Nice, clean well cared for Cenotaph!!Grass is always neatly mowed, great area for kids....and furry kids lol.Claremont represent....awesome place!!No I dont live in Claremont but on the eastern shore. So no bias!!

Well worth a short stopover. The historic storyboards about local lads going to war is interesting. Foreshore playground is lovely and full of cheeky ducks. Recommend doing the walk up to the WillyWonka -ish Cadbury factory gates. Is very picturesque. You might even see some ompahlumpahs (bright orange hi-vis uniforms).

Quiet, calming, serene, old area. Was a calm day today so plenty of birds, baby fish and the tide out enough to walk some of the foreshore. A good area on the water, to do some kayaking. Play area for the kids, covered seating the War Memorial and Plenty of parking...

This is a beautiful spot for many reasons. If you visit to remember past sacrifices, to see the marvelous birds, or for any reason please wander down towards the water and pick up a bit of rubbish. Make this a five star location.
