Very good and comfortable stay

Rooms are not kept clean. When I asked to clean the room, they said room service is done once in two days which is not good. Reception people behaved rude and didnt organize the activity on time and had to wait for 4 hours. Food options are limited for breakfast included booking.

We missed our flight and booked this hotel as it was near by. This hotel is a decent hotel and hotel staff supported us very well. They provided milk for my toddler, prepared veg food separetely when they came to know that we are jains, and a cigarette as I was tensed. Thank you

I was disappointed to have arrived yesterday late evening with my family and not have any representative from this hotel meet us. In all of the correspondence emails before it had been stated that this had been arranged with the hotel and since we had young children, they would prioritise.At the airport information desk we were given the hotel number and gave them a ring. We were told by the hotel that they knew nothing about an airport pick up, that they couldnt arrange a pick up and that we should find a taxi. When I said that this wasnt the warm Maldivian welcome we were promised, the hotel representative nervously laughed and said that there was nothing he could do.We found the taxi rank and waited for nearly 45 mins for a taxi. This is with two small children at around midnight.The hotel itself is modern and the rooms are fairly well kept, although has a backpackers feel to it. Lots of steps to manoeuvre with your suitcases and breakfast to be eaten in your room - without suitable furniture to accommodate this. The views are mostly of the back of other buildings or other rooms. There will be better choices out there.

Cool stay wit super cool access to the beach, lots of convenience stores near by. Indian resto wit money exchange very near to the hotel.

Rooms are very small..They have a good Indian Restaurant..Staffs are well behaved..

WORST HOTEL EVER I STAYED ! Me and my family stayed for one night and had to get COVID test done as we were flying internationally after that. The hotel staff advised us to get our COVID test done in the hotel we thought the staff is very helpful BUT they are scammers they brought all those reports positive(as they did in their own labafter that I insisted them that I want tests to be redone and I want to redo the tests they didn’t let us do that and forced us to book hotel for another 7days but we forcefully went to another lab and we did our rapid tests and those came negative.SURPRISE! Then hotel staff was not agreeing to accept those negative reports and were forcing us to stay at the hotel for another week for quarantine. But we left the hotel with those negative reports from outside Lab and then they said they will inform the ministry and will tell the police to arrest us.we ignored because our reports were genuine. From certified lab and then we left and we got no problem on the way and then we had another test done when landed at our destination that also came negative that means the hotel staff was scam and was just after us for money.Please don’t go to this hotel there’s NO LIFT, NO WIFI WORKING , NO ROOM SERVICE, and it’s close to beach but you will find almost all the hotels in Maldives near the beach so better chose other option. And we also Found out that their hotel was already filled with so many COVID positive people to whip they forced to quarantine . PLEASE DONT CHOSE THIS HOTEL.

Decent hotel very near to the beach..rooms are clean..There are few negative points-No room service available..no lift..poor reception responses..otherwise its a good place to stay

I am an Indian National and I travelled to Maldives in the month of January 2022 during the peak of Omnicron Covid virus.I was welcomed warmly by Yash (receptionist. The beach from this hotel is less than 100 meters away.The Indian food restaurant Bombay durbar is just 600m away.The in-house restaurant of coconut tree,kicks restaurant is wonderful and they have polite and generous Indian staff with the food taste very good.There is a need to get RT PCR done before departure and there are two RT PCR testing lab just 100 meters from the hotel.Such a wonderful location that my travel was hassle free and wonderful.You can book this hotel without any fear.

Amazing Experience! The Hotel location is right next to the beach. The hotel room are very clean and the the staff is very helpful as well. They also help arrange the RT-PCR test. There are some great restaurants in the neighborhood. The market place is also just at walking distance.

On 2019, i stayed at this hotel with family. Small apartment hotel, but its value for money. Complementary break fast is average. Only few hotel staffs are available, even though they are well mannered helping characters. North Indian restaurants are available little far from this hotel. Hotel manager is organized our trip to city tour and Kani resort, prestige vedo etc, charged reasonable money only its a really helped us to save money too.

Stayed here one night before I flew in to the resort at the Maldives. It’s okay for a one night stay.No hair dryer in room. And also no lift. We waited a whole for the airport shuttle to collect us from the airport. Check in staff spoke English. But everyone else didn’t speak much English at all. I think it’s okay for a night especially if you arrive late at night. Staff took us to the airport in time for our flight and also organized a free breakfast for us.

Mismanagement at its peak. My experience with this hotel was terrible. My booking was shifted to another hotel giving reasons that the power facilities are non functional. I was shifted to a hotel of much lower cost and had a pathetic experience. The manager gives lame excuses and always tries to divert the issues. Seriously spoilt my vacation in Maldives. They need to learn hospitality lessons. Please prefer any other hotel for a better experience because all they would say is sorry.

Newly constructed. Staff is helpful however not trained staff as you would usually find in hospitality industry. Rooms are pretty smaller but manageable for transit purpose.Overall good stay.

We had a two night lay over in Male before moving on to Vilamendhoo. Staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. Accommodation was very clean and had what we needed for 2 nights. Not hard to find places to eat either. Beach is about 500metres away. Have no complaints about our stay.

Rooms were small and had mosquitos (beware).Worst breakfast ever had in a hotel. They will provide 1 shared water bottle for a couple, 2 slice of bread and a smallest butter and jam (they call it continental breakfastper person.Small rooms. No service at allTowels were stinking.Asked for goodnight as had mosquitoes which they told will send but never came.

Very cramped rooms. Rooms had crawling creatures, not pleasant. Internet connection was very weak. I expected a little better for the price they charge. Thankfully, I was only there for 1 night on transit to the resort.

Upon arriving at the hotel, the receptionist told us that we can check in 1 our later because they are praying. We paid for a late checkout and the same room was confirmed. I asked specifically if it will be the same room (the most expensive kind- they said yes. Next morning they advise us that we will be moved to a standard room for the late checkout and better to leave the room at 11 (1 hour before normal checkoutbecause the new guest is coming. When I was asking for some compensation they were just ignoring and avoiding. Horrible. On top of this, the outdoor bathtub of the suite can be seen from 3 separate buildings, dozens of balconies and a nearby construction site. Its a joke. Towels are stinking and stained.

Exceptionally friendly staff. When we arrived we were very tired from our trip and construction on going due to the development of the area and even wanted to change hotels. However Imeraan at reception truly turned things around for us and saw to our every need. He is really a great asset to coconut tree. Our anniversary was made extra special too. Thank you to Elise and Ahmed from holiday factory.

Truely very nice staff, very friendly and helpful people. They decorated our room for our first honeymoon and they gifted us a small cake also. Amazing people. More then worth every penny. Their suite is amazing.

Exellent place for family with children. Nice beach with watersport activity and very good restorant inside the hotel.
