The most modern eco-friendly building in Accra. Houses a number of Global multi-nationals, with ample parking in front and at two sub-basement levels. Friendly lobby with good security and 3 large capacity efficient and well-kept lifts.

Amiable environment for a meeting, parking space and system is very smooth, meanwhile I had a meeting at vida cafe and some foreigners kept smoking at the whole place , it was not comfortable at all, management should work on this

New touchpad sign-in is creating traffic in the lobby. The reception at the IBM office, where I landed is much better ( although guest sign in was not intuitive front of house person was poised, knowledgeable and helpful )

I visited on a Tuesday late morning. Staff and security men were very friendly. Customer service was willing to answer all my questions . Place big , spacious and beautiful. A lot of seats available for you to sit as you wait for your turn. Place was not crowded. A variety of services can be found there. Unfortunately , there was no ezwich

Awesome place, with good setting and great office spaces. The food areas too are essential to the businesses in the building. Only that if youre a visitor and you have to pay for parking its quite a pain. But its a great place all the same.
