Walked in and said hello to the host. Gave us an ugly look and said nothing. Walked right out. Just saw 2 other people walk right in and out. Weird for a place with no business at all on a Tuesday night. Go at your own discretion

Place was good when it first opened. I came in a few days ago to visit as it’s been a long time. Really bad staff, rude, and wanted to charge me a entry free. There’s so much other hookah bars what I can go to without paying an entry fee. Plus much better hookah

I left 1 star because the size is super small. It seemed only 6 people can fit at one time. I eventually went to a different hookah spot because there was no space for my party .

No clean, hookah was not good, extremely harsh after 5 min…. Staff not attentive. Terrible music. I don’t recommend unless you’re like a college kid

If youre looking a good night out definitely go here the hookah is good the music is popping thanks to the Dj and you cant go wrong with the shots and drinks and they do have a nice size vip section here too

It looked closed for good when we went by there.To reply to the business, the store hours were on the window, Google said it was open, and all of the doors were locked. From the ultra humble response below, I highly suggest not giving this business your money.

Hosted a birthday get together here with 20 of my friends. I must say everything was outstanding! The hookah, the service, the vibes! I will for sure return! BYOB and bring your own food.

This is one of the best hookah spots I’ve been to! The service was great, the owner and staff is friendly and helpful, and the music was excellent! They use natural coconut charcoals and Its BYOB. You just cant go wrong with this place.

Saw this spot spring up on my FB page .Obviously we were suggested the spot dependent on my companions marvelous experience. Me and my significant other who is devoted devotee of hookah consented to check this spot out. We were the fifth visitors for the Thursday evening and were treated in a curiously lovely and inviting way that you for the most part dont discover at places. Vick promptly had that stunning first effect that ought to be the substance of a business. Followed by a stunning decision of music and hookah we left the spot simply holding on to return once more. Continue to do the incredible occupation you are doing. We truly need more places like you. Keeping guidelines first rate.

Let me just say...the staff wasnt welcoming at ALL! My boyfriend had to take over communication. They definitely need a female working if they want the women to feel welcome. The place wasnt well kept and I wouldnt dare eat anything out of there. Only positive thing was it was BYOB (well there is a $6 entry fee that the website doesnt tell you aboutand the HOOKAH is good. Not sure how they have 4.4 rating more than likely its bc of the HOOKAH. Definitely will not go back.

Overpriced. No where to sit, uncomfortable seating, music doesnt bump. Small, no AC, only one person running the place. Go somewhere better with your $$ cheap tasting hookah

I assumed because of the location and reviews it will be decent. Wasn’t crazy about the place, to me it was a hole in the wall. Music was nice but the hookah was over priced and the flavors were nasty, hookah couldn’t even pull when smoking. I didn’t even know who worked there to even ask for drinks or anything. Didn’t even last 30mins there.

We were looking for something to do in Philly and Googled Hookah near me and find Cloud Factory. The people working were very nice and attentive and the the Philly Jawn blend is delicious. We were by far the oldest people in n the place. But they never made us feel awkward or out of place. Hear place to hang out for a couple hours.

This place is very cute and calm, perfect for a lowkey night out. However, they need better staff. As a woman, there’s no reason I should be rudely greeted at the front by a man. There needs to be a woman for face value, we’re nicer. We also shouldn’t have to wait 30+ minutes to be serviced hookahs when the place is truly not that large, meaning the population isn’t big, ultimately meaning nothing should ever take that long in there. Food makes sense, drinks sometimes too. But when there’s nothing going on we shouldn’t be made to wait as long as we have. Period.Best,A customer who believes this can be greater.

dude works the front does not speak to customers and acts like you bothering him. i’m paying but i feel like i did something wrong coming in the front door. and we are the only people here sooooo he’s not busy. he just doesn’t have customer service skills. not coming back. 1,000 thumbs down

We went last Saturday and that was lit. Music was on point. Going again this weekends. Hookahs are great and they use coconut charcoals.

Good chill out place to hang out. prices are decent specially after things have open back up.you can get 1 hookah for 3 people during weekdays which is great for us since we always have people with us and they have BYOB which is an added plus.

