This is another tries after failing my satisfaction. I feel the bean is over burned.But the service and environment are great for laptop working and chitchat. Parking lot is spacious for both car and motorbikes.

Clean, good WiFi, comfortable seating, decent coffee and iced tea, croissants, pastries and sandwiches. The staff are polite and helpful and while they donโt speak English, nor us Khmer, we were able to make ourselves understood. A good option for anyone staying south of Kampong Chhnang on hwy 5.
