City Kutaisi in K'ut'aisi

If you are in Kutaisi I definitely recommend to stay in this hotel. Location is very quiet, not far from the city centre so you can go there by walk. The host is very hospitable, served us with a delicious breakfast everyday, gave us a glass of home made wine as a gift. We were able to communicate in English without any troubles. The rooms are very comfortable and equipped with everything you may need. Give it a try and you will not regret it!

I dont know who rated this hotel as a 3 star hotel! This is so wrong. You get a 7 star service, welcoming, cleanliness, comfort, location, smile, in-room & kitchen amenities.. Just name it!Lolita and Tornike have both made our stay as cozy as home, they have demonstrated the highest levels of hospitality and extraordinary service standards. They are friendly and give you the feeling of welcome and joy.Do not miss this experience!

თუ სიგრილე გინდათ ნახოთ მცხუნვარე ზაფხულს ქუთაისში, უნდა ეწვიოთ საფიჩხიაზე მდებარე ო ნუ ახური ტიპის სასტუმროს. 5 წუთში ჩადიხარ ცენტრალურ პარკში. კეთილგანწყობილი და ყურადღებიანი მასპინძლები შინ მალე ჩვენი ე თქვენ ოჯახის წევრებად იქცევიან.

აღფრთოვანებული ვარ ამ სასტუმროში ცხოვრებით!!!თავისი არაჩვეულებრივი ინფრასტრუქტურით და რაც მთავარია საოცრად კარგი მასპინძლობით!!დიდი მადლობა ყველაფრისთვის!!!სხვა დროსაც აუცილებლად აქ მოვალ!!!!♥️♥️♥️🥰🥰🥰

This is a lovely family run hotel. Very friendly welcome, comfortable beds, good size bedroom and bathroom, and free tea and coffee. A pleasant walk down to the Colchis Fountain and town centre. Highly recommended.

Jestem tym hotelem zachwycona. Czyściutko, wygodnie, wszystko na parterze, atmosfera domowa. Nad wszystkim czuwa śliczna właścicielka, Pani Lolita, która osobiście przygotowuje urozmaicone, ciepłe śniadania. Polecam też domowe, przepyszne wino, które można kupić bardzo tanio na miejscu. Każdy gość tego hotelu może liczyć na opiekę w chorobie, co przytrafiło się mojej siostrze (jeszcze raz gorąco dziękuję Lolito). Położenie hotelu bardzo wygodne: na starym mieście, do centralnej części niedługie zejście z górki. Mój pobyt w Kutaisi bardzo dużo zyskał dzięki atmosferze i warunkom, w którym przyszło mi mieszkać w tym hotelu. Pozdrawiam Panią Lolitę, Jej Mamę i Reziego. Anna + Maria+ Bożena+Marek (Polska).
