Every single time I go to this gas station in the evening there is a lady who claims 3rd shift doesnt do lottery, cash back, argued with you, she is rude, will argue about normal things a cashier is supposed to do. Gas is always either blocked off or empty. The pop machine is empty or not in service, customer service is horrible with 90% of employees. I live close by and I am either greeted with an attitude or a mood swing. Reqardless of what the request may be. I feel attacked and not wanted. I am a business owner and I work late hours most days. This is the most convenient store to go to and even after callin corporate to express my concerns I have still never received a call and the same rude lady always greets me witha mood swing or something "3rd shift doesnt do". Its 9 o clock. I have been the manager to convenience stores many times and I know protocol for policies set in place and I only have issues with this employee except the bald guy during the day who seems to be having a nervous breakdown half the time. I am fed up and many other Patons are as well. I really hope corporate sees this and does something. Its ridiculous, and I really want to be able to have a place to go get gas and a soda convenient to my home without complications or a "we cant do that on 3rd shift" speech when its not even dark outside. I am over it.

I stopped to get my Mom a drink when I came into contact with Kristy one of your clerks she was not only super kind but helpful shes quite a asset to your team thank you Kristy

Most of the people who work here are so rude, the lady attendant called us “entitled” for using the restroom -.- she then followed us out and took photos of my car for NO REASON 😂 also, the assistant manager (maleis dreadful to deal with. This place is disgusting and the customer service is absolutely horrid. Do not come here for ANYTHING.

Their system timed out (its ancient, but still charged me, they refused to give me my money back or give me the gas I paid for, wouldnt recommend going here. Owner very rude as well

Don’t play adds at me while I’m buying your gas!

I went to get a fountain drink and realized when I walked out it tasted only carbonated. I went back in and asked for a refund and the man working had an attitude and threw my change at me. It’s not like I scamming them, I literally didn’t even leave the facility and the drink was full.I didn’t get his name but he was older/white beard and overweight.

The male assistant manager is very very rude. Once I order the wraps and when I asked him for a different package he literally threw them. She has accused me of stealing on multiple occasions and never fails to have an attitude if I could give this place a negative star, I would.

I filled up on gas there today. After I had filled my tank, I realized the security seal was vertical and clearly had the word "Void" on it. I immediately got suspicious and nervous. I notified the clerk and he said, "I put it on last night. Sometime we put them on like that." I have some serious suspicions. I will be monitoring my credit card very closely. If there is fraud, you will be hearing from my bank. This review will also serve as a record of the events. I would steer clear of here. To my knowledge it is illegal to break a security seal for that reason. In addition, I have never heard of putting them on vertically next to the seam versus across it. That completely defeats the purpose of the seal in the first place.

Good gas prices

They complain about noisy kids when the kids arent even talking or making any noise. I will never come here again. I would rate it zero stars if I could

Bald guy who works here has been rude to everyone every time Ive seen him working. Otherwise service is good, everyone else is polite
