Additional amenities include a relaxed lobby restaurant with a bar and a sidewalk terrace.
Very nice hotel with really helpful and excellent staff, breakfast was great as was the menu, location to nightlife and bars was good, will be going back this November.
Hotel is located close to Riverside Park and Night Market, within walking distance of many attractions and activities, reasonably priced with friendly and attentive staff, beds are extra comfy..really enjoyed my stay..👍
Sound proof: So soPrice: 5 starsOverall ok
The management should play attention to the cleaning staff. I travel enough to notice the floor looks clean but sticky and soapy(they just mop and not rinse). Otherwise, the location, good value, nice and comfortable.
Good location to the action in PP. fair price, I stayed a month and got a good rate. The facility is a bit dated but clean. Staff is excellent and friendly. Only drawback was the WIFI. It got better after I complained but was still spotty. This shouldn’t be an issue.
nice to sleep there, just a little more attention need walls and paint., the rest is fine, lively environment and central location, staff friendly.
I think This hotel the best in city I almost lived in this place about 5 night Good room Good location Not far from another place Like Royal palate of Cambodia ,night market, and else So Theres still have mini mart beside them 24hour I got Surprise!! Good experience from there 😜😜
clean, friendly and great location. The rooms are a little on the small side and probably the hotel would have benefited by having one less room each floor but everything is within walking distance.
It was a great place to stay and has superb breakfast.. Staff are very friendly. I enjoyed my stay there.
Great hotel with friendly staff, good location 2 mins from the action and the riverRooms are decent for the price and if u include breakfast I thought it was one of the best I had in all my time in CambodiaHighly recommend
I was staying at city centre hotel for one night on 08 feb 2020 and I got happened incident amount some of 500 usd and 2300 sar Saudia riyal. Some one stolen to my room.
We really enjoy our stay and really a great place to stay aside from its affordable price. The personnel are all accommodating and friendly. The place is clean and comfy. They serve very delicious foods and drinks. All in a very affordable price.
Our room was extremely dirty and we could hear everyone in the rooms around us..The shower was a disgrace (we had to shower with flip-flops).I believe this is sex-tourists hotel, there were too many prostituts around, we werethe only backpackers here. The safe didn’t work either..The staff was very nice though!
Gently staff, very clean, excellent breakfast, great prices for what they offer. Good location to explore the city.
This should be a one star hostel or a guest house, got bitten alive by bed bugs on my first night and all they did was move my room, no sorrys or even giving me something as compensation. The hotel is old and rusted and needs a complete face lift, staff were average and the location is in a red light district area, disgusting hotel, bad management and would really advise anyone please dont stay here...!
Best hotels so far best services on time to the rooms with beautiful feature views and dining foods experience is a respectable place to be staying at with top views on decks! ☺😊😍
Update the hotel was sold about 6 months or 9 months back , and the new owners have not done much except remove all the seating that was out front. Which made it such a wonderful place to drink and smoke and watch people walk by.Aside from that they just about doubled the price for the rooms. I havent seen any improvements that have been made , so unfortunately just about all the old staff is gone and Id have to give this place a big thumbs down and say you know look for another place to stay on the river side in Phenom Penh.
The major appeal of this hotel was its location and the outdoor seating which allows you to people watch as the traffic went by on Street 130 on the Riverside the new owners have removed all but one table and a couple chairs so now its almost impossible to sit out there and people watch on top of that theyve just about doubled the price of the rooms so big thumbs down used to be a good place for the Riverside in Phnom Penh unfortunately its not that good anymore so time to look for another hotel when I stay in Phnom Penh.
Excellent, very professional, the staff were so friendly and service was 100%, the breakfast was really great, the best hotel in my first 3 weeks in Asia. I would highly recommend this hotel for your visit to Phnom Penh, its in a very good location.
Great hotel very clean and room has everything you need washer ,kettle big TV great bathroom.and shower . Has a balcony with spectacular views
Never going back there again :(:( The room is to small!!no car parking!!They was telling me that helps me find a parking spot in the morning and they lies!I check-in at 10:30pm at 6:00am I have to check-out because my car will get toll. When I book online the piece was $15:00 plus city tax 10% service tax 10% I pay $18:70 that’s okay. But when I go to check-in the staff there was told me paying $20:94 that’s okay to because they was so nice. I don’t like when people not honestly and lied.I Really disappointed really bad experience with city hotel in Phnom Penh.
