Cliff is the realtor extraordinaire. I purchased my home two years ago and called Cliff when I was ready to sell the property. Cliff is patient, thorough, diligent and has the most respectful attitude. My home was on the market and had an offer in three days and closed within 30. All of this was handled by Cliff as I was out of state. This is by far the best purchase and sale of a home that I have experienced and should I ever find my self in Colorado, I would call Cliff to be my agent that turned into a friend.

Cliff is not only an amazing agent but an amazing person. He went above and beyond. He is a person of extreme integrity and someone you can trust with your home. We were truly blessed that he was there for us in all the ups and downs. He made the process of selling our home a very smooth and stress free process. I have worked with some realtors in the past, and my experiences have not all been good. Many realtors dont seem to understand how crucial it is to listen to everything their clients are expressing to them; all of their wants, needs, and concerns, and be able to address all of them so that their client can reach a comfort level that will allow them to make an informed decision. Working with Cliff however, was an excellent experience. We made a trip from California to look at some places in Colorado, and for us, one of the most important aspects of our experience in working with him, is that he shows that he cares enough about his clients to not only focus on housing issues, but also other areas of interest without being asked. This transaction was to sell our investment property in Colorado Spring. This rental property was poorly managed by a property management company for many years. Our previous tenant left the property in a really bad condition. I contacted Pink Realty, and Cliff responded to my inquiry. Cliff was very professional, responsive and quick to the action. He helped me found a contractor to get this place ready for sale in short period of time, and the contractor did a great job. The property was sold less than a week after listed in the market. We are very happy with Cliffs service and I highly recommend him to anyone.

My wife (Anne Boswell Taylorand I previously sold a house with Pink back in 2014 when we moved from Colorado Springs for my work. Back then Monica handled our sale personally and had us under contract in three days from listing. We had such a good experience with Pink we had them manage a  Duplex that we owned when we moved.Fast forward to May 2019 and we decided to sell that duplex that Pink was managing for us. Cliff Pickett was assigned to us as our realtor to handle this transaction. We finally closed on December 4th 2019. There are many challenges to selling a multi family rental property that most dont have with a single family home.Probably the biggest problem with the sale of this property that Cliff had to deal with was the seller. I priced the property too high, and I knew it I was shooting for the stars on the price I wanted. I had a number in my head that I wanted to reach, and the property was cash flowing pretty well so I thought I could do better than the list price recommended to me by the Real Estate Professional.My stubbornness lasted until the end of October to where I finally dropped the price to the one I was originally suggested and I had a full offer in about 24 hours. That wasnt the end of my stubbornness as it reared its ugly head the day of the closing, when I got upset by some damage that had happened to my property that was found the day before closing that put the closing jeopardy. I was so angry with the tenants of my property that they were costing me more money in concessions at closing, that Cliff had to talk me down from blowing the deal with the buyers.So in the end I didnt get what I wanted but I got what I was told to expect. Im very satisfied with the results that Cliff accomplished dealing with me on the sale of this property. Monica has put together an exceptional team and they work very hard for the customer, my wife Anne and I will use Pink whenever possible in the future with our next purchases.

So. There arent many things to say except, Cliff did an excellent job taking care of the sale of my house. Hes a true professional in every sense of the word. My only criticism is that he, like all of us, is capable of human error. There was a small clerical error. But, its not something I can fault him for. It got taken care of.
