A steak dinner is paired with a variety show aimed at adults at this lively, pirate-themed venue.
Great Pirate show for the kids, and adults as well. Well orchestrated show with lots of action. Good special effects, with some great acrobatic stunts as well. Good clean fun for the family. Food is good, with upgradeable menu options. You get plenty to fill your belly. Alcohol is available with beer as well as full liquor options. Crowd participation in the show as well on a voluntary basis. Children will become sworn in Pirates towards the end of.the show, so cute! Definitely family oriented though so dont plan on going, and turning into a drunken Pirate. If you do, you may find yourself walkin the plank!
Great food and entertainment in Orlando. Huge portions so be ready to have a great meal. Family friendly atmosphere.
My kids were glued to the show from start to finish and I loved that they got to be a part of the show. The dinner was excellent and the drink specials were reasonable. I do recommend going all out on the vip option its worth the extra expense. This show was far better than I expected and we will be returning next time we are in Orlando
We went to see the Vampirates, their seasonal show and it was great. Entertaining for adults and for children. They take a lot of people to participate especially from the front rows. A really fun evening. The food was good too. We payed extra for upgraded dinner and the steak was delicious!
Love it! Great show, Good food and amazing entertainment. The whole family will enjoy. The food was so tasty, perfect vegetables we try the shrimp skewer and the chicken it was soo good. Super recommended they were so talented and nice.Tremendo espectaculo lo disfrutamos los grandes al igual q la pequeña de la familia, bueno para toda la familia. La comida riquisima.
The food was edible at best and the actors were difficult to hear due to some echoing but it was a really fun time! I wouldn’t do it again but glad I went once!
This is a interactive dinner show, I gave it 4 stars for the performance alone. It was enjoyable to watch and there is some talent in the cast. The service was lacking in the dinner area. I asked for pepper 4 times from several different people and it took forever. The onion rings came out cold and when they did replace them, it was all breading. The veggie pasta had a funny taste but the chicken was decent. The food was OKAY for mass produced food. This is a tourist place, it was pricey for everything. Be prepared to open your wallet.
Even though the booking process was a nightmare, I almost gave this place 4 stars. We purchased VIP seats, but it took hours of phone tag to secure them. My wife and I keep trying to phone at odd hours in the hope that someone will answer. At last she gave in and headed straight for the spot. As soon as we were able to get through that snafu, we entered the spotless restaurant, where both the adults and children delighted in the atmosphere. I thought the play was fantastic; it was engaging and funny in a lot of different ways. The entire family, including the few finicky eaters we have, agreed that the was great. I loved the atmosphere, the entertaining show, and the delicious food. The cost was justified. Will visit soon.
Great place we had a wonderful time. The food was good, and Im gluten free. So they made my chicken separate and it came out amazing 👏 we definitely had a great time hanging with our kids. The place was catered too all ages. Highly recommend 👌 👍 👏
Fun, pirate themed, dinner theater experience. Lots of audience interactions. Good food. Specialty drinks for the adults. There is plenty of piratey action, including duels and fights and gunfire, so beware that some little ones could be upset.
Wow, super awesome fun show with dinner.Very funny too! We got the VIP package tickets which you can find on Groupon.Food was freaking awesome & very good portions. Staff was quick and friendly to serve everyone.
The acting was funny and entertaining, and the costumes were spot on. Great acrobatics and plenty of opportunities to interact and sing along. Great for kids.
Loveable family fun or just perfect for date night. 🏴☠🏴☠This adventure has everything you need for an enjoyable night out. The dinner (I had chicken, husband had pork and shrimpwas delicious! We sat in the blue section which was the best 😍 and the rowdiest. Acrobats from the ceiling were suberb. They involved kids throughout the show (cutest line was about all the little red coatsand gave shutouts to those having birthdays. Truly terrific all around. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🏴☠Got a solid deal from Marriott hotel, so be sure to check if your hotel has a deal there.
