CityInn Hotel Taipei Station III in Taipei

Excellent stay at this hotel. I went to their secondary location in Taipei, and the front desk girl walked me to the right branch. All staff were very professional, and friendly. The hotel and rooms were really clean. It was a great stay at reasonable prices! Will definitely stay again.

Awesome experience stay for affordable price, staff was very enthu on giving tips on travelling and hand drawn envelopes. Washing machine and detergent was free too. N lounge with free coffee and tea but sadly we were in a rush and didnt get to enjoy it.

Modern hotel with minimalist approach. Walking distance to Taipei bus station. Recommend

I stayed there for the FAClassroom Seminar for 2 nights. Everything went smooth at check-in even though it was very very late. The staffs are very helpful, helping to setup the internet and everything in the middle of the night. The room is nice as well, very spacious and pretty clean. The location is very convenient, close to Taipei train station, food can be found very close at all time.

Great hotel. One of the favorites that Ive stayed at.Staff were lovely, room was comfortable. Facilities were everything you needed and the food and beverages provided by the hotel were generous.Additionally, the location is great being only a short walk from both Taipei main and Zhongshan stations as well as Q Square shopping mall.Lastly, I loved the artwork and design used by the hotel. Made me smile every day seeing it.Would stay again in a heartbeat.

The friendliest hotel Ive ever stayed in. The staff are so helpful and nice. Almost all amenities are free, including laundry service and all movies in the room. The rooms are not very big, but clean and cosy. Highly recommended!

Wonderful place. About 10mins walk from the MRT station. The reception is extremely nice. The room is not big but still enough for a family of 3.Surprisingly, many of their bonus services are free! Like the laundry and the blue ray movie in the room. Yes, they are free!

Room was abit crammed but facilities were all very good and overall a very pleasant experience!

Hotel is nice and people there is super friendly.The location is very convenient, there is lot of shop around, train stations is just walking distance, 25mins walk to a famous night market.

Slow wifi, no space for store clothing.Staff offer wifi booster and clothes hangers immediately to fix issues.I am pleased with their good and friendly services.

The room and bathroom were very clean and the on-demand film selection was great. If there was sound-proofing I would give you a 5 star review.

The room I had wasnt exactly the best. But let me tell you, the service at CityInn III definitely covered everything else. The receptionists Sam and Henry were the friendliest receptionists Ive ever met.If youre planning to book a stay here, look out for them both! They were working the night shifts during my stay there.

Stayed there as a family at 8th floor and were thoroughly impressed by the levels of services received. Snacks and waters were free in the room and the items were promptly refilled everyday - a gesture which showed the management cared more about guests experiences than saving the last NTs.Front desk staffs too were fantastic especially Lily and Henry who took the time to know the guests during the short stay, greeted them on their return during the day and tireless answered any queries that they had.The experience of the stay was wonderful at this little gem in a strategic part of Taipei city (close to Taipei main station which connects to all the main attractions).Would stay again on our next visit.

The place is tidy and clean with good value. Near to public transport. The staff here is nice amd helpful. Definitely will come back soon.

Nice place to stay in a central location with easy access to the rest of the city. The check-in process was easy and the staff was very friendly. Amenities were great too, with a communal fridge, free bottled water and snacks, Wi-Fi, free laundry and video om-demand. The decor was unique and cool. Our room had no windows so make sure you book one with windows if thats a requirement.

One of the best “business hotels” in Taipei. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The location is super convenient unless it is hot or raining. Wi-Fi is a little slow but bearable.

We loved this hotel. The less expensive room was small but well designed and very affordable. The front desk was incredibly helpful in directing us to local places to eat and visit. I love that they have a green option to not wash towels and linens everyday.We really enjoyed our stay!

Room is good considering its pricing. No restaurant for breakfast, and interestingly they provide McDonalds delivery service instead.

I staying at Station II which is just next to it. The staff is very friendly, hardly you can see in other country. The room is very comfort and every room have their own decoration.

This place is very reasonably priced and the service was excellent. The front desk was very helpful when asked about food recommendations. They have a small kitchen stocked with a vending machine, microwave and also free coffee and milk tea service for the guests. The rooms were clean. Some rooms have no windows.

All the ammenities are there including: commong pantry with free coffee and tea :), laundry. All the necessities in room are there. Great place to stay in.

This has always been my choice stay in Taipei as the place is very near all the amenities and near the Taipei train station to travel around Taipei! The train station itself has a huge underground mall which I love going back again and again :)

Located about 5 to 10 minute walk from Taipei Main Station in a convenient area. Staff are efficient and polite. Room is rather compact but efficient and is well equipped. There were complimentary water bottles, a safe in the room and basic toiletries are provided. 7-11 and McDonalds just around the corner. Will stay here again.

Awesome service! Rooms are small but functional. Decor is modern. Large bathrooms. I would happily stay here againNote that there are two CityInn Hotels adjacent to one-another.

Super amazing property with really amazing focus to customer service and extra convenient amenities. The City Inn 3 is conveniently located next to City Inn 2, and features free public use washers, a kitchen area, bidet toilets, and dehumidifiers if it gets too wet in the rooms. The 5-star point for me is that they took notice of the birthdays in the passport and actually gathered the staff to sing happy birthday to one in our party. Dont know if this is standard operating procedure but in all my years traveling, Ive NEVER seen anything like that. Absolutely loved the stay.

Rooms are clean and bright. Service is really good, the staff are friendly and ready to help. Love it here! Even though we are stuck in Taipei due to Typhoon, I am glad that we are staying in Cityinn.

Great location, friendly staff, and clean rooms with a fun design element. The rooms have ac, but no heat. The rooms could probably use a handyman to repair a few different broken things like a shower door that doesnt close, etc.

Great hotel which is gentle on the wallet! Clean, bright and comfy rooms with excellent staff.Its nt a high class hotel, but when youre on holidays in Taipei, you do not really stay in the hotel and room all day to enjoy the facilities right?

Very helpful staff. Hotel is close to Taipei Main Station, great "hub" to explore the city from. Has a driving service that makes getting to/from the airport easy.
