This place is really clean and nice we stayed in the dorms for 2 nights and there was almost 1 fan per bed which was nice. The staff is really nice even if there english was not very good. Anyway they gave us as much advices as they could and the owner has a really good english. He nicely taught us abouy the buddhist culture on poya day ( full moon it was an incredible experience .There is a possibility to rent bicycles for the day to visit the site not far from the hostel. Also the breakfast was soooo good and filling,I really recommend this place to discover Anuradhapura.

I stayed one night there in the mix dormitory room.Everything is clean.it was a nice location and the staff was very friendly.The bed mattress are very comfortable.But they didnt use A/C.

Better than foreigners

Staff friendly as they can be however the free wifi is only available at reception even though other working routers exist around the hostel they refuse to give passwords and make up excuses. "A monkey chewed the wire".Not only this but we had to ask several times for the staff to turn the A/C on in a dorm with 6 occupants inside.

I liked it too. They were very friendly. Youll get a hotel atmosphere. Theres no WiFi in the dorm, but hot tub and the bus stop is not far away.

Its a very nice and clean hotel and I would recommend this place for since its situated right next to Bus Stand. The reason why Im rating this as 2 star because they only give priority to foreign people. Local and foreigners both should be treated equally. They didnt let me to stay in common area telling few foreigners staying there and I might disturb em. But it is a "common zone". When you staying in that area for a cheaper price you have to expect disturbances. After that they asked me to stay in a private room for a higher rate. At that time I was helpless and stayed there. But anyway this should not happen. If you dont have that particular rooms available you should notify em to visitors before hand.

Gps took me around the back entrance of the hostel where the gate was locked and I couldnt get in. A local shop owner told me to jump it and go up the steps so i did. A strange first impression, followed by long walk along corridors and a side of a building to get to the reception. Staff were friendly and the room was ok. The door didnt shut properly on the room, walls were dirty but the beds were clean.

I slept in the dorms and the bed mattress is super comfortable. The bathroom has hot shower but when someone takes a shower the floor stays wet for those who want to use the toilet. Staff is very friendly and nice and the location is great and still quiet.

nice place near to town but they chet us in we visit to that hotel . they we already booked 3 beds but they didnt arrange the bed before we going there after they give another room for stay us that again we also mange that . the evening manager come and saying to us another room persons also will use your bathroom please Cooperate to them.I dont here. I like this rules in any hotels in any wereand other day we came to take a bicycle to go out for us they give two bicycles for 1000 per day . then we ready go suddenly receptionist telling us they need our room today please give the room key they will change our bags to nother room so we doesnt pak our bags so we again went our room and pak the all things and handover the key to themplease I want tell one advice to receptionistif you have any news to tell the customers please tell early dont tell that at the last movement. okthe bicycle was are very old thats not worth to 500any way please. try to do your duty bestthnks

Location seemed alright since it wasnt next to a main street. Can get noisy though due to the backpackers within the hostel as doors are pretty thin. Prices for the rooms are very good.Rooms are in a bad condition. Mattresses queak whenever you move, theres no WiFi in the room, room is small and just looks very used. Cockroaches and ants were crawling on the wall when we walked in. Showers and toilets look good.Most disappointing part was the host as it seemed he always wanted to sell us something. He was very nice and gave us helpful information but I always had the feeling he wanted us to go to one of his tours. The prices within the hostel are not more than average. Beer is 500, bikes are 500 each and breakfast 500 as well. You can get all of that for half the price in the surrounding area with the same or better quality.Wouldnt go there again.

Helpfull and friendly people working here. Possibility to rent bicycle. Located close to new bus station.

A nice hostel. Just in case you don’t know, you go to this location, and take the stairs to go up to the hostel.

The owner is very friendly and eager to help. The hostel is maintained neat and clean. The plug point attached to my bed was not working. Also some more plug points were not working. Hence charging of mobile phones and power bank was a problem. The staff readily offered to charge them in reception. Its located centrally.

This was the most fun filled hostel that I ever stayed in Srilanka, or probably I bumped into one of the best group there. They also help you arrange Tuk Tuk, we were accompanied by Mr.Ajith(Tuk Tukdriver who was extremely considerate and accompanied us all day.

Totally overpriced dorm, but friendly staff and bicycles.