Took my kids to this show last night. I’ll start by saying that the place itself is really cool and the show was great. My kids loved it! However - we asked how much it would be to upgrade to VIP when we got there and if there were any VIP seats left. They assured us there were and charged us an extra $150 on top of the $230 we’d already paid for our family of 4. We went in and got sat in a section that was not VIP. We were still seated close so whatever, it was fine. The service was okay. They told us once the show started they would bring drinks from the bar, that never happened. With VIP you’re supposed to get your family photos for free. We watched the photo people go to every other table except ours. So once the show was over the whole theater cleared out and I asked for a manager because I was confused as to why we were just left sitting there while everyone else was taken care of. I spent close to 20 minutes in my seat waiting for a manager to come. He finally showed up and I explained to him that we upgraded to VIP but I couldn’t understand why. We didn’t get a VIP experience and I watched everyone else get their things and be on their way. He was unimpressed and basically blamed the photo booth. Took me over there, handed me my photos and walked away. I was so frustrated that I left our souvenir glasses sitting there when we left. So, the show is good. But I feel like we got ripped off by paying for that upgrade just to be sat where we probably would have sat anyway and having to run and ask for the things we were promised. Also, I did ask our neighbors, and they did NOT pay VIP prices. If you go and you pay upwards of $400 for your family to see the show, I’d make sure you’re getting what you pay for and don’t wait until the end because they truly can’t be bothered and didn’t seem to care. So over $500 out and frustrated but.. the show it’s self was good.
This is a fun show but they pretty much make you participate in the show even if you dont want to. They randomly choose people from the crowd to do certain things in the show. Not the best place for an introvert like myself. Pretty good food but the dessert brownie tasted old and hard.
Great Experience! Something to definitely try! Audience interactive. Cast was great! Look for coupons so you can go! Fun for the whole family!
This dinner theater was very interactive, acrobatics, singing and comedy. Fun for the whole family. We all had the shrimp appetizer and the pork loin, and a brownie for desert. All the food was cooked great and delicious. The staff was very nice and courteous. I have only been to one dinner theater before, and this one blew us all away. Highly recommend for a trip to Orlando and fun for the whole family.
Awesome time! They take your picture after check-in and offer you the 3 photos in 2 setups; as photos within a booklet and one within an acrylic case with an oil+water immiscible liquid for simulating water. They are $40 separately or $52 together. A little cringe and obviously a bit of a money grab but we bought them anyway because it was such a neat experience.Beautifully put together, well choreographed, great comic relief, and fun acrobatics and stunts. The cast all seemed to really enjoy their jobs and being performers. The servers were great, attentive, kind, and helpful. The other staff (bartender, cashiers, greeters, etcwere also mostly helpful and engaging. All of the pirate team members were really fun and each one could command the stage when it was their turn. Yellow Teams Antonio was such a nice guy.The theater show was fun and engaging and involved a lot of audience participation, especially toward young ones, which are great memories. The dinners, starters, and the salad were all good. The included brownie dessert wasnt bad tasting but should be served warmed. The chicken was moist and well seasoned, the potatoes were fluffy and creamy, and the steamed vegetables were great. The salmon was spectacular.Definitely recommend this dinner and show.
The show was spectacular, you can tell theyve rehearsed so much with how on point the sound effects are. Definitely recommend if youre into this kind of theme, fun for kids especially and they use volunteers in the show and make it exciting for the crowd. The food is delicious, appetizers are sold separately. Drinks are at a decent price as well, my opinion is buy the glass they sell there and you can get the drinks discounted.
We had a great experience overall. Dinner was good. Drinks were great but pricey. The microphone system was not super clear so sometimes it was hard to understand what the actors were saying. They don’t give you free team flags like medieval times and dessert was a bit disappointing. However, we did get the newlywed package which came with free champagne, special glasses, an announcement during the show, a certificate, and a whole cake. So that was super cool! Unfortunately we couldn’t find anything we really liked at the gift shop because the clerk says they were short stocked. Bummer. Costumes, acrobatics, and aerial were very impressive though 👍Some spoilers below:For the 4th of July show the characters that win our vote for favorite characters were: the mermaid (truly impressive aerial workthe pirate queen (very energetic actress, super in character and a really awesome costume), the purple pirate (absolutely hilarious. Really steals the show with his character choices), the green pirate Impressive strength and aerial work), and last but not least, the yellow pirate (honestly just a really nice guy, he was very kind and personable after the show). If you are a real big pirate lover, I’d say this is the show for you. However, I personally prefer medieval times which is a very similar format to this.
This is a super fun dinner experience. I wouldn’t call it “culinary” cause the food is pretty basic, but very nicely put together. Drinks were pricey though. It’s like a one time thing, but I’d definitely come back. I loved the show.
We had an absolutely wonderful time! If it is your dream to spend a couple of hours on the Pirates of the Caribbean and have dinner, dont pass this up. The cast is amazing, the entire staff pulls off an epic event.4 stars because the cost is steep, with that said...I would do it again lol
Good show! Kids liked it (6,13,15and food was good. Hard to understand cast members at times but still entertaining.
