Excelent, we loved it. Our tour guide was amazing, I dont remember her name but for sure she was Mexican.

We can buy the ticket in front of Dundas Station. The first bus stop is there.This tour is great when you havent walked in Toronto downton yet.

Yonge and Dundas Square!! It’s such a beautiful place to be when sightseeing Toronto.

Most of the staff are accommodating and professional. My aunt and I enjoyed our experience.

Nice city sightseeing. Just wish there was less people walking around asking for spare change or cigarettes. Also with there was less Black people. Acting like homeless people.

This was a wonderful experience. Been in Toronto for some years and i had no idea some places existed in Toronto until i went for this tour! It was very knowledgeable. The boat ride was also great.

Low Five stars.Why? It felt that they needed another bus or two as sometimes busses were full or slow to come around. That would be our only negative.The busses were the cleanest we have ever seen on tours like this. The drivers were helpful and friendly.We tend to like doing the hop on hop off tours when we are in a different city because they usually hit the highlights and give you some great information to boot. This was no different.Each bus we got on had a great tour. The drivers were nice and helpful. If you heard him mention a restaurant and wanted to get off and find it, for example, each driver was willing to give you the information as you hopped off.My most favorite place was the Market. We dont see that where we live so it was very exotic and had some great food. My husband really liked the boat tour.If you are going to try to hit up museum you might not want to do this because you will miss everything else on the tour I think. Just going around the whole tour loop is two hours. We were able to do the whole loop, walk a bit around China Town, Walk around the Market, and do the boat tour and that was about it.The boat tour was good. We had a little bit of a wait but it wasnt bad. On a busy day I imagine they have a longer wait as there is only one boat that we could see.

The experience was quite disapointing!. I live in this city for over 20 years. I thought buying this tour would be an opportunity for my guests (from out of townto get a flavour of the history of Toronto. Well we learned about modern building, who lived in them and all kinds of pop information. No history at all. In fact the guide kept referring to old buildings. No architectural structure knowledge, no information about important people from Toronto, other than Casa Loma and whos shoes are at the bata museum. As if all that is important about Toronto are the Four seasons hotel, who lives in the Annex, and some other pop culture info. If you want a ride around the city, you are welcome to take this one. If you want to know the history of Toronto, this is not the tour for you.

Poor value for money, experienced significant delays of 35 mins at stop 1, although advised by staff it would only be 15 mins.No onboard live commentary and our headphone outlet for recorded commentary would not function. Ended up sharing one earpiece each, this was not very successful as Toronto is in the midst of a building boom, noise, and this has closed a number of tour bus stops as access is restricted.It’s a hop On hop Off service. However the tour can be long due to traffic congestion, the aforesaid building works……and it helps if the driver can drive. We joined at 11-35hrs and still managed to miss the boat tour final departure at 17-00hrs. We only stopped once at the St Lawerence market for 30 mins(recommend you visit)Add in our delays at stop 3 when we joined after a 40 min wait for a bus and the 35 min unnecessary delay at Stop 1.The tour was not a pleasant customer experience:scheduling, staff training, technical issues on the fleet and driver upskilling need addressing.

Booked a duo tour to Niagra Falls and an open top bus tour with this company. Open top bus operated as expected and was enjoyable but when we went to Niagra we had paid to go wine tasting in an award winning winery but we were informed when we were already halfway to the falls that the wine tasting would not be happening. Our tour guide had no idea this was ever supposed to happen as he worked for a different company entirely. We had not been informed that we would be going on the tour with a different company and I have since contacted City Sightseeing Toronto about our experience and have been ignored. Would not recommend this company - you might not get what you paid for.

The whole thing sounded very exciting at first: free boat tour and a hop-on hop-off bus for the entire city. The result was unfortunately the opposite. The guides were mostly very bored by their job and have also given no additional information to the stops. whether it is worth getting off or not you have to inform yourself beforehand. The buses did not come reliably and sometimes you wait very long for the next hop on. The highlight was then: despite advertising the boat tour in the morning, it was canceled at noon because a thunderstorm was announced (which was already announced the day before for the entire day and never came - that is, the information was already available in the morning). I would not do again and I can not recommend (only if you like expensive busses)

NOT WORTH IT!! This trip on the Hop-On Hop-Off Bus simply screwed up our schedule for the day. The first bus did not leave until 10:30 am. A total of 6 stops on this trip are closed. At stop 7 Casa Loma we were told a different bus will pick us up in 20 minutes but instead, we waited for more than an hour in the rain for the next bus to come. The live guides on board do not speak English well so it was very hard to understand what they were saying. The boat at the end of the trip was packed so we needed to wait for almost 2 hours to finally get on board.

Highly recommend if you want to see overall Toronto downtown on a double deck bus with no roof. One round trip is about 2h, you can hop on and hop off anywhere anytime for one day. They go through various famous tourist attractions. The ticket is a bit pricey but you can also use it for boat tour at harbourfront during summer, weather permitted.

