 😊
Amazing coffee and the Baristas are super lovely, definitely a good way to start the day
Wonderful coffee, great Croissants! Chilled place for a light breakfast. Lovey staff.
Excellent artisan coffee and its not an exaggeration. I like their opening hours too. It has beautiful yet simple decor for such a small place. Love the glass front looking onto the high street. Some baristas are friendly whilst others are there just to do their jobs" and serve coffee, which I suppose to move the crowd as quickly as possible because the small space cannot accommodate too many people. Will definitely be back whenever I am in that part of town.
Best coffee in London. The staff is lovely and warm. 100% recommended.
Such a cute coffee shop, always with friendly and helpful staff. The coffee is incredible, and doesnt have that burnt coffee taste that so many places have (even expensive coffee shops!!Clearly its made by staff who have been well trained and care about what they produce. 10/10
A little on the small side, but theres a lovely large window to sit at and watch the world go by. Tasty coffee, too.
Nice people. Excellent quality of the hot chocolate at least. (That was what i had). Fast service and clean place.
Unfortunately coffee wasnt great, my flat white was extremely sour and burnt. Would not recommend 😕
Epic coffee shop right beside West Kensington Tube Station. Coffee and service is great!!! Staff are so helpful and cheerful. Must visit!!!!
The barista was nice. They have a lovely small place with tables and Wifi. They have different options with your cup of coffee.the coffee might be improved with the extraction and the steaming as well.
Great coffee and matcha. Super efficient service and nice aesthetic. One of the few coffee shops in London that compares to home (New York/Sydney)
Great coffee, free wifi, and very friendly staff! I will definitely come back for takeaway coffee, as it really is excellent quality. But I probably wouldn’t stay for dine in - it was very small and rather stuffy inside with no airflow, and the busy road right outside gave it a smell of exhaust fumes.
Authentic artisanal coffee and handmade tasty food in a great atmosphere. They get shipments of fresh coffee which is roasted on site next to you and fills the space with a lovely aroma. Staff are always with a smile and space is very cozy although it can be difficult at times to find a seat. Love this little spot.
Its now my favourite place to stop off for a coffee before I go to work. All the pastries are so good and the guys there are just so friendly, love it!
Great coffee, good selection of healthy snacks and friendly staff.I had the peanut butter energy ball and a cappuccino. I am a big coffee person, and get frustrated if it is not right. The energy ball was a bit pricey I felt at £2.50 but I rather support a local business.
Fab coffee shop next to West Kensington station on North End Road.Discovered this place during lockdown whilst they’re offering a take away only service. It’s now my regular!Great locationFantastic coffeeReasonably priced coffeeFriendly ownerHighly recommended
What a super place, extra friendly staff and really delicious coffee. My doggie loves coming here too as he gets extra cuddles & treats from the staff. Best coffee in the area for sure.
Coffee is good and service is friendly. The little space is trendy. A bit pricy ~ £3.4 for a soya latte. Seats are comfortable, and the space is quite cozy but a little small - naturally, if you got a very chatty and loud person here, it becomes impossible for other people to work and get some quiet time.
Just had an absolutely delicious sourdough baguette oozing with mozzarella tomato basil and pesto
I’ve had coffee here more than a few times. Their coffee beans are great, which at times can be the only saving grace as some of the baristas will not make a good beverage with milk. I’d suggest retraining all baristas to make drinks to an excellent standard.Love the cakes.
Excellent ambience. Great coffee.iced coffee superb. Delicious food. Very well managed coffee shop. Staff very courteous and helpful. A pleasure to go there . Marian
A cozy coffee shop hidden by the street, friendly staffs gave me very thorough introduction of the beans, good espresso!
Tiny place, just one table and a bar facing towards the street, that serves very good coffee. This is not burned stuff you get in the most coffee chains (wont name theme here, but one is red and another is blue). This is the real deal.
This is the best coffee shop in the area. The coffee is great quality, always made to a high standard. The service is also always super friendly. Highly recommend ⭐️
Absolutely incredible staff, lovely smiles, the best coffee in London and great selection of snacks and drinks. So much love and respect for your hard work and for always giving us reasons to come back!
Best coffee I ever had.Really friendly and chatty staff.Good choice of music either. They also do a free coffee after you buy 10 from them.Always nice and relax atmosphere, even if it is busy.Love this place. Not always have a chance to pass it.Keep on going guys. And definitely beter, than it was before Underground Coffee.
Much better than the previous coffee shop that was here, it’s brighter and staff much friendlier. Have a loyalty system so free coffee eventually! Good selection of breakfast pastries and mini sandwiches
Nice little coffee shop that serves delicious coffee and cool snacks. We went there every day, couldnt get enough, LOVED the cappucino.
I dont know which coffee shop that Brett, (below commentshas been going to, but it isnt Coffee Underground. The breakfast I have every day with a coffee is always delicious, speedily served, fairly priced with a very very big smile and warm interaction from all the staff. Cakes are amazing too.
Living 50m from here for quite some time last year, I used to come in quite often. Every day hoping that the new staff (they rotated oftenwould finally be remotely friendly. I was always dissapointed. Its a tiny hole in the wall takeaway coffee shop with basic cold drinks, pastries and two staff behind the bar making your coffees. The Coffees themselves are good by comparison against the complete lack of competition. The staff were just dreadful. In all fairness it has been a while since Ive been but I dont think I EVER got any of the basic pleasantries. No "hi", "bye", "what can I get for you", "thankyou", nothing. Just rude, surly staff who stare at you until you speak, then wait for you to leave.
A huge improvement over the place that was here before. Much faster / friendlier service and the coffee is just as good. Decent selection of cakes and pastries, and slightly more space to sit, although its a tiny space and seats about six very friendly people at best. The best coffee in the area.
Great cup of coffee! I tend to stay with chains. But this place has the best tasting coffee I’ve had in a long time. Nice decor and friendly staff. 👍☕️
Great coffee and the carrot cake is just delicious. Only been there once but very satisfied.Just dont understand why the door is always open, letting in the cold. Other than that its very cosy and love the seats by the window where you can watch the passerbys
