Children not welcome although the website says they are. Hopefully this review might prevent another family being turned away at the door find another more friendly family pub nearby. We have just finished a performance at the local theatre around the corner and booked some space in the pub for some drinks with all the cast and crew. We checked the website and it says children friendly, however thinking its after 10pm we would check before hand in case there is a cut off as not said on the website. So 2 different people emailed and tried to call the pub to check and avoid embarrassment, but no reply, so went with the website of children friendly, but sadly the doormen, yes 2 doormen in what is a village pub said can we see some ID to my daughter, I said she’s 12. Anyway we stayed polite despite the chap fronting up to us and looking like he wanted a row as probably a quite night, still avoid this with children, they clearly don’t want them in. Bearing in mind she was with both her parents and part of a local am dram group it’s a real shame that some people are unable to read a situation and make a common sense decision.

Came here for dinner in the week and was looked after by Zoie. Food was amazing, service was quick and the drinks were delicious! She made great recommendations and I am forever a Tanqueray Sevilla LOVER. Thanks Zoie! We’ll be back!

Lovely pub with friendly staff. Been my local for years now and gets better every time. The staff member in particular named Honor (who I see every time😂is great and is always very helpful.

Me and the Mrs popped in the other day and had fantastic service from Jordan. I can be a bit picky but Jordan took the time to go through everything with me. Superb chap. We will be back.

A very warm and welcoming pub, I enjoyed a lovely meal along with some drinks. The interior is very cozy, I believe there is a beer garden too which I haven’t yet experienced. Don’t normally leave reviews but felt I really needed to after having a lovely meal yesterday with family. Was served by a very nice young lady , I think her name was Honor. Came in a couple of years ago with my husband and walked out because of the staff and service etc so it was really lovely to see a smiling face and somebody so polite.so different from last time.thank you.

came in with my partner for a Saturday dinner after a long walk. We were greeted by a charming handsome young man named Jordan. He explained all the ales and lagers on tap to my partner who is a bit dim, and took the time to deliver it to us with a smile. We felt like royalty and we are going to make an effort to visit the coach and horses more regularly. Lovely place, lovely food and lovely staff. Thanks guys 👍👍👍

All staff were really accommodating, the food came out really quick. Lovely atmosphere and a great selection of gins.

Absolute fab place, one of the nicest pubs in North London. Food is good, staff extremely friendly and helpful especially Rachel on the Bar staff.

Sunday roast was lovely, unlimited yorkshires and potatoes was a touch, we took advantage of that. Staff were very friendly too, Jordan went out his way to make us feel welcome.

Had a lovely meal and my favourite part was sampling the impeccable cuisine from Jordan! I heard about his infamous jammy dodger cheesecake and hope to one day try it! Thank you again Jordan for such a great meal!

We ordered two fish and chips, one with fries and the other chips. When they bought the meals out, they both came with chips. When we said, we’d ordered fries, we were told they’d have to take the plate back to the kitchen and give the chips to another serving, then return the plate with fries. Which we thought was so unheard of and disgusting. The third meal the gravy was stone cold and Finally we ordered a Madri, which they sent a peroni instead. It was an absolute fail and sadly will make us think twice if we return again for food!

Coach & Horses is great, I have enjoyed myself a handful of times at this place. Definitely when they do the quizzes on a Tuesday. Definitely highly rated in the area.

Great service and food. Staff very helpful and polite.Pay and display car park currently £2 for 3 hours. Redeem the parking on any purchase.

Went in with my friends for lunch and was served at the bar promptly.The lunch menu is varied as is the whole menu and it was less than 20mins between ordering and receiving the food. I will be going back soon. Friendly staff and very accommodating even when I asked for a spoon for my friend to slurp his gravey, which he said was brilliant.So please go if you want a good feed and great people in a nice atmospheric building.

Very easy to book table on line. We were a party of 5 & had a lovely roomy table. The menu has a large choice. There is also a 2 or 3 course lunch deal which was very good value for money. The staff were pleasant & helpful. The food was good. Hot & decent portion sizes . The fish & chips was delicious as were the Bread & Butter Dippers. We had a relaxing after noon having a pleasant family get together

Came for after work drinks and food. Everything is reasonably well priced and the vibes were great! Recommend the beer garden for a couple of pints. Food was also very good and great value for money.

I pre booked a table via the website and paid £10 deposit. I was encouraged to use the app to place the food and drinks orders and was told my deposit could be refunded at the bar. This was not the case! I was not given a refund at the bar but was told to take it up with the people who run the table booking, which I have twice now and no reply so I emailed the pub to explain and again no reply and I have still not had my deposit refunded. Do not use the book a table at this pub!!

Havent been in the coach for a while, probably wont return in a hurry. Only two people behind the bar, took over 30mins to get served. Tables hadnt been cleared or cleaned...not a pleasant visit.

Every time I go to the coach. I’m grated by amazing staff. The girls behind the bar especially this one girl called Charlie always takes her customers care to a whole new level. Food is amazing plus can never doubt the cleanliness of the pub. Now it’s my locals wouldn’t change for the world.

The wife and I booked in for Sunday lunch for our 3rd wedding anniversary! I went for the lamb shank and she went for the triple - I suggested she had the veggie tart as she is a bit of a tart herself but I dont think she appreciated that - might not be a fourth anniversary at this rate! The portions were big and we were able to top of extra roasties and yorkshire puddings for free as well, so we really had a feast! We will definitely be back again!

Amazing pub. Staff are all super friendly, food is amazing, cheap as well. Only thing I’d worry about is the customers!! Must be the Ickenham area… I’ve seen them speak to staff like rubbish! So please be kind to the staff, they are trying their absolute best! I would definitely be coming more!

Sunny afternoon after work, sitting outside and reading the amazing menu they have. We decided to have a drink and eat some food. Went to order inside and got refused to be served food because we are sitting "outside". I asked why they said there is no service. Honestly I can pick up the food and bring you back the cutlery and plates. We were just hungry and desperately in need to have some sunshine after a terrible week. Whats the matter, are you guys scared of catching a sunburn? Very disappointing because it looked really good on menu, just service isnt up to standard for this place. Tragic. Please use common sense, you would have more customers :-)

Came for Sunday lunch, the food was delicious & good portions. The service was attentive but not intrusive. We were really impressed & will definitely be back.

If you want a fabulous meal in a friendly warm environment this is the place to go! Visited last weekend following a recommendation from friends and loved it!The menu has a wide range of dishes and caters for all! Great selection of veggie options and clear info of food allergens. The service was excellent with friendly staff and piping hot food! On a warm day they have the bonus of a huge garden. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Good value food, staff friendly and helpful albeit felt very rushed by them. Have to say, this is first time Ive had my steak cut open to check cooking and first ever cheeseboard Ive had with strawberries (menu says black grapesand it really didnt work, perhaps apple would be a better choice.