We were on the bus today in Toronto, several stops were closed but the tour overall was fine. We know they said keep your tickets but when we got off the bus my wife checked her pocket and the ticket was gone. We had gotten on at stop 1 and off at 14. We thought maybe it was in our bag so we checked that and by that time the bus was gone. We went to get back on another bus at the same stop and they told us no because we lost the ticket and they had told us not to lose it. We had the receipts , one ticket, and our headphones in our hand. We had just gotten the tickets 2 hours before. They did not make an exception or offer any help.

If you want to be treated in a rude and unprofessional manner than this is the tour bus for you. The only good part of the tour was the boat ride. From my experience,I wouldnt prepay for tickets again -it can cause issues like having to pay twice.

Great value, bus and boat tour. Tour guides were informative. Only issue I saw was no speaker/tour in the bus, only on the double decker top.

No issues, great service. They offer the tour with headphones and recorded in different languages.

My son and I had great time seating on top of the roof and enjoying city view but the amazing part was tour around center island,we love it ♥️

Very disappointing.As seen previously on these reviews - bus broke down, boat broke down.No remorse.Joined the bus at Front St. Got off at the harbourside (Amsterdam Brewhouse), to join the island boat trip. Waited 15 mins, then to be told the boat had a fault - now have to wait for the next one. 50 mins later, boat turns up.The boat trip was great, btw.Had lunch at the harbour. Then proceeded to catch the next available bus, and proceed with the tour. That scheduled bus had also broken down. Again, had to wait for the next one.Then, just a few stops later ( Dundas Square), we were told to get off. The buses stop running at 6!Unbelievable. Nowhere on the booking form or the ticket, or the actual map/brochure - does it say they finish so early.We are tourists, unfamiliar with Toronto - and left to find and pay for, our own way back to Front Street.Absolutely unprofessional, uncaring, and unapologetic.Thanks for spoiling our day.

$60 per adult gets you unlimited access for 24 hours to the tour. It also gives you a free ride on the cruise. Approximately 2 hour round trip. Informative and great open top tour...albeit very warm as it was 32°c. Well worth it to orientate and get to know the city.

Good way to see the tourist hot spots and with the included boat trip totally worth the money imo. Was a bit disappointed that there is no way to get a discount if you also want to do the Niagra falls tour.

Nice places, informative and affordable!

Horrible experience. The driver was driving dangerously, he was rushing customers so that he could go home and quote "drink some beers". Also, they did not take us to all the stops as per their tour listed on their website.I sent these issues to the company and they refused to do anything about it.We are so disappointed with the service. Definitely not worth the money.

Very good way of seeing Toronto and learning a little about the history of the place as well. A well guided tour.

Our experience with the city sightseeing bus was pretty bad.First of all, we sat on the upper deck of the bus near the windshield. There is a huge/long crack cross the windshield, which is obviously hazardous. Please get the windshield fixed.Second, we asked for the multi language audio guide but our tour guide told us the bus was not equipped with it. If we want the audio guide, we need to wait for additional 25 mins for the next bus. Please don’t advertise “multi language tour guide” on your website if not all bus are equipped with the necessary devices.Last but not least, our tour guide was not very familiar with her script. She often mixed up left and right. She also talked very slow and has strong accent. By the time she struggled to finish her speech, the bus has passed the point of interest. It happened several times during the tour!!We paid over $180 for a group of three. Extremely disappointed and do not recommend it at all.

We went on this hop on hop off in Toronto in May long weekend and it was an experience to forget! The tour did not have the boat cruise and all it had was a poor show of taking us around some sections of Toronto, and for that price for 3 people, it was a bad deal. In the bus, we were given earphones to hear the guide from our seats but we could not hear anything, despite we informing the guide about this problem!Please note, that the last bus is way early in the day at 415pm, which for end spring and summer, is mid day and not end of day!All in all, we would not do this tour again and not recommend to anyone.

We had a limited time visiting Toronto from US. The planning of City Sightseeing involved details like differentlocations to get on the bus, parking and timing of last tour etcI sent multiple emails to the City Sightseeing information center. Anna responded every time with detailed information and suggestions very quickly. I appreciated the professionalism ! She went above and beyond! Thank you!The tour was great! Amazing experience! I had the chance to explore the city of Toronto on this spectacular Sightseeing-Tour and I would recommend this to anyone!

Tourist in my city thanks to City Sightseeing Toronto! This experience is great for tourists and locals alike. Who said it had to be for tourists only?As a local, I am actually glad I took the tour as I got to learn so many interesting facts about Toronto that I didnt know of. The staff were professional and covid safety protocols were in place.Even though I went on a rainy day, I still enjoyed the tour (they also have rain ponchos so your clothes dont get wet).The tour length was great too. Not too short and not too long. The guide was very knowledgeable and as he also made some jokes along the way, it made the tour more entertaining.

Perfect experience for tourists in Toronto! Absolutely perfect! Now cause of COVID you only get 2 hours on the bus but really I shouldn’t say Only. Through the tour you get to know about great interesting info about the city and the history. And you get full translation of the explanation to other languages 👍-we were also able to go with our small dog which was great!

