Was the best restaurant in town back in 2015. Now Ill say one of the worst. Food is bland. Fresh juice is 99% water. No taste at all. We just took a bite and left after paying. I dont recommend to dine here.

This is my absolute favorite restaurant in Male. The food is always fantastic and no matter what I order I am always delighted with my meal! Servers are also great and always efficient, happy and polite. View is also amazing. Just enjoy the ocean while having a meal. Great place to have a coffee with friends. And also a great place for functions. wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to eat in Male city

Not bad, they took about 30 mins to deliver ice cream with fruit salad. But its not the same case for everyone. Gues I am unlucky.

Best thing about this restaurant is the ambiance and the view.Its just beside the sea and you can literally feel the splash of water on your faces sometimes while enjoying your food. You can watch the planes landing on and taking off from the Male international airport which is a very eye catching sight, I must say.About the food, the seafood fried rice was delicious and rich in ingredients, seafood mariner soup was not upto the mark, Tuna steak with lemon rice was good. Price is okay, not very expensive. Even I would say it’s pretty cheap for a ambiance like this. I loved the time spent there.

Location is well, they have different varieties of food (like european, thai and some local varieties.I can recommend tom-yum soup.

Come here for the sea view, food wasn’t great.It could use some major tweaks from the menu.I just wished that the food was great.

Very costly with limited options for selections (only 2 options for if you cant eat chick/beef).Too much crowded some times and we can find a better place with better option at the cost in Male,

Excellent place and food quality. Citron has a good value for money and cozy atmosphere. Not forgetting to mention the great location and a relaxing sea view, the service was impeccable! Mr. Rahman knows well how to treat a customer and he made me feel like home. Thanks a lot, mr. Rahman! On my next time in Malé I gonna get back to this place for sure.

One of the best places in Maldives to eat. Citron has the best dishes and at an affordable price. You might the service a bit slower, may be because it is crowded most of the times. Go for the outdoor sitting as the scenery is really beautiful. Feel the ways and enjoy the delicious food served by Citron. Do try there Tuna dishes!

Amazing all you van eat buffet. Great for our large group with limited time. Fruit smoothies are fantastic and food was very tasty. A mix of western, Thai and Maldivian. Enough space that small groups arent interrupted by larger groups. All tables have a view of the ocean.

A great restaurant with plenty of space, they usually serve almost all food items that are available in Male. The breakfast and lunch buffet are great choices with value for money. staff are friendly and payment and requesting for items are simple and easy. The place has indoor, out door and AC facilities. A decent toilet and always kept cleaned.

Nice view & staff and a big choice of food and drinks. The food was delicious - we had salad, fried calamari and Quesadillas. The mocktails are an absolut must, especially the mango and passion fruit mojito. If you are in Malé, you should visit this place.

Great foods and nice view. I will recommend the curry beef with rice. Staff are friendly and helpful you all the time.

Few of the best place to enjoy Thai and somewhat Sri Lankan foods. I enjoy the daily lunch buffet which is absolutely fantastic. Worry not, their  à la carte menu is there to save your day. The location of the restaurant with and awesome beach view adds more credits. You may walk in during the opening hours with any attire. A must place to visit.

One of the best places in Male. Enjoyed the view. Evening you get tea short-eats. Ice cream is cheap and great. Shakes are good too. Club Sandwich is not that great. I mostly enjoyed the place than the food. Service is great too.

Have very delicious 😋 foods especially short eats. The ocean 🌊 breeze make you relax and bring Island 🌴 life feeling from there. Customer service is great 👍. Can pay with cash 💵 or cards. There’s no wheelchair entrance and parking.

Its a very nice restaurant with a awesome view of the indian ocean. Nice clean place with testy food worth your money. Drinks here are in 5* level. The chef here is a Sri Lankan as per the waiter. Recommended to eat here if you ever visit Male city.

Citron is located on the seaside of Male over looking Ibrahim Nasir International Airport, MLE. One can watch airplanes taking off and landing while food is being served.

Citron is famous restaurant in capital male. Citron providing huge verity of food products and I can say tasty and delusions. Specially I feel enjoy from Fresh breeze from open sea and looks friendship staffs providing good quality services accoutering to customers need . One of best place i loved to eat.. food is cheap and fresh. I loved the sea and airport view from the balcony. Recommend to go for thai buffet, for mvr 150 you can fillup fully 😊

I went there last week with my best pal to celebrate my promotion. Table wasn’t well cleaned when we seated. No one approached to us when we seated so we had to raise the hand and wait for one of the service staff to notice us. It seemed like there was two functions going on. So we couldn’t get a table on upstairs. So wasn’t really left with any choice but to sit outside on the ground floor near ocean. Their was a buffet going on too. But we decided to stick with alacart menu. While presenting the menu, waiter didn’t mention anything about the not available items. But by the time we made up our minds on what we are having and gave the order he started saying those items are not available. A lot of items on menu is not available. Finally we ordered a thai noodle and lobster termidor. And again service was very slow it took em more than one hour to serve the food. Quality of food and beverage was more than I expected but service wise it was a disaster. Asked for wifi password like four or five times 2 waiters came with different password. It got connected but there was no service and few minutes later it got automatically disconnected. I wouldn’t prefer to dine here next time if the service is going to be same even tho i loved food and drinks there.

Breakfast Buffet with gorgeous viewWe visit here often to meet friends and enjoy the breakfast buffet. The staff are really helpful and accommodating. the views are gorgeous. A must visit just make sure you go hungry there is plenty on offer.

Breakfast buffet and lunch buffet is okay. Usually the outer seating area is crowded. Short eats (locally called hedhikaais good. They need to improve the quality of the their drinks and food. I would say that the price charged for the food is over-priced compared to the taste.
