Coffee Culture - The Ristorante Lounge, Adajan - Surat in Surt

I was very fond of this place before todays incident. Im very regular coustomer of this branch. But today this review, Im sharing because of unhelpful, rude and I dont give a damm type of behavior of a new manager of this place.I mistakenly paid my bill to katargam venue via swiggy dineout."I asked manager to manage payment from other branch but he clearly denied very rudely as if we are begger and asked me very inappropriately that why youdidnt see before paying ? I dont know anything. You do whatever you want . Im out of it." I asked him to please talk to other branch regarding this but he again rudely denied to talk and handed me number of that branch and asked me to solve by myself , that too rudely. Instead of he could politely have explained me about payment system with swiggy but he didnt do it and his gesture was very very inappropriate as if he dont care whether you come here again or not. This branch used to be my all time favourite that thier staffs are also become familiar to me but after this insulting behaviour of your manager, I have to think thousand times before visiting the place. Loyal Coustmers come not because of your food only , they come again and again for your hospitality as well. I will prefer now the bungalow cafe as they treat us very very politely that you wish to visit it again and again...

It is an air conditioned restaurant with great ambience.It serves both veg and nonveg.It serves appetizers, sizzlers, pasta, waffles, coffee and shakes.iThe China Town sizzler was really yum, it just melts in your mouth and all the things in the plate enhance the taste; y’all must try.iiPaneer shashlik sizzler with Makhani sauce was little heavy but tasted greatiiiEven the Mexican sizzler was little spicy but great.ivThe Mix grill sizzler tasted good but the amt of gravy served should’ve been more.vChoco Brownie Mochachilo was decentviKoffee Kulture wasn’t that great.viiNutella shake was yummy and full of whipped cream.

Always amazing. Best part is the coffee and no doubts on food. They have the best coffee and its the only place in Surat where you find a combination of good coffee and good food.Services could be better. Services were extremely slow.

Superb food.. Ordered creamy musroom and Spicy Noodles both item were great..Enjoyed the taste and service.Even parathas were different and tasty.Noodles are different from general places and well prepared. Must try dishes.Budget friendly and nice ambience.Place has made efforts to customize menu and serve people.

Very pleasant ambience, food is average and costly. A normal coffee will cost u thrice the norml price. One star cut for the cost factor, otherwise the cafe is good.

We were disappointed at coffee culture pal. The food was too blend and tasteless.There was no taste to triple layered pasta. Instead of apologising or accepting the mistake the cashier said it cannot happen.They were least concerned.Only the serving service was good but from food to listening to feedback was quite disappointing.Will not recommend to others!!!

Lovely place in Adajan. We were out for lunch and expected a crowded place being a Holiday but no it was quiet. It’s having comfort indoor and outdoor seating.Service is good.We tried Cold brew Mojito _ Excellent cooler drink for Surat heat🥵🥵Popeye Sandwich_ Nice with potato filling and cheese, fries served on the side.Hakka noodles and cheese garlic bread were also good. Overall portion size is filling.

Ambience is pleasing. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Food was delicious. We tried Mexican pizza, Corn cheese balls, Cold coffee, Kit kat shake and rogger forrado shake. Food was up to mark but bit costly. Order procedure is quite irritating.

Its a nice place to hang out with friends. Mostly snacks and drinks are served here. Taste of the snacks is quite good if not phenomenonal. They have both indoor and outdoor sitting options available. Outdoor sitting is quite decorative and they have put in plants to make you feel like you are in garden. Further outdoor sitting is good only after evening.

Worst. I order today dry manchurian, I specially called to restaurant that plz dont send spicy food I am allergic with spicy food. I request them plz dont make it spicy its my humble request. But they send too much spicy food. When I call them to ask why they did this even after give proper instruction, they said we dont know and cut the call. I ll never order again. Worst experience. Send food to your customer, first taste it. Too bad. Too bad service. And why owner always give reply to good reviews customer. Reply to this review also. I must say one more thing the another piplod branch people also very rude. So will never suggest to go this place.. no customer service.poor and worst service and poor food quality. Coffee culture - Zero brand - value. - no value of customer money.

Sunday visit at evening time with family . not good experience with food and environment also irritating sound while ordering. . Food is expensive and quantity is less. Guys never try pizza here . i had farm house its totally waste of money. Its better to go other competitive.

I went to have a casual date lunch here I ordered this amazing sizzlers and nachos. They were lip smackingThe rum coffee was too good.And to top it off cherry on the cakeMy gf broke up with me (:that was the highlight of the afternoon. Too good . Would recommend 10/10

Test of coffee and smothi is wonderful.. But test of sandwich is not up to the mark. Price is pretty much high.. ambience of cafe is really good.. I have received smothi with hair on glass. But they didnt replace the same even after my instructions.. they just clear that glass and gave back to me.. this thing I dont like.

It a very happening place with good employees polite and kind you can also arrange birthday parties over there I went there for night coffee I had hazelnut coffee which was not too good my experience with the food over there was ohk it’s a good place to click pictures and too spend time with your friends

Good place to hang out with friends. There are always some coupons available as the place charges exorbitantly and to avail some discounts. The place is always bustling with college students and love birds and you will find less families here. Quantity of pasta and all is less as compared to the money they charge.. good dessert options for chocolate lovers.

Very good location and easy to notice from moving traffic... Ambiance is really good and place is very spacious .... Tables are big and sitting is comfortable ... Staff was quite polite and helpful... Food was really good ... Restroom was really small although it was clean... Overall really good experience.... Their paneer bhurji pizza is, must try :)

A very well known cafe in town, it is famous for there coffee as well as for food also. Ambience is great, cool place to hang out, service is great, staff is polite. Over all a good place to go with family and friends.

We order choblast n we had in glass piece of plastic. I wouldnt recommend to visit as such big brand making mistakes & poor staff service. How could it happens. The staff even not bothered of any issue.

When its coffee culture, I dont think I have to say anything right. The food was definitely nice. I personally love their garlic bread, pizzas and Sizzlers. And their quantity was so good, too. The one I have tasted is layered pasta and it was served in a very large bowl that even 6-7 of us cant finish out that with other food. Also the taste was so amazing. Talking about the desserts, they are having loads of options of jars, sizzling brownie, cold coffees etc... The tiramisu was ohk in taste, that one I have ordered for tasting first time actually. Also the choco volcano one was superb.

Located at prime area of surat. Easy to reach there.Too much slow service provided by staff. Food quality was just good. Every time have to call staff 4 to 5 times for assistance. Served stater have Average taste. Taste of snadwich was good. Table didnt have essentials things such as spoon, tissue paper, fork. I have to ask staff to provide such essential things. It didnt feel good.One time visit place. Experience was not upto mark.😋😋😋😋🤨🤨🤨

One of the best cafe lounges of the city. An amazing ambiance, delicious food, great music, and nice service. I would love to visit this place again and again. I highly recommend this place. Sizzlers here are awesome, can be combined with some nice Coffees or refreshing mocktails.

Food was good but maggi sizzler was too spicy..Few things disappointed me which were table was not prepared. Forks & Spoons rack was not full, chili flakes was near to empty. Pizza was little burnt.Atmosphere in restaurant was just fine. Music, seating arrangement, all good.Best place to dine out with friends of course. You can go with your bae too.