Show tempo started a little slow and cheesey, but it did get better. They definitely cater to all ages. It is a bit interactive (you have to cheer for your section and what notwe did not have kids and still enjoyed it. Our waiter was a little slow on the drink refills. Food was okay. We did order some cheese sticks for an appetizer, and good thing because food does not come until after show starts. So if you go 60-90 minutes early, dont expect to eat right away. Overall we enjoyed it. Bought tickets direct from website with promo code that way can choose dinner options and upgrades.
This was our familys first experience and it was great. Really enjoyed the audience interaction with the show. The food was really tasty and our server was awesome as well. Our Pirate didnt win the princess, but our throats believe he should have. Definitely worth taking your family to see.
Similar to Medieval Times. Elaborate costumes and stage but a lot of not so great improv. Catered very much to the large number of children present.
The chicken dinner was absolutely cooked to perfection. A little disappointed that a very small cup of watered down wine was $10, but the beer was reasonably priced. The servers were on point and the actors were great. It was difficult to understand a lot of what was said because the sound system was up too high. But when you could understand them, the jokes were hysterical and loved the audience participation. A must see in Orlando.
I wouldve given it more stars, however, during part of the show I couldnt see the performance due to a light being directly pointed at us. It was during an aerial dance between the "mermaid" and a man. The second time they went up, there was a large structure obscuring my view, and there are no areas to stand. The food was decent, but served in the dark so who knows if we ate hair..it was nice to meet the actors after and take pictures. Overall the show was good, but more for kids. They had no souvenir cups for sale and only two drinks available at the bar, which 2 cost almost 40 bucks but we got to keep the cup, yay! Decent night Anyway. Just felt robbed of the performance I really wanted to see.
Truly loved the experience, the show was great, lots of action, nice stunts, explosions, Pyro bangs from the guns, the sound design was great. Audible audio from dialogs could use a little work depending on where you sit but not awful. Food was surprisingly good, was a little skeptical when I saw potato puree lol but it actually turned out to taste pretty good, its actually really creamy mashed potatos. The meal was a roasted leg n thigh very big, with creamy mash potatos (potato pureeand steamed vegetables ie carrots, broccoli, cauliflower and some sauce to the side. Appetizer was Cesar style salad didnt partake so I cant say what it tasted like. Im just not a big fan of an open salad. We did splurge n ordered a baske of wings with ranch dressing $15, tasted great, well done. Dessert was a chocolate brownie not soft , sweet n ok I guess. There is unlimited soda, Pepsi, sprite water I believe were the options. You will get a full beer mug as your drink cup as well as a pitcher not beer, soda I repeat not beer Soda or water in the unlimited pitcher, that you drink from a beer mug. Alcohol is served for an additional price. There is a tourits trap just before you enter the show area, which includes pictures so just be mindful. The cost covers the show, salad, dinner, dessert unlimited Soda or water. Oh kids meal was Mac n cheese with chicken nuggets I tasted it, it was better than cafeteria food so thats good. Definitely try it, I will go back if I have visitors.
The pirates dinner show is one of many reasons I love Orlando! Theres just so many different dining and entertainment options everyone is bound to find a unique experience. A unique experience is exactly how Id describe the pirates dinner show. To sum it up this is a great venue for families with kids especially if they love the pirates genre. Audience participation is big and theres a high chance you and your family will get pulled on stage. They have multiple food options to meet different dietary restrictions. My main critique is that there could be attention to detail put on the those initially taking the reservation, there was definitely some break down in communication. The show itself is a little cheesy but its that way by design to please the younger members of the audience. The Pirates Dinner Show is a great venue to take the family on for a one off experience, your kids will thank you for it! ( I recommend Groupon for discounts )
This show is amazing! I’m from Jersey so I have been to Medieval Times quite a few times and this show is nothing like that! The actors are incredible and the show is interactive. Completely different experience than Medieval Times, so much fun for the kids. However, if you are going there thinking the food will be a nice and delicious meal for the price that you paid, think again. I came here in 2019 and the food was much better but this year the Experience was MUCH better. They truly have a great cast and friendly employees, our kids were so excited throughout the entire event.
