Coco's at Gateway in Lilongwe

My experience altogether was great. I love the food from Cocos.

Nice outdoor/indoor restaurant. The service was attentive and the food was very good. The hibiscus tea is like dessert, sweet and tasty. Plenty of plugs to sit and charge your computer and do work. Also, large tables to socialize!

Service was prompt and waiters were courteous…The food was worth every penny .Try out their succulent burgers

Simple decor. Affordable food and drinks. Service is good (but I have always ordered easy make items,so you cant take my word for it). Can get packed, but nice hangout place nevertheless.

Cocos has great service and the food tastes great. Has both outside and inside sitting too.

I really enjoyed myself at Cocos. The food was fresh and full of flavour, the service was friendly and fast and the coffee was divine. I definitely recommend that you visit.

Amazing place with warm atmosphere. There is something even if you go alone, with friends or family. Service is efficient, prices affordable and drinks and food delicious. Come and join this beautiful ambience or arrange something for take away! One of the places must visit frequently 😃

Have been here for lunch or breakfast on multiple times and every different item Ive tried on the menu was very nice. Meals also look very good (for those who like to take pictures of their food). Staff is friendly, however sometimes slow to notice you. It may take quite a long time before you get your food, but the delicious food still keeps us going back to Cocos every time. Definitely worth a try if you are not in a rush.

Love the food. The staff are ok.Food takes a minute to get ready, but when it does come, its amazing. I enjoyed the quesadilla a lot. The chicken one. Ive also had a good salad.

This is a simple place with very good food in town

Ambiance is great but the food (that I hadis honestly not all that it is hyped up to be. I ordered the veggie quesadilla and my friend got some oily pasta dish with chicken I cant even recall the name of. My quesadilla was flavorless with some of the thickest wraps ever. The wraps made the quesadilla stodgy. I had ordered my quesadilla with chilli and there was no chilli (or maybe I could not taste it). Perhaps the chilli is more suited to a bland palette that might pick up on the least hot chilli as scorching. The service is good but the food (that I ordered and tasted from my friends plateis lacking. I am only speaking on the veggie quesadilla and the pasta dish. Otherwise, if you are looking for a nice spot to chill, do some work and hang out then Cocos is the place to be.

The food is amazing!!! The take away box though needs to be replaced with a reusable container/paper box. Charge the customers for it. This place is too good to be contributing to single use plastic pollution. Cant wait to see you go plastic free 😊

Service was ok but it took over 30 minutes for the food to be served. The food was quite good but the milkshake is what left to be desired. Apparently, they used bad milk, which immediately gave me an upset stomach,the worst kind. Its wrong n unprofessional to serve customers with food thats gone bad, definitely wont be visiting the place any time soon.

Delay in getting a waiter come get our order. When they finally came they said the order would take 30 minutes it took an hour, without a proper explanation as why there was that delay.

Lovely food...worth a try every week

Cannot fault anything even if I tried! The service, atmosphere and food were fantastic! We ordered the chicken mayo;ham, cheese and tomato sandwiches; and Cocochinos chicken strips with chips. Not only did everything come to our table in a timely manner, but was fresh, hot and extremely tasty. Such a great touch that the management are on hand to greet and chat to diners. Thank you Cocos we will be visiting again!!
