Lucy, Amy and Gregg are awesome. Home town pet store that I found very welcoming and helpful. I will be returning, seeing how they had everything I needed beside some special CBD products that Gegg ordered for me at an excellent price. Im grateful that I found this store so close to my normal routine. Cant believe Ive been in Cody so long without finding this place.

The only place around where I can find all I need for my furbabies and the best customer service every time I visit!

Very nice very good place lots of good dog cat And reptile stuff. The business next door is not very nice. I had no where else to park ups was parked in a couple spots so I parked out on the side in the lines as far from the motorcycle shop out of there way was not even in the pet shop five minutes and she was all ready coming in the pet shop yelling at me and I was already paying and going to leave .agin it only tooke me five minutes and the business next door was yelling at me for parking in the way when when I was way out of her way she didnt even have any consumer s or anything going on. The pet store told me that I was not in her way at all. Very rude motorcycle shop so watch out where you park when going to the best pet shop around.

The store is a real pet place. They have a great product line, with about anything you could want. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. There is a rewards program and a nice return policy.

The 2 girls I know are very informative, and helpful. The prices are a bit too high, but its nice to go where youre remembered and they love on your pets.

Well organized, friendly staff, amazing people to talk with and learn from. Could do with lower prices, but because it is a local pet store, and not a big chain the pricing is reasonable.

My dog needed a name tag with a local phone number for our two-month stay. Walked right in (with my dog!and walked out with the tag in five minutes. Awesome service.

These guys are super nice and almost always have what we need for our exotic pets! I love to check out the reptiles everytime I stop in. The best thing for me is picking up a live mouse to feed my Argentine horned frog with; theyre the only place Ive found to carry what I need and have cool, well kept animals to boot!

My young pitbull all of a sudden became allergic to her food. She was getting hives from her usual IAMS mini chunks and we needed to go to a grain less food. We tried Blue Buffalo but after the very first bowl of that she was vomiting. So we put her back on IAMS and took a trip to the Cody Wyoming Pet Depot. Going back on IAMS gave her bad diarrhea, she has always had a sensitive stomach to switching foods. When we got to the Pet Depot a young lady, very beautiful and knowledgable gave us the best advice. Try Elevate dog food. She told us it worked great on her dog with skin allergies and we tried it. We learned our pittie is allergic to chicken and the Elevate pork and wild boar worked amazing for her. We are so grateful to pet depot for helping us. The employees are very helpful and amazing and have given us discounts, less expensive options, options that WORK, and, they were amazingly kind and understanding to our situation. We will be going there from now on for our dog food and treats. I used to think everything there was pricey, but I see how its very worth it and if guy ou ask for some help the employees know the cheapest best working things in their store. Thanks guys, youre amazing.

Knowledgeable staff, April knows whats up with reptiles, excellent customer service and fair return policies on accessories such as lights, tops and other habitat stuff.

You can find things for EVERY critter you might have or that you might want. From tarantulas to ferrets they will have you covered.

Ive had bad experiences here in the past, but when my heater for my gecko blew out, I needed a quick solution for my cold home, rather than Amazon.The two girls who helped me were extremely nice, and it was nice to see people who were actually knowledgeable about the animals for once.I accidentally got interested in a ball python that was there, and they told me his meals, that hes been handled about every day, a good eater, and a few more extra things to freshen up my knowledge about them.I was VERY impressed on that visit.
