Great location, smart and warm decor, clever and delicious recipes, good wine selection, pleasant music, warm service, and competetive prices. You just cant beat this place!We had the grilled catch-of-the-day and the stuffed squid with sweet&sour vegetables (not super sweet & super sour in the Chinese way -- subtle and superb!), plus grilled vegies and potato sides. The waiters wine recommendation was local, special, and delicious.What a find!

Food is good but very very slow service

Great food with high quality ingredients. Highly recommended. However, we waited a bit too much and we were not given any explanation regarding the dishes.

Had lunch here today. Nothing to look at from out from the outside but very authentic inside.4 of us had a really fab lunch . Great food and lovely efficient service. Big shout out to Emilia .

We found this place by chance because other recommended places were fully booked.At the beginning we were a little worried, so many tourist places around and we really wanted something special. Have to say that Civicododici did not disappoint and it was a huge surprise. Food was great, good wine and friendly owner which offered us some grappa too.Being Italian I have to say, this was the best food I had for some times and with reasonable price.

Good food but terrible service. I was sat waiting for ages after finishing my main while they sat round the corner chatting to a friend. I would have ordered dessert as well if I had been asked but by the time I got their attention I just wanted to leave.

A must if u r visiting this part of Sicily, this place has an amazing wine selection local and bio and very delicious typical italian pasta.. the ragout with fish is simple, tasteful and simply deliciousHighly recommend

Unfortunatelly, the lowest food in Sicily for us. Maybe for sicilians is great...

Really nice location, in an alley well decorated by the restaurant owners.Maybe the tables are a bit too close one to the other, meaning that we had to hear the no-vax delusions of our neighbors during the whole evening.The food is all in all good. The octopus is really nice and almost perfectly cooked (pay attention with the mayo: its strong), the caponata maybe slightly too sweet but its a matter of taste. The busiate with the sicilian pesto too dry, but again its my taste, maybe its exactly how they should be and I just picked the wrong dish. Finally, the spaghetti with clams are good: here you really taste the fresh ingredients.The price has been fair and the service really attentive.

I re-visited this restaurant in September after my last visit in January. In January, I loved all their dishes and local wine: Grilled Octopus with Potatoes in Caramelized Onion, Pasta with Seafood, and other Pasta.On my second visit in September, it didnt disappoint me. It maintains a nice quality of food and wine. The grilled octopus was still amazing with potato pure although I liked potatoes in caramelized onion a bit better. The octopus meat was very soft -- I want to learn how to maintain its softness while grilling it. Two pastas we ordered were also properly cooked and sauce was rich in flavors.I highly recommend this restaurant.

We found this place by accident but it was some of the best fish we’d had on our trip across Sicily! Excellent grilled fish, sword fish, and the best carponata yet. Nice decor and decent house wine. All with reasonable prices.

We find this nice place in Agrigento. There are some spots where you can sit outside. The service was nice and the was food came very fast. The food was fresh and good so far. I really can recommend the tuna steak. This was our favorite. The rest was nice. The wine was really delicious.

Very good food, albeit service was uncommonly slow and somewhat absent-minded (e.g. gave us bread but forgot the oil, mains but forgot the sides etc.).

Lovely hospitality, delicious food - nice setting. We each ordered starters and a main meal and all the food was perfect. It was also good value for the quality of the food amd service.

A nice and quiet restaurant with interesting and minimalist decor. We had two dishes, one of which fantastic and somewhat different (a risotto with radicchio and a smoked cheeseand the other was good but nothing spectacular (pasta with mushrooms and garlic). We had a good and dessert. Definitely not the cheapest place you can find, but good and worth the price.

The food was just OK, the waiters were a bit rude

This good restaurant. Prices a little above the average. Food is excellent. Especially fish. Portions are large. I took swordfish and pasta and I was barely able to finish. Service is not very fast but food is cooked real-time this why you better wait! Wine is also very good. This place is more for couples than groups.

Laid back place, tall tables outside in the lane. Beautiful bar inside and great staff-recommended a great local wine..Pasta was really good quality and looked after my young son too.Off the beaten track a little bit worth looking for.

Good for quick meal or a wine.

Good food, but a bit overpriced and the service was “dry”.We went there spontaneously upon arriving in Agrigento. The place was not very full and the owner was busier entertaining his friends at the bar than serving tables.The food wasn’t bad. Quite the opposite. But we were a little scared by the bill, since it was far from a truly “gourmet” meal.

Service and atmosphere is amazing, all servers were incredibly nice and helpful, while the alley way seating with ocean view give you the dream Italian experience you want. The food was very good with all fresh seafood. Good prices as well, definitely recommend!