Such a fun night! Good food and dessert, and everyone had a blast! I love how interactive they are with the crowd! Will definitely be coming back 😁
Ahoy Matey! My first trip to Pirates Dinner adventure was a blast!Once checked in they have you do one of those cringy embarrassing photo shoots (to sell to you later of courseand then you can walk into the little city they have created where you can shop or grab some expensive alcoholic beverages. Though, most did come with a souvenir glass which is collectible to many including myself. We grabbed some drinks and sat at our table that was fairly comfortable with a giant pirate ship taking up the center of the massive room with beautiful ambient lighting. The food was better than we were expecting as most dinner and shows lack on quality meals. My chicken was super juicy with crisp skin, the potatoes were creamy and seasoned well while the steamed veggies were also very flavorful (I don’t usually care for steamed veggies)My husbands pork was heavy with pepper flavor and the meat was tender and the gravy was incredible. He wanted more!Endless refills on soft drinks and decent starters and deserts. The show itself was corny at times but had lots of acrobatics and stunts that kept everyone very engaged. It also involved the audience in many ways throughout the show which makes wonderful memories for those who go.Overall it can become very pricey if you aren’t careful but that’s part of the experience! To get the souvenirs and loose your voice cheering on your pirate! It was a very fun adventure I plan on doing again.
Hated that we had to go here but we’re vacationing with little kids and you almost have to visit a dinner theater. Food wasn’t bad. Entertainment was better than expected. Be warned you need to pay for parking and if you don’t do it before hand you’ll be stuck! Overall better than other similar attractions
Really good show. Very interactive. Food was actually pretty good for theater dining. Must try the meatballs!
Great show. Food and drinks were decent - we loved our bartender Leo, who made our experience just wonderful. Its a great place to take your kids or grands.
I know reviews are mixed but this show was the highlight of our trip. We decided to do a spontaneous family trip to Orlando due to my husband’s recent cancer diagnosis and upcoming surgery at the end of this month. Today was going to be a rest day after Legoland and SeaWorld with our 4 year old and 10 month old but my sister-in-law made it up to have dinner with us & since it was her birthday, we decided to try and do something different. I called and spoke to Avetta & she was so kind and understanding. The VIP package was an amazing deal. None of us had been there before and Avetta sold me. She was amazing and helped us after a member in our party couldn’t make it (we upgraded and got extra items). When we arrived, parking was easy & the line isn’t long. Their website recommends checking in 60-90 minutes before the show, which we did. Inside was immaculate. It was a little confusing checking in and being VIP you feel like you’re getting a CVS receipt, lol. We took pictures and I love the 3 poses they offered.I was so impressed with their marketplace gift shop plus so many package bargains they had. Nicole, the marketplace manager went out of her way to help me find a toy to entertain my baby and bring everyone a treat. We got front row seating in the blue group. The birthday package was so cool and my sister in law was so surprised. Our pirate server Carlos was exceptional and very attentive. He took great care of us. Benjamin Blue, our pirate was very awesome and even super kind when our son Liam went on stage and kept whacking him with his light up sword. I’m so very sorry for that.I was pretty much handling the baby but I loved how they got volunteers to actually participate in the production (this was the first show since the pandemic that they did that). Our entire party was impressed.I loved our included photos plus the water block photo was so cool, I bought 2. My husband said out of the two theme parks we went to versus this show, Pirates Adventures Dinner was by far, the best. Everyone had a great time. Some tips.1They offer free ear plugs in the gift shop but they really don’t fit little ones. I’d bring baby or toddler noise minimizing headphones to help because especially in the front row the effects can be loud, which we enjoyed.2If you drink get either the treasure level or VIP upgrade. It’s a pretty good deal.3Call and ask for Avetta to help you maximize current promotions they have. If you’re like me, full price is a dirty word in our house. In my humble opinion, the VIP experience was worth it along with the birthday add on. The gift shop package deals were also pretty cool. Plus being vip, you get 15% off gift shop/photo items and free parking. Cha Ching.4Have fun, let loose and participate. Look up and around. Be a kid again.5Be kind. Everything’s not fully perfect post Covid, like we were missing a lobster tail but honestly, we were so full, we didn’t need anything & I didn’t even notice.6If you have little kids bring juice or milk, since they really don’t have kids drinks. If you’re an adult who likes tea, coffee or other beverages besides Pepsi products, water is really your only option unless you go to the bar, lol.We thought this was a perfect show for the whole family. The humor, the audience participation, the stunts, choreography, singing, the creature and mermaid. I’ve done another performance dinner plus a murder mystery dinner before, but this was so much cooler. Thank you Pirates for helping us make great memories during a very difficult time for our family!
Crazy fun.....lots of audience involvement during the performance. Super friendly cast. Made us feel very welcome. Will absolutely go again if we get the chance.
