Circle Inn - Iloilo City Center in Iloilo
Description
Had a very nice stay, price was well worth it. Hotel was well maintained and clean, incldg the pool. Ambiance was pleasant and it was a surprise to find this accommodation in the old part of the city. Location was fine with us considering we enjoy exploring the old city. Will definitely stay here again
MoreI would have loved it if the bedsheets/bed did not smell bad even after changing sheets.
MoreLovely place and is great for everyone from overseas.Beautiful people
Excellent clean. Good service. Much more than a two-star hotel.
The worst hotel Ive ever been. We found a used condom under our bed. Obviously they dont clean their rooms for their next guests. Disgusting!! Rooms had malfunctioning aircon and faucets as well. Staffs also dont practice proper health protocols as most of them do not wear their masks when accommodating us. Not recommended and will never ever come back here again!
MoreRoom prices are great and worth it.
Good place, delicious food, warm greetings and good ambiance.
Nice place to stay within the city of bacolod
Good hotel, location quite good in oĺd city centre, near the port, rooms in higher floors overlook the sea and Guimaras island just in front. Comfortable room, Wifi, tv, AC quite good. Menu in restaurant is ok, not pricy, but breakfast has to improve. I didnt pay it with room, chose to buy eat in 1st morning instead but i got disappointed, basic offer and for that 180/190PHP is too expensive in fact, so its the negative point - also in over all middle range filipinos hotels, large national scale problem on this subject
MoreAffordable rooms at the heart of Iloilo city proper area
I stay there about 3 days with my friends, My experiences is that the staff and employees are approachable and friendly, they have garage for cars but they have no put locks on bikes/mountain bikes which is hassle for riders to stay, but the hotel was fine and also the room that we take, i enjoy swimming on their swimming pool with my friends.
MoreAffordable and Great Place Budget Friendly, but due to COVID19 Restriction some amenities are not being utilized
MoreJust over stayed , due to virus . Love this hotel , affordable clean rooms . Great service , room cleaned good service . Food excellent , reasonable prices . Stay are very friendly a d very helpful . Really great team loved my stay
MoreNice place, near to public market. Staff are accommodating. Room is okay but there are small cockroaches in our room. There is a restaurant and they serve good food. There is also a swimming pool in the vicinity.
MoreFound 5 cockroaches during my stay. Overall it was okay but you can find better value deals elsewhere.
MoreI really like this place, the breakfast is cheap and delicious, the rooms are big for 1375 pesos., Room for 2 in the shower, bathroom has space, sink has room for all of your items, water gets hot and drains well, no wierd smells. Sheets and towels are clean, room service is daily and makes them all new, they are very friendly here, this is a good place for your money. The pool is nice, they have rules but no pool police. The aircon in the room works well and is relatively quiet. They always say hi and bye as you come and go.
MoreThe sun never hits the pool, other than that,Hot water comes out of the sink with almost no water. And the shower is bad.Well, is it worth the price? next time? Maybe,I wonder if I look for another hotel, even if the price is a little high.
MoreThis is a budget hotel located at the older and more historic part of the city. Walking distance to the Central Market, Plaza Libertad and a few hundred meters to the Sta. Maria Church (aircon by Chinese Jesuitsand the University of Iloilo. Walking distance to Government offices too. While there are many budget fastfood outlets, upper end restaurants are far since these are located near SM City in San Rafael & Pison. I dont feel secure walking around the hotel at night with the environment.Rooms are reasonably priced but I think some periodic inspections and maintenance can help. My hot water wasnt hot and the split type aircon was noisy. One lamp in the bathroom was busted. The restaurant is more for breakfast with limited meal choices. Theres a swimming pool and wifiI however give credit to the professional conduct of the front desk. They are helpful and accommodating.
MoreThis building is not to high compare to the other buildings but I am so very happy that this is the one of the most cleanliness hotel I ever seen.
MoreWe celebrated my daughter’s 7th birthday party at Circle Inn. The function room was not that big but decent enough for your special ocassions. Their cheapest kiddie party was worth 15,000 pesos. I think this would be the cheapest that I can get here in Iloilo. It includes 50pax so thats 30 adults and 20kids. Kids food are plated but you can request to convert it into buffet so food wont be wasted.By the way the food is good. Good to know as well that the owner of Circle inn was the same owner of westown hotel. I also made a candy corner they provided the containers for me and they also arranged it for me. It includes free swimming on the event day and you can swim all you want until the pool closes at 9Pm.What I dont like about it is that they asked me to pay right away when I was busy preparing for the event. I know that you have to pay but you are the mom of the celebrant and is too busy preparing and you would hear that from them? We also booked a room and got the cheapest price 1380 pesos for 1 night no breakfast. It was cool enough the room was located in front of the pool I like the view.Update 12/11/2019 - They have my favorite onion rings.. And it taste so good for only 75Php.... Super affordable.
MoreWas nice. Our room smelled a little moldy though. Stayed for 3nights. Restaurant serves good food.
MoreI love this place. Located at the city proper of Iloilo. Spacious room and clean. The staff is accomodating. The downside is they dont have parking lot for vehicles. Sad :(
MoreWe had a great stay and maximized the facilities of the hotel esp their swimming pool which lights up at night, its cute tho. It is also near Calle Real (the memory lane of Iloiloso you might feel an old vibe. Also near University of Iloilo which jeepneys of different routes usually pass by.
