Stayed here on my last trip to Taipei during February 2020, just before the international travel restrictions.Missing Taiwan very much, and cant wait to go back again!The location is very convenient, just a few minutes walk from Taipei Main Station, and theres 7-Eleven just beside the hotel entrance. A lot of nice food in the vicinity and most importantly, the super friendly staffs.Eric Gao especially, was really nice. He had personally done up a list of recommendation of supper places when I told him Im here for Alins Concert, so he recommended a list of activities and food that I should try.Still recalled that it was raining during one of the evenings and we do not want to go out, so the front desk staff recommended us the Korean movie "Parasite" , so we stayed in our room and watched it.The hotel also has a little pantry area which provides refreshments. Room is spacious, clean and comfortable.Will definitely stay there again on my next trip!Thanks everyone at CityInn Hotel Taipei Station One that made my stay a very memorable one!

We stayed here at 2019 december and it was fabilous. room was small but practical. loved the snacks left for us.

it is well located near taipei main station. the room is very small (thats why this is budget hotelbut clean and neat. also staffs are very friendly. one good thing is there are shared washing machines and driers in the hotel.

Staff is extremely helpful. Will go the extra mile to help even helping to call up restaurants to check whether if there is a long queue at the moment. Highly recommend to stay in this hotel and its branch hotel in Tai Chung.

It was nice hotel. Staffs were nice and room was clean. However the door was too thin so I could hear somebody passing by and speaking. Anyway location is nice and price is reasonable so try it ;)

A very small budget room. It’s common that standard rooms in Taipei do not have windows/ no views. A credit to a good variety of TV channels.

Clean Hotel close to Main Station. Staff is super friendly. For Taipei it’s a good price. Around the hotel you can find many good restaurants for valuable prices.

We stayed for 5 nights. The hotel is conveniently located only 3 minutes from the massive Taipei Main Station Exit Z6. When we checked in, we were greeted by our very friendly English speaking staff, Carley and her colleagues. After a brief wait (under 5 minutesfor a room inspection by a staff, we received our room keys on the 3rd floor with a window which faces a neighbouring wall about 5 feet away. Though the room was small compared to North American standard, it was clean, with a comfortable double bed, and smartly controlled lighting system and air conditioning. The hot shower and clean towels are always a welcome after a day of sight-seeing in warm Taipei. Disposable hair brush, comb, shaver, dental floss are just a few additional conveniences provided. There is a laundry room on the second floor and it is free. The staff we have encountered are very friendly and most helpful. They provided us with detailed directions to the attractions we want to see for the day and greeted us with welcoming smiles when we got back. Our overall impression of this hotel and all of its staff is very positive and we would stay here again when we visit Taipei next time.

Good location, 2 mins walk from Taipei station Exit Z8. They have massage and family mart just downstairs, very convenient and lots of foods around. Room is clean just super tiny, not even enough space to open a luggage on ground. They started the check in at 3pm, so we left the luggage in lobby and told them we were going to return at 9pm. We were a bit upset the room when the receptionist told us no room was available yet, how could that be not ready yet while we returned, that’s 9pm already. We were exhausted after a long day of walk, we waited for another 20mins till the room ready. They also rent the room out hourly, that’s why.

Got a room fill with cigarette smoke smell. Yelch!!!! Even though it was supposed to be a non smokers hotel. City view window!!!??? Roof view more like it. For the price I pay there are much better & cheaper hotels nearby. Only close to Taipei main station. Nearby night markets & Ximending Walking street are quite a long way to walk. Not worth staying here.

We had great experience while staying in this hotel for 5 nights. The room is comfy and comes with free movies. The location is convenient for catching the trains around. There are lots of eateries nearby. Theres a 24/7 family mart next door. Its about 5 minutes walk to Taipei mrt station through exit Z6. Theres a drink station got coffee and tea at level 2. The concierge staff are extremely helpful and polite. Big shout out to concierge lady Anna, whom I hope that I got the name right, she always helped us with travel directions and bought us drinks on Chinese new years eve. I would highly recommend this place to people who are visiting Taipei. Thank you.

Location is perfect. 5 min to Taipei main station and MRT. Surrounded by restaurants and shopping place. They have public kitchen equipped with microwave oven, coffee, choco and milk tea maker. Room size is relatively small. We booked twin beds room. Can open two 27 inches luggage bags on the floor. No extra space for other stuffs. Shower is good, strong water flow. Suggested to install small racks in shower area for guest to put their toiletries, e.g. face cleaning, conditioner, etc. Washroom is clean with smart cover. Suggested to install some hook up on the wall in washroom. There is no place to put clothes when changing. They provide slippers and in two colors. Meticulous thoughts. Last but not least, their staff is very very very nice with excellent services. Their can do attitude satisfied all your requests, thumbs up to all front desk staff.

