Read some of the previous reviews, so was a little cautious. The rooms were nice, though the pillows were just thrown onto the bed randomly. We also didnt have bath towels, so I sought out the housekeeping ladies for them. It was slightly difficult to communicate because they needed a translator, but they were really nice. Then, 5 min later, they randomly came into my room without knocking to put a blanket on my bed that was already made. Though these incidents were very minor, it definitely made the check in a little chaotic. After these things happened, the rest of the stay was actually great! The breakfast was seriously delicious, and the guests we ate with (same room, not same tablewere all happy and nice. Overall, aside from the initial chaos, it really was a great experience.

The AC system was down in the entire hotel when we were there and a lucky few received a box fan. I was one of the fortunate only because I was loud about the situation. Being it was really hot when we were there in August, the lack of air conditioning made it miserable. Luckily we had plenty of things to do that kept us out most of our time there so we managed to get through it. There was no offer to compensate for the lack of what I consider to be a necessity. Even a small discount would have been better than nothing, considering we couldnt get a room anywhere else on such short notice. If you smoke youll feel right at home here. The entire place smells really strongly of weed so if that bothers you, this definitely is not a good choice for you. There is a dispensary within walking distance. The staff is basically non existent except to check in and out. At least that was our experience.

The beds and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good - especially with the green chili over seasoned hash browns. The parking lot is fairly well lit.The compliments end there.Getting in to your room with the key card is problematic at best. This took several tries and several minutes upon first arriving. I was not the only patron having this issue.The steel doors close with such force it is heard and felt throughout the entire floor. This woke me up several times. So despite the comfortable room a good night sleep is just not possible here.Then as Im attempting to pack up and leave housekeeping comes by. 5 minutes later someone else knocks twice and enters the room!!! No time between knocking and entering - and this guy points to a clipboard apologizes and states this room is supposed to be empty.Now 2 questions 1Is this appropriate to just walk in? Again mind you Im gathering things to leave so no chain on door. And 2how did your key open the door with ease and mine takes several tries?