Bed bugs!!!!!!!!!!!! I hate to do this because the staff is absolutely wonderful all spoke English very well but this place needs a makeover if they are going to continue to have these high rates. I am generally very cautious of checking for bed bugs when staying anywhere. This time I let my guard down and what do you know.... my legs and even my face I have a rash appearing throughout the day. I saw two bed bugs, inspected for an infestation but did not spot it. None the less the stay was a 1/5 star rating. One is for the friendly staff And location I suppose.
Would absolutely not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.First of all it is a hotel where white old men bring their Cambodian "dates", so unless you want to see/hear their activities its better to go somewhere else.Secondly the hotel is dirty i.e.there is a wall to wall carpet in the hallways full of stains and it smells like sewage.Third, the AC in the room did not work, the staff tried to fix it but without any luck. Fourth, the shower was extremely moldy and the sliding doors didnt slide.Firth, there were BEDBUGS (or at least a lot of bugs in the bed). First we got a spray that were supposed to kill them, however they reappeared during the night (around midnight), crawling over us and biting us. We were initally told there were no rooms available, but in the end they changed us to another room - There were no bugs in the new room but it was really small with an even smaller bed. We had to wake up early to get to the airport, didnt have a good night sleep and would never come back.Positive side: The staff is very friendly and the hotel is located not far from the river side. It took us 30 min from the hotel to the airport at 06.00 in the morning.
Clean room. Comfortable bed. Nice bathroom. Hot shower.Lovely breakfast.Great staff. Speak good English.Great location. Minutes walk from night Market.Shops and restaurants, travel agents nearby.Highly recommend.
Recommended for a stay. Nice hotel with great staff. Very good location. You will find yourself next to happening places. Strategically located.
The room is too small for 2 people and luggage, I asked for a bigger room, they do not have any. The restaurant? is a few tables in the LOBBY! I asked for a refund, they refused!! Not satisfactory!! Sorry I have to give 1 star.
I spent a night with my co-worker in this hotel when we visited Phnom Pehn. The main point of this property is staff and location. The staff there were very friendly and attentive to all details. My friend and I were warmly welcomed and the check-in process was fast and easy. And what I loved was the location. We can access to everything easily such as restaurant, Mekong River, Night Market...Breakfast service needs to be improved and I found that it was very slow. We was waiting for almost half hour for the breakfast. Finally, we got only coffee. As it was late, so we left the table without as it was almost our bus time.I will go back to this hotel next trip.
Very good on our experience. We stayed at the budget rooms, they are small but we didnt need anymore than that.Shower very clean and the bed is comfortable.Staff is very nice, free breakfast is good and you can choose from around 7 different dishes (and add a dollar or two for a big breakfastand you get a drink.Had 2 problems, one is that around 8:30 each day they started working somewhere in the building with hammers and such, making it a bit hard to sleep in. Second is that there are like 5 tuk tuks lurking outside of the lobby, waiting for you and always trying to make eye contact and call you, pretty annoying, but not the hotels fault as this is public area.Overall very good!
Security issues, ask for a safe in the room, I experienced another guests card could open my door ! Good clean rooms though cheap ones small, comfy beds, nice staff !
Great place, super friendly and helpfull staff, super clean spacious rooms, great beds and bathroom, good food and perfect location. Was there 3 times in one month and would definitely go back.
Bugs on the bed. Rooms have bad smell. Rooms too small you can have round around the bed. Breakfast for the names sake. Better spent little more money rather than stay in this hotel
Very good value for the price. Beds are comfortable, rooms are clean, bathrooms are large and clean. Hot water, cold AC. The rooms themselves are quite small, but manageable. Great location too. I changed my review to 3 stars. After checking out they decided to charge me extra for my last night because I stayed an extra night. Wouldnt come again.
We loved this hotel we ordered the BOARD ROOM it had 4 big double beds with both fan and Aircondotioned rooms.Everyday the rooms were serviced it was really tidy with a huge bathroom and two toilets . Location was the best 10 minutes walk to the museum and 5 mins walk to the royal palace. 2 minutes walk to the Mekong river with wonderful restaurants.Highly recommend this place ...Roy and Anna were incredible hosts thabk you
Rooms bathroom smelled weird, and AC broke halfway through my stay. Luckily they moved me to a different room and it was okay. Otherwise, OK location. There is a restaurant downstairs but prices are a bit high.
Been staying at the City Center for 3 weeks.Rather nice clean hotel with great service.Friendly staff that remembers your name, feels good. Like that it is close to riverside and a short tuk tuk ride to city. Will be back next trip around.
