Nice place to have some drinks and chillout with the frends.
Nearest to a British pub experience in Paname.
Amazin place to watch some sports!
Great food and service!
The atmosphere was nice. They have happy hours prices.
A very friendly pub with nice decor and good vibes. Felt like a home away from home. I enjoyed the food and cost was good too. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Paris and want to have a quick refuel from sightseeing. 👌🏾💯✔️
MoreGreat atmosphere!!! The employees we interacted with were amazing and friendly! I recommend the Wild Wave Cider if you like alcoholic ciders. Great spot for burgers and beer after a long day.
MoreGreat place with great beers. And to the German bartender who gave me the restaurant recommendations: sorry I couldnt come back, but both places were awesome, and thanks for the recs!
MoreAdmittedly visiting an English style pub in Paris is a bit of a cop-out for any adventurous American but it can be exhausting to constantly fail at French in every restaurant we go to. This place was was extremely welcoming after a long day of butchering the local language and even though we still attempted to parle en francais to the bartenders, it was obvious where we were from so they kindly took pity and responded in English.Would happily go back when I find myself in Paris again.
MoreReally nice place and friendly staff.
Such a laugh in this pub.Met Daisy from Watford who was working the bar & top top chick. Then I got tackled by an 70-80yr old French man who took me to the floor. The poor fecker fell down the step in the bar & took me with with him “brilliant”.The wife & I still laughing now.I would love to see the security video 🤣🤣🤣☘️
MoreNice British pub, great ambiance, prices are affordable, well recommended
Completely ignored by the restaurant staff even though we made eye contact at least 10 times and sat at a table for a solid 15-20 minutes while the inside was completely empty. Run far far away from this place, the negative reviews about the wait staff are right and theres PLENTY of better options in Paris.
MoreThe pub of the neighbourhood ! A piece of England in Paris. Overcrowded Thursday and Friday night.
MoreGreat place for a Pint. Food is great as well. Staff friendly too
Awesome staff, showing Man United and F1. If you’re looking for a pub in Paris, this will scratch the itch.
MoreGreat food and premier league football
Nice pub in Paris, always busy and joyful.
Good atmosphere, mtuple displays all around, friendly staff and good food
Really nice pub, we loved it! The food was perfect, we didn‘t expect it this good. The atmosphere was great and the bartenders are nice! Highly recommend!
MoreMy experience was both uncomfortable and weird.I went to watch a football game. The place was packed. I asked for coffee; however, the minimum for paying with a credit card was 10 euros. I told the waitress that I could pay later as I would order more. She didnt have a problem.A few minutes later, a group of people left their table, and three guys took their place. I asked them if I could share their table. They didnt mind, and I informed the waitress.I took my coffee there, and after a while, the waitress asked to take my credit card to keep the table. I found the request strange, and I didnt feel comfortable. But I wanted to watch the game, so I gave her my card (stupid decision, I know. Now I have to cancel my card). As the game progressed, I also ordered tea and a water bottle. I called my check shortly before the end of the game. The waitress returned my card, and I paid slightly over 10 euros. Before I left, a man approached me, saying that I booked a good table and only drank tea and that I should pay the staff a tip. I didnt have cash and so told the man (who talked as if he was the place owner, but I’m not sure if he was).He placed 100 euros on the table and asked me to give it to the staff. Needless to say, I found that super bizarre. So, I didnt touch his money and told him that I was sorry, but I got to leave. The man was so upset that he told me not to return to the place again and that I should watch the coming matches at home.
MoreGreat atmosphere but as you get older you start to prefer a lower volume on the music. Good range of IPAs.
MoreVery friendly staff, gorgeous Guinness and good food at affordable prices. Will come again.
MoreGreat place. Excelent food (fish and chips, bbg Wingsand variety tap biers. Friendly staff and good atmosphere
MoreIt was great! Good food and drinks and friendly workers..nice ambiance and music
Nice selection of drinks. Tasty bacon fries.Homely boozer.Always open
Lovely atmosphere and extremely friendly staff. The way to my heart is a cold Guinness and an excellent pour and lets just say this place won my heart! Food is awesome also.
MoreGreat service, were kind enough to put Australias smashing T20 IC match on their screens for us
MoreWay too understaffed. Took 1,5h to get lunch but a nice pub for beer and football
MoreThe same beer as all English/British pubs in Paris, which is very nice compared to your average bistro. Considering the location and that we got a sharing platter, the food was incredibly nice! Service was friendly, and I appreciated the coat hooks at the counter (yes, it is silly, but these are not standard in paris).
MoreGood atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff. Great place to meet people.
Very good, beer and French fried
Onion rings and burgers are great. Good selection of beers too, and one cider which is very nice.
MoreGreat pub. Watched the 6 nations here. Run by an Irishman dont be surprised if you meet a local rugby team or two in here on match day. Highly recommended.
MoreAverage attempt at an irish pub. Beer was ok. Food looked good but didnt try as we had already eaten. Seats not very comfortable. Wouldnt go again.
MoreGreat beer and sports bar. Bar food and its good. Special feature: American NFL football. James runs the place and hell take good care of you.
MoreI havent seen many other pubs around to be able to compare fairly yet, however this place deserves a good rating for having a good variety of craft beer, not too bad prices, a happy hour and friendly English speaking staff. The place can get quite noisy at times.
MoreI had a great experience at The Bowler. Staff could speak French or English, so it was easier to communicate with them, and they had nice games, drinks, food, and was an overall good bar.
MoreVery friendly and welcoming staff. Great food options and quality. Fun place to watch football (soccer). Paris is amazing, and the people at The Bowler made our trip even more memorable. Thank you!
MoreBig bar, great for anglophones as the whole staff can speak English and are very friendly. Good beer collection, quality food. And lots of TVs all around, showing varying sports. Cool place for a drink with the lads, meeting new people or catching the game. A great British bar, right in the heart of Paris.
MoreStandard pub fare. Standard prices. Wonderful staff. Overall, nothing entirely special but it gets 4/5 compared to other English and Irish pubs around Paris
MoreAn excellent English pub, serving hearty English grub, showing all the sports (with English commentaryand a friendly place to go to share a beer with friends! Also a place close to my heart, as The Bowler is the spiritual home of the British Rugby Club of Paris! You will find the team there most Saturday nights following a hard fought game.
MoreNice pub. Really like this place.
A nice typical British pub. They have a nice selection of beers, happy hour, large screen TVs, large pub menu, indoor and outdoor seating, and friendly/efficient staff. I highly recommend this bar and will return.
MoreThis place is the best place to watch Football Games together. They have two big LED TVs. Serve Beers, Wines and all other Alcohols drinks.
MoreNice Irish pub with live music. Food not specially awesome but acceptable.
Great pub with fun atmosphere. We were here for St Patricks day and it was a lot of fun. Great snacks as well. Definitely try the chicken nachos.
MoreHappy hour all weekend and some great burger / beer options to boot! I would highly recommend The Bowler to anyone looking for a taste of pub food in Paris
MoreVery good English pub, real pints unlike many local pubs charging you for foam. Had just beer and fries but good joint for a Friday after-work. Good for a chat and pint after a long day
MoreEnglish pub with nice bartenders. Great place to go drinking after work and to watch sports. Pretty dead on the weekends. They also have live music on Wednesdays.