You need to take more than one hookah if youre even three people. We asked them to recommend a flavor for us then, I didnt remember its name but it was absolutely horrible. Of course they refused to change it (it means we paid for a hookah for nothing). After you checked, nobody cares about customer satisfaction. You need to ask several times to be served (changing coals or cleaning the ashes). Space is toooo small, too old, there are just uncomfortable chairs, reckless employees, and surprisingly 4.6 stars. Dont let the score of the place convince you.

The space inside is about the size of the tip of my pinky finger. There was no organization and seemed like the crowd was more of the friends of the people who work there, rather than random customers. Its extremely overpriced and the hookahs didnt perform well either. Definitely would not go back.P.S. For groups of four or more, you HAVE to purchase 3 hookahs at $150 or they wont let you stay.

The place is extremely tight, the hookah wasnt all that good, and being told there is a two hour limit made me want to just leave and go home. The DJ was great though which is why it gets three stars. Also, the people who were there that night made it fun as well jamming and dancing to the music. I think the business is new so maybe it will get better.

I came on Halloween night for a chill vibe but the vibe wasn’t relaxing. The area that we sat wasn’t clean And they didn’t have most of the items that they advertised on the menu! I come here because its the only byob downtown. But the service is not so great. You have to constantly ask the staff for more coals and service in general for anything you want. They are not attentive at all. We were seated at a dirty table. They over charge you. You have to pay entrance fee and byob charges on the weekend. 1 hookah for 2 people is 50$. Unreal smh.

Best price for hookah that I could find in the ares. Also widest range of flavors I have found within the general center city area. Definitely will become my new regular hookah bar. Hookah was smooth, tasted great, good price, good music, good service, and just overall great experience

We went last night for NYE and had a lovely time. The dj was on point!! And the gentleman behind the register, Im not sure if he was managing or the owner, but he was so pleasant! He was engaging and welcoming, like an old friend. Made our good experience that much better! They also use high quality hookahs, not the flimsy little ones you find at other places. I definitely recommend this place!

Went here for my girl friends 21st birthday, i had an amazing experience. The atmosphere was nice. I really enjoyed the hookah . It was so much fun. They played good music, customer service was great. They really have nice hookah blends. I have not seen anyone in philly making flavor blends atleast to my knowledge . I went for my birthday with 5 other friends. I made a reservation the night before, and we had the best time. They gave us our own corner of the establishment for our hookahs. They had a very attentive and patient staff, and really good music (also took requests). We stayed for about 2 and a half hours, they were super accommodating. I will definitely be coming back.

I would give this place more than 5 stars if that was an option. Great place to hang out with friends and family. We are here almost every weekend and it has become “our living room”. As a new professional here in philly, cloud factory is one of my "go-to" spots when I want to relax. I and my colleagues frequently visit cloud factory to unwind after a long days work. The atmosphere is both electric and rejuvenating. Hookah is always great and tastes amazing.The host and servers always greet customers with a smile. The entire team goes far beyond to make customers feel comfortable. This is definitely a must-visit spot for hookah lovers.

By far one of the best shisha experiences I have encountered. There were many highlights here from the friendly atmosphere to the service itself. I would highly recommend coming to this location if you’re looking for an environment that is chill and has a feeling of familiarity. Would definitely come back!

Nice and smooth hookah, staff really pay attention to your needs. we tried their cloud secret blend and it was really great, though they never told us the blend since it was a secret. LOL, But the flavor was mind blowing. Their Frappe and iced coffee was great as well. Sorry for the long review but we really had a good time. I will definitely come back with my friends again. This is indeed a really chill spot in center city to hang out with your friends. They are BYOB which is a huge plus. I would rather have my own wine bottle than spend 10 bucks at a bar. Decent prices as well.

It’s a new place that my husband and I wanted to try for a while after seeing their signs. It’s a BYOB place with a liquor store only a block away and it’s close to all the food places, so a nice place to hit up after or before dinner. The place gives a nice chill vibe. They have lots of exclusive hookah flavors to choose from. We tried the spiced chai and it was great. We ended up getting another round and tried their secret Cloud 9 Blend which was amazing.