The place is excellent. Location is close enough to Taipei station, which is very connivence. Price is very reasonable. The room and facilities are clean and tidy. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Ill definitely be staying in this hotel again if i ever visit Taipei again. :)

Excellent location. Located just a few minutes walk to Exit Z6, Taipei Main Station. There are lots of eateries near it and a convenience store just next to it. Room is clean and cosy and hotel staff are friendly and helpful.

Not too close to taipei station but still walkable. Lobby and room is a bit small, but overall is cozy.

Close to train station. Clean room. Internet was average. However, they rectify it with a plug it wifi hotspot.

Ill be stay in this hotel when Im come to Taiwan. The hotel is convenient to everyone when I going speed railway, subway... Even looking nice food, drink or massage shop...

Staff is very nice and helpful. Room is very clean and it is located at really convenient place. Downside is the rooms are really small and the noise isolation is really bad.

Overall is good. Clean. Workers are friendly and ready to help. However we only get noticed that the 2nd floor is under renovation upon arrival so we are not able to enjoy the facilities of washing machine. Another than that, the rest is good. Near to the mrt exit Z6.

Great place to stay. We were here for a week and I have zero complaints. Staff is very happy to help you with any questions, they even found out where to get medicine for me when I was hungover! Very nice people, very clean hotel, perfect wifi. Also close to the MRT and a Main Street so if you take transit or you grab taxis it’s easy and fast to get around.

Affordable hotel near Taipeis main station. Clean, friendly, and comfortable. However, the room doors are very thin and you can hear a lot through them.

Room is not big. Can easily hear noise from outside. Location is great, very near the Taipei Main station. Nearest to Z6 exit. Have free pantry as well as washing machine. Hotel staffs are wonderful. They even have a world cup event now for the guests. Overall a great place to stay in.

Locations is accessible and convenient. Room size is fairly OK. The rooms are clean and equipped with facilities. It would be better if they provide clothes hanger. The staff are polite and helpful.

Awesome location just by the main station. Easy to get to from the airport and from there around Taipei. Helpfull and nice staff.

Good location to stay at. Full of food n shopping area all within 5 mins of waking distance such as underground shopping, shopping mall and 15 mins to Ximending

The hotel is located well and had all the expected amenities for a room. Room was a bit stuffy/humid and the AC seemed quite weak.

Its convenient to go to Taipei main station only 5 min walk. Its easy to find convenient stores and local food to eat. But only one problem is to hear noisy sound such as your neighbor chatted and took a bath.

Close to a lot of high rating food places like 老蔡水煎包, Liu Shandong Beef Noodles, Zheng Pork Knuckles, convenience stores and Star Bucks. Staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms were clean, service is great! Easy to get cabs and walking distance to train station.

Stayed in this local chain hotels a few time. Its main advantage is very close to Taipei Main train station. And its also near to the bus station that take you to the airport. The hotel front desk personal will always greet you when they see you. Room are clean and beds is comfortable. There is a drinks machine at 2nd floor that you can make fresh coffee from coffee bean. Cold milk tea and cold lemon tea from drink machine. Its FREE. Microwave oven to heat up your food and fridge to keep your food fresh.

Even to the friends of guests, counter staff went beyond the call of duty to assist them and extend their hospitality. Excellent service!

A customer-oriented hotel! We were given a room with noisy street and car park, together with a sudden window wash waking we up at 6am! The hotel has arranged another even bigger room at the same floor but far less noisy in addition to a sample shower set of LOccitane En Provence as compensation!And we told them we were here for pre-wedding photo shooting, and they sent us one complimentary champagne! Thats so sweet! Helful staff! Great location! With return!

Very helpful staff. They called us in Singapore and even arranged for a mini van to get us at the airport. Clean room but rather small. Each room is designed differently. Nice but not mind blowing. Free Wi-Fi and free self laundry.

We had a fantastic time at CityInn. We spent most of our time in Taipei going around the city so all we really needed was a comfortable place to sleep and shower, and we got just that.The hotel was clean, bright and modern. The staff was polite and helpful. The rooms were small by American standards but that is to be expected.The location was also great. Its right across from the Taipei Main Station so it allows you to take the high speed rail or regular train if you are to leave the city and its also the main hub for the Taipei MRT system.I highly recommend CityInn.

Thats a very good hostel. Staff are very helpful, if you have question, they will help you. Besides, coffee bar is installed in the inn. The room is very clean. No bugs at all. You can have a good sleep in there.
