Such helpful staff that helped me organizing a delivery of flowers, huge bedroom with a comfy bed (that I did not want to leaveand delicious breakfast served at the roof restaurant with amazing view on the sea. Place to stay if you visit Luleå!

Good hotel. Its location is really in the center of the city and a lot of shops, public transport-buses are near you. I liked the breakfast too, except that it is the same every morning, but still very diverse and tasty.We had a twin room. In my opinion the beds are not wide enough (90cm wide, like a bed for a child). There is no electric kettle in the room, but you can have coffee and tea for free at the lobby, although the staff does not inform you about it, unless you ask.The hotel is clean and staff is friendly. I liked it.

Awesome is an understatement! If I go back to Luleå I will again stay in this hotel! Magnificent staffs, outstanding service , marvelous inner decor and room comfort. It’s in the heart of the town. For sea views you have to book upgraded rooms. I highly recommend this hotel.

Good position, perfect for short stay

I loved the restaurant, it has a good vibe and a beautiful view. I rented the cheapest room, which ended up being very very small and a bit cold but it had what you need for a quick stay. I had a good time in general, the staff was very kind and the food was really good. Very central too. Next time Ill make sure to rent a bigger room 🤷🏻‍♂️

I visited Luleå for one night during a business trip. This hotell was a nice luxury experience, very relaxing when having a tight scheduled program. Everything worked smoothly with the service. Room was tidy and fresh. The shower is nice and there was shampoo and conditioner available. I really value this kind of hospitality. Big window with darkening curtains, good bed with big pillows. It was very quiet at night. I visited the gym, which was small, only treadmills, crosstrainers and some weight lifting possibilities. But the view from the gym was very nice.Unfortunately the spa was not open at Tuesdays. Breakfast was very good and versatile.

I was told the hotel was overbooked when I arrived and the room that I have booked was not available. They’ve offered me another room without windows. I decided to stay in another hotel.

Really good quality and going the extra mile. Reception person at night really helpful even though all cabs are booked he went through all possibilities and find a solution. This is what makes a difference in hotels cannot thank him enough!

Loved the hotel. Best parts: Location and breakfast! Rooms were nice and decent, the shower was awesome! Great walking distance to all over downtown Lulea. The free breakfast was the best Ive ever experienced at a hotel! Hands down.Restaurant Nine was pricey to eat at every night. Beer variety was great, but expensive.

Extremely pleasant stay!The staff at the Clarion is incredibly friendly and helpful!!There is a very nice common area in the lobby with coffee and tee supply around the clock. The breakfast offers a huge selection and was very good (as a plus the restaurant using at the top floor and offers a very nice view)The rooms are spacious and nice with nice big windows.There is everything you need very close by so it’s easy to reach even during very cold and snowy days.

The windowless rooms aren’t that bad to be honest especially during winter. Breakfast is great. Room could be cleaner though, there are dust specks all over the ceiling

We usually receive a great level of service when staying at this hotel. However that was not really our experience during this stay, unfortunately.

Room temperature can not be set. Window handles removed which in combination with the temperature 🌡️🌡️🌡️🤒 Breakfast is great. Staff friendly by most but some are... Hotel was constantly dealing with system outages. Smoking outside is mandatory but there is no place to do so, so everyone just throwing their buds on the ground in front of the entrance. Id say next time Ill stay again at the Scandic just outside center.

Spa was a terrible disappointment :-(. Called spa and checked website to check if you need reservation. No information about reservation is needed. When we came to spa it was fully booked. Will not go there again and will not recommend to visit to my friends and family. :-(

Good hotel. Please check at the moment of the reservation if your room has windows or not. The breakfast is absolutely amazing, and the restaurant for dinner is great as well

No tea pot in the room.Comfortable bed with multiple pillows with different firmness available.There was a foldable bed left in the room, taking up the space. We booked a regular double room for two people.

Excellent, very good breakfast. Clean rooms with update furniture, friendly staff, and very central. I would like to point something out, that it could be a little bit more kids friendly.(a toy room)

Great hotel! Very clean, comfortable beds. Awesome skybar with a good view of Luleå north docks. The bar is expensive, but has great service and qualified bartenders.

Lovely Hotel with sensibly priced rooms to cater for all, super comfy beds and amazing pillows.Spa is nice and they will talk you through everything you need to know, its super relaxing, water and fruit served all day so you can just relax.They also do massages and other treatments.The best bit has to be the restaurant... The food here was some of the best I have ever had and by far the best I had over my 3 weeks travelling around Sweden.You will want 2 of everything so get in there and let your taste buds run wild!

Very nice hotel but staff in the Sky Bar seems to lack basic training in their job. Very dissatisfied with basic drinks that I (and basically everyone with a recipecan manage back home. Stay there but drink somewhere else!

De matrasses were the best off the world!!!!! Can the hotel owner let me known what the name is of this matras? Thank you to let us known by mail . So we can have a better sleep in Belgium. Guido and Rita

I stayed one night in a windowless room and I have nothing to complain. The room was clean and comfy with simple and satisfying design, the reception was nice and lively, the service was good and they spoke good english, the breakfast was spontaneous with good and large variety of food and the view was amazing! One minus is that the skybar had a bit narrow selection, (especially whiskey and cognacbut the staff was nice and polite. Would definately stay again! And oh, there is a large parking slot near the hotel which is free from saturday 3pm to monday morning.

