I think a historical society can only be as good as the place they represent. I did get a book about the history of east end, which is a cherished item of mine.

They had a truly wonderful Victorian tea on Mothers Day, with all kinds of fancy tea foods, handmade in genuine historical style. A real treat!

Cathie and the others here are so wonderful! I live in Mesa, Arizona and needed death and estate paperwork for my great-grandmother who died in Clearfield County for a genealogy project. Not only did they always answer my emails straight away, they found more than enough paperwork for what I needed and were always extremely polite and happy to help me! I wish I could give them ten stars! Thank you all so much!
