Food was ok, but service was a bit slow

A bit pricey and the milkshake was not good. But the place is well decorated and the food was not bad.

Nice decoration and atmosphere. Meal and service were good, the price was ok (if compared to other restaurants in Finland). The Beef and Bacon Burger with fries and the chicken wings were tasty. The local beer was good.

Very american fast food

Dont go here for the American breakfast. Over hard eggs, cooked to death with a white bread toast with American cheese and mayonnaise (not a grilled cheese, just cold cheese on toast). You can eat it, but youd rather not. Other food may be okay, but avoid this meal for sure.

I like the american style booths. Had the full vegan Beyond Burger and it was delicious!!

Staff are brilliant. Very good dealing with children. Food very tasty and plentiful

Just go elsewhere.Restaurants run on good food, and good customer care, this place has neither.Was told to sit at a table and after 20 minutes of waving, asking a waiter finally come over only to say the food would take 40 minutes.Our first red light, we wernt in a hurry so ok no stress.But he left the menus and didnt come back for 14 mins, when he did, he really didnt want us to order, the sigh when we did... oh dearSecond red light.We should have left.Our order taken, off he went, drinks arrived and yeah 40 minutes later our food arrived, if you call burnt over cooked chips, wings that were so deep fried the meat had turned to a rubber like material, as I said mine arrived and my daughters. My wifes no.Got waiters attention, he forgot to order it. Sorry sorry, ( he wasnt reallyI will sort it he says. 2 mins.20 mins later we decide to just go. Walk up to pay and he gets annoyed, but your burger is 5 mins away.3rd red light.Grumps our bill to me, 101 euro for wings, 2X fries a BLT and poppers and 4 drinks? And a non existent burger.Yeah, we should have just gone elsewhere.

Decent meal, a bit price maybe.The "Diner Burger" was quite good, onion rings also.Burger and fries were too greasy for my liking but I guess thats american style...Service was OK.

40 minutes waiting to take your order, another 40 to prepare a burger and fries. Worst service I ever got in a burger restaurant.

True American dinery in Finnish Lapland

Milkshakes are good, but not super tasty, the banana and chocolate flavour was too sweet. On the other hand the Oreo brownie did not taste as Oreo at all which I think is a pity. Nevertheless, flavours are good and the staff is super nice.

Great traditional American diner in the heart of Rovaniemi. Classic burgers and also local delicacies. I tried the Vegan burger with seitan which was superb wit sweet potato fries and some vegan mayonnaise. The decor is really like a diner. Very recommendable!

These burgers were horrible!! I don’t know how you can possibly ruin such a simple dish so much. The meat was awful, taste and texture. I am not kidding by saying but these were one of the worst burgers i have ever had. And on the top of all this place is super pricey too!

I like the atmosphere here and food taste good and most important price is moderate... and yes they also have wonderful waiter that always smile.. it will make you appetite better rather then some annoyed face

It closes at 23.00 on Fridays. We arrived at 22.00 and it was already closed