This is a very nice hotel. Good food, good service and a modern room.I give only 3 stars because it is not possible to regulate your room temperature...So I slept in a too hot room for me and woke several times up to drink.I was told by the reception, that the room temperature is the same for the whole hotel and that I can not adapt it.For me this is a reason not to come back.

Stayed here for over a month. It’s an amazing place with a great spa. Sauna downstairs is bigger, but the one on the 8 floor has a great view of the water. Gym is small but it’s good. Moderate rooms are small with no windows (helps to sleep in the endless daylight summer daysbut standard rooms are great. Staff is super friendly and very helpful. Book the Spa at least 48 hours in advance.

Amazing hotel. Big room. I was in room 601 which is a corner room with views over the frozen water. The room was huge and had a 50 inch TV (although very few channels and most in Swedish). The hotel has free, fast wifi. The bathroom was a wet-room with a very big bath and separate shower. I ordered the burger from room service which was very nice but there weret many other options to choose from. I was there on business and my colleagues visited and all commented on how much better the hotel was than theirs.

A nice hotel with a calm environment, breakfast buffet was massive and had literally anything youd want.The restaurant (which is also where the breakfast is servedis located on the 9th floor of the building, so you have an astonishing view over Luleå.

I had an overnight stay while travelling and all seemed well with this hotel. The rooms are cozy and beds are comfortable. But I found long hair both on the bed and in bathroom. And I have really short hair at the moment and was alone in the room so they probably did not clean it well. Never mind, the hotel is otherwise good like the rest of the clarion hotels.

Clarion is located in the centre of town overlooking the waterfront and about a 10minute drive from the airport and walking distance from most city attractions. They have a nice Spa with a good relaxation centre and plenty of treatments, there is also a nice restaurant and bar in the top floor overlooking the town. The lobby has a nice atrium with lots of seating options. They have a small gym next to the Spa but it is limited to a few machines. The rooms in the main part of the hotel are nice and big nice and functional design, however there is a part that doesnt have windows and all face inside which are small and spartan but well planned and functional. Food and service are excellent. Overall a good hotel at the heart of the city.

Booked a stay for a business trip and got everything I expected. Great service, great food, friendly staff and a good price quality ratio.Located in the city center makes it easy to get around and the view from the sky bar makes it easy to wind down in the evening.Next time Im here Im going to book it again.

Nice hotel with a relaxing spa in one of the top floors. The spa costs money and you can enjoy alcohol while there.There is a free unisex sauna linked to the gym.Good food in the restaurant and proper drinks from the bar.The budget room was small and with no window, and all things a budget room should be, except the price as this was a bit steep for my taste.The clientele was nice, polite and helpful.

Great service and excellent employee experience. 10/10 best hotel in the area. Everything is walking distance even if you plan on staying on an extended amount of time. Bring a little extra cash though! Places are more expensive if youre not from around Sweden.

Outstanding breakfast buffet that didnt get boring even during a three week stay. Nicely appointed, modern rooms and friendly service. The lobby has a very good work area, with free coffee, water (including sparklingand fruit.

This is a review of the turd of a room I was assigned, the place itself is actually quite good.The turd of a room was ridiculously small and the ventilation was more or less non existent. There was no thermostat and the set temperature was too high making sleeping an endless effort of flipping the pillow and shifting from side to side.On the bed they left a note saying someone made this room awesome. I assure you there was nothing even remotely awesome with this room, especially for the hefty pricePlugging in the HDMI cable to the TV was s hassle, trying to fit it in without prying the TV of the wall. 24 mbps Wi-Fi doesnt feel up to date on this day and age

Amazing hotel. Clean and cozy rooms, friendly hotel crew and an exceptional breakfast. The hotel has a very nice design with its colorful lamps in the reception and charming furniture in the lounge area (9th floor). When Im in Lulea, I always stay here. Its a no brainer choice.

Stayed here for 5 nights in December 2017.Nice hotel with great service-minded staff. Really nice lounge with contemporary style and nice chill music. Good broad of choices at the breakfast buffet but nothing that really stand out. The coffee was a real disappointment! SPA was good and I really enjoyed the season sauna which was cool. Mind that you need to pay extra for the SPA. Ok gym.My room was REALLY small. Could barely sit straight on the toilet as my legs hit the wall (I am 180 cm tall). No brand products in bathroom which you could expect from a hotel like this. Overall nice experience, mainly due to the lounge, the staff and the general style of the hotel. Rating by Swedish hotel standards 4,5/5 and international standards 3,5/5.

The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast is so fantastic that they could have made me sleep in a dungeon and Id still give them five stars. To describe it I would have to write a book. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We missed breakfast and they brought us out some tasty food anyway. When we left our phone in the taxi they took care of it for us, and got it back. Sadly we didnt have time to check out the spa.

Great hotel! Quite room and really helpful staff. There are a lot of extras (gym, spa, etc.that we didnt have time to enjoy because we were just passing through for work. Next time!

My favorite hotel in the North of Sweden. The front desk is always helpful, the sky bar offers drinks with a view and the spa is a perfect way to end your stay in style.