I enjoyed the show very much! All the actors and actresses were very talented and you could tell they enjoyed their roles. I liked the plot and all the interactions with the crowd, especially the kids. The veggies were a bit undercooked and it was a bit annoying how the servers would get in the way of the show at times but other than those two little things I had a great time here. The mermaid/genie was amazing!
Homerun!!!We went there before Valentines day in 2022. The first show was 4 PM. For starters, their staffs were nice and service minded. The showtime we picked was excellent because there wasnt crowded. We felt like VIP guests LoL.The cup with light we got it from the bar. It shaped like a skeleton. Plus, its free soda refill. The food we got, one was gluten free pasta, and the other was chicken. The desserts were brownie and gluten free fruit salad. Those all good. I have read some reviews about their food is bad. Turns out, it wasnt bad at all.The show was 100% perfect. Everyone was professional. I like how the audience could be involved volunteers. I watched the kids really enjoy about it.Overall, it REALLY worth the cost. Excellent show, nice food.
We had a blast! The performances are incredible, the parts you get pulled up to participate in are fun and add to the show. The wife loved every minute of it!
Great show, awesome meal, wonderful service. Our server was attentive to a dietary need in our group. Our group had the chicken dinner and the pork dinner. The chicken was huge with mash potatoes and steamed veggies. The pork was sliced with cream mushroom gravy mash potatoes steam veggies. Could of had another slice or two of pork for me. But for someone that eats small was perfect. Salad drink and dessert as well.
So much fun. Food was good, we paid extra for the upgraded VIP experience front row, totally worth it. Was even brought in to be part 9f the show. The show itself is entertaining and humorous. Good for all ages.
Very entertaining and super fun! If you’re looking for dinner and show, this is the place to go. Venue is perfect for couples, families or friends. I recommend the upgrade dinner meal options!! Three of us opted for the regular dinner, 2 upgraded to the steak dinner and 1 child. We were seated in the purple section and our pirate was awesome! Loved getting into the sectional cheers. It was so much fun!! Go team purple!! Excellent place for birthdays! Kiddos and grownups!! They advertised a red velvet cake but they “ran out” so we got a chocolate chocolate cake. Not what we wanted but it worked. It was a cake for six to share. Will we do this again?! Absolutely!!! 100% entertainment with dinner is a bonus!!!
This was our second time and they impress each and every time. It just really feels they execute so well like a well oiled machine. Staff really feels like they enjoy their job. Food exceeds expectations and is very very good. Couple things to keep in mind: make sure you get bar drink right before the show starts, if you preorder shrimp ours came out first even before apps and please tip even if you use a card which doesn’t require signature. The staff works super hard to get hundreds of meals out all at the same time and hot! Show some love!
These are always fun! This location is not as big as Myrtle Beach but that was OK because both me and my son were both able to take part in the show! That would not likely happen in a much larger theater. The food was good and we had a blast!!
My Dad and I have started this tradition where we go to dinner theater type shows for Christmas. This year, I surprised him with The Pirate Dinner Adventure in Orlando. I had no idea what to expect going in but was absolutely pleasantly surprised! The show was entertaining, the cast was hilarious and talented and the food was tasty and you had a variety to choose from! The only reason that I didn’t give 5 stars was because the chicken was a bit on the dry side and it was crazy cold in there, so yeah- bring a sweater! The entire crew was friendly, helpful and amazing. The actors were talented and I really loved how they had both kids and adults engaged and involved! There is audience participation, so be prepared! I got to haul a box of loot and dance on the “bridge” of the ship! I can’t wait to take my own kids and go back!Thank you Pirate Dinner Adventure for an amazingly fun time!
This was fun. It was very interactive with the audience. Sets were well done. Show was funny, had a good plot, and a fun twist. Food was tasty. Dinner included salad, roasted chicken, mashed potatoes and steamed veggies, with a super fudgy brownie for dessert. Chicken was well seasoned and was juicy, the meat fell off the bone. The mermaid/dancer/aerial acrobat was great! Will recommend to friends.Just a note: "Treasures" voice is too powerful for her mic.
What am incredible time we had at the Pitates Dinner Adventure. The Entertainment was top notch and food was spectacular. We were so impressed by the amount of acrobatics and the performance of the actors, as well as how they interacted with all the children in the audience. I would definitely recommend this establishment to everyone.
The food was okay, the show was great! We got the course that came with the dinner show deal, but there were other options. We got excellent seats without paying for VIP tickets. The staff was friendly and helpful. The entertainment was good, a little loud at times, but good. I also liked the audience participation. Definitely a family show and kid friendly, but there are jokes for the adults too.