It is a Very well organised tour -what an affordable way to get to see the entire city of Toronto.The bus was quite pleasant, comfortable and the guides on board are very friendly and informative. So make sure you get into a bus which guides are boarded.The guides added their own experience when they talked about the citys history and about the areas. Very very interesting.Your ticket is valid for 48 hours and the harbour cruise ticket is valid for a life time.There is no expiry date for the ticket.The cruise experience was excellent and you can see the entire Toronto sky line -it was an amazing view.There are couple of different maps therefore take two maps.one of the maps is more detailed than the other.You CANNOT move or change your seat when the bus is on the move.Toronto transportation is expense therefore this is the best way to explore the city.

Amazing time, went originally to see the Assassins Creed Symphony but was postponed to March, however we kept hotel rooms and went and had a great weekend and got some Christmas shopping done.

Its OK as a way to get around to all the sites in the city, but not overly informative or helpful. Included Cruise was nice and brings up the value.

Tour was great up until the point our bus quit working. The person doing the tour said "Is this bus 134?!" to the person working on the main deck. Evidently it was...unfortunately...bus 134 had had the same issue before. We grabbed an UBER and skipped the rest of the tour.

Ive been to sight seeing tours on double decker busses in other parts of the world and I must say that this tour was disappointing. It is simply a bus that takes you in downtown core and drops you off at the point you want. I could take the TTC to do that. I thought it would drive up to the spots not drop them off a block away. We also went close to the end of the tour day when we were told if we got off there wasnt a guarantee that we would get picked up by another bus. If this isnt a guarantee, why wouldnt the tour be priced less?The only part I did like was that a boat tour around the Toronto island was included. This was the nicest view of the Toronto skyline that Ive seen.The tour is very expensive. For a family of 4 we payed $130. Too much for a low quality tour!Please try to improve this.

Love the group here! Its amazing how they got real London Buses over to Toronto! It just have been a trek!The staff are amazing and full of joy all the time. Its amazing how much knowledge you can pick up here, some that isnt generally helpful, but most are something that you go home to and feel like youve accomplished something.... the group should be very proud.

Enjoyed the large loop and friendly staff. The recorded narration was a little off at times - too late or not synced with what we were passing (understandable; lots of construction!). Lots of beautiful architecture, old & new. Increased my understanding of TO history. Increased my respect for Canadas largest city.

Took my fiance on a tour for his birthday. Although we live in Toronto, it was nice to learn a bit more history about some of sites. I do wish indigenous history was part of the tour. Cordelia was a fun guide.

Its the best way to get a glimpse of Torontos downtown. And if you buy a Niagara Falls- Toronto city tour combo, which saves you a lot more than buying tickets separately, you will not be disappointed.

Great tour of the city. The guides were very knowledgeable about the areas on the route. The boat tour (included with you ticketwad also great. Well worth the money.

- This is a great sightseeing tour, and I wish I had done it years ago- The two main landmarks of it are the harbor-front boat tour & Casa Loma- Reasonably priced, yet you better buy your tickets there at the square as its a little cheaper than using a third party site- I see a lot of complaints about the headset, but I had no issues on any of the several buses I used- Some guides would encourage you to fall asleep, but others like Keith were great- Not sure why some buses had the old maps!- Prices for admission to attractions should be shared earlier or printed on the map, so tourists can plan accordingly

If you dont start at Dundas square, you dont have a map,you dont know where pick up is. Had a horrible time trying to find the pick up location at Casa Loma . They should really consider posting the intersection where the pick up is online.

I enjoyed.... But the traffic situation made IT a lot longer then normal i guess... They have a combinations with a boattrip... Which we enjoyed and the picture represents... Its talen from the boat

Has a great time on this bus trip. I lived in or near Toronto for decades and still learned a lot. When they suggest taking water with you, do it!!! Loved the included boat trip but would have liked to go further through the islands. It was a bit of a wait for the boat but the price was right. We had guests visiting from Australia and they enjoyed it too. We could not have given as comprehensive or informative a trip ourselves.

I went this summer for the first time, it was great. Just remember if you ate sitting at the upper floor of the bus, make sure to bring a sweater if the weather is a little chilly. The bus stops at the Harbour Front for a boat ride to the island and than you can take the next bus to finish the tour it just have lunch or dinner and than take the the next bus. It’s an experience great for everyone of all ages.

The boat tour was pleasant but on the bus tour, they oversold. We got off at St Lawrence Market and when we tried to get back on we waited 40 minutes! In the cold! Then they showed up and there were no seats downstairs! Please do NOT do this! It’s better to take a cab or Uber. Oh and the lady upstairs doing the tour on the first leg really yelled at someone!! Oh and as an extra bonus, when we finally got a seat together, my seat was broken . Way overcrowded dangerous .

Not cheap, but a good solution if you are in Toronto only for two days. The buses are convenient, since you can hop on and off at any of the stops. The linked boat tour of the harbour and islands is an added bonus!

Nicely organized day trip for sightseeing in Toronto within a day. Staff are friendly and informative. This trip covers most of the important places in Toronto. Definitely recommended if you are on a time constraint.

You can do better on your own for cheaper. The hop on-hop off is quite pricey, but they have an hour boat tour which should not be missed. See Torontos islands and a nice skyline. Great for pictures.