MoreI did not insist on the guard. I parked outside because someone already parked a motorcycle there. But the time i returned. Your guard shouted on me. You can asked your guard if i did any resistance on his actuations. I just obey what he told me to park in the basement. Better put some audio on your security cameras to know the truth. Dont just reply with not knowing what really transpired. Discipline your guards to act accordingly.
MoreRoom had a defective aircon. Informed the staff and just told us that they will just give us electric fan because there was no more "available room" nor a technician at the moment. We had a baby with us so we didnt accept what they offered. As a known hotel, they could have just compensated us to another room (actually they had an extra family room but they wanted additional charge of 2,700 phpsince the fault is at their side. Every hotel knows that. Very disappointed, we decided to transfer to another hotel "Grand Xing" ( kudos to this very great hotel). But the good thing is that they agreed to refund us ( even it took the receptionist too long to fix it). The receptionist by the way was kind enough to explain it to us. So thank you for that.Sorry for the bad review but we were just so disappointed. We were so tired from a 6 hr trip and that was what we experienced immediately at the hotel.
MoreMy friends and i stayed in this hotel for a week. We were 6 and they have this room with 6 single beds and 2 toilet and baths. Nice. Clean hotel too
Morelousy hotel, didnt like the accomodation, room had a deffective aircon, leaking sink and no advise from managementbut near the iloilo port to guimaras and 6hours to catiklan to boracay
MoreExcellent LOCATION Nice rooms.good cleaning service.elevator .pool.and excellent restaurant with strong Wi-Fi staff very serviceable Recommend
MoreClean and comfy. If you have transactions with government offices on or near Fort San Pedro you should check-in at this place as it is relatively nearer than other hotels. Traffic is low volume in this area but i suggest that if you want to get on your destination on time you have to get a taxi especially during rush hour.
MoreSuper clean and brilliant staff and it’s also a good price. Good sized rooms, nice food and also a pool.
MoreGood place to stay if you just want to have access on a swimming pool. During our stay, the bathroom didnt have warm shower, some of the towels had hair even before we used it and the cover of one pillow had a black stain when we turned it over. The hotel is close to other local dining places.
Morenot so impressive, cafe area in the pool area is bad. waiters are like idiots. when you other a simple brewed coffee, they dont know what is brewed coffee...and it took them forever to serve.
MoreI don’t feel welcome when I checked in. no warm or cold greetings from the receptionist, and they dont even smile to us. we even have eye to eye contact but just nothing with them. The feeling that we don’t know each other but as if we’re silent enemies. 😡Even when we checked out, they didn’t bother to thank or bid byes to us. definitely will not book there again!
MoreCircle Inn is a place where you can really enjoy your stay because it has a swimming Pool that is more beautiful at night and there is also a restaurant beside the pool. The ambiance of the room is like the 4 star hotel. It is also near the Biscocho haus which is bilihan ng pasalubong. Also, the wharf going to Guimaras is just a minute of walk away.
MoreOrdered continental breakfast. A foreigner came in following up his order and asking if theres been a problem. Thats was foreshadowing, I guess.Because I followed up with mine after a while and was told to just wait because theyre serving chronologically.Heard them talking earlier about how the other guy followed up more than once and to just tell him theres been a problem preparing his food. Hes a kind guest anyway. SMHI ordered 8:34am and my order arrived 9:05am. Thats 2 pancakes, scrambled egg and banana. Not surprisingly, pancakes and eggs are already cold. But was in a hurry so didnt ask them to reheat it.Disappointing first meal of the day.
MoreComfy hotel. Decent room. No nice view of 3rd fl. room because of other old house infront. Surrounding streets are poor and not attracting. Good and friendly staff.
MoreWifi is fast, room is large, staff is friendly.. But they need to improve their bathroom.. in just adding a rug in the bathroom, and maybe try to add a bidet spray or a "timba and tabo" for the toilet bowl..
MoreEdited: Staff very courteous, professional and respectful. I Was contacted by management concerning multiple concerns and management offered reasonable explanations and solutions. I have American Galaxy S9+ and Phillipine OPPO F7 phones and both had difficulty obtaining and maintaining the Wi-Fi signal.
MoreLocated near the ferry terminal, market and the downtown area. Large, clean rooms. The service is exemplary and accommodating staff. Has a nice small swimming pool. Tried a few of their menus for snacks and breakfast and loved their chicken skin. Reasonably priced and worth it.The downside are: The WiFi is non existent in our room, outside the hotel are residential areas, theyre facilities need an upgrade.
MoreWe had fun experience staying in this hotel, we like spending time in the pool coz its clean and the place too, but most of all the staff are honest and helpful especially to the driver of the shuttle who returned my husbands cellphone, it was very kind gesture, we dont even know it was left there.Thank you so much "manong" di namin nakuha pangalan nyo po. We checked out at june 22 at 3:30 am. I will recommend this hotel for sure. And to rhe staff, thank you so much for helping, for checking the room and possible places where we left my husbands phone. Maraming salamat po!!!
MoreWe stayed at the Deluxe Balcony guest room, which is well-appointed, clean and so spacious, you can run about inside. Housekeeping and room services are great, and the staff are friendly and polite, too. There’s also a pool onsite, which is a great place to lounge about, especially at night. The hotel has an onsite restaurant as well, and is just minutes away from shopping centers and attractions.
MoreI have given 4th floor room the water pressure is very low when sombody in the lower floor using water you get very less water coming in the shower they transfer us in 2nd floor it is agony no internet for 3 days on 5th day they transfer us again in 4th floor different room water in the sink is very little although the shower pressure is improve I just use water in the shower for tooth brushing i got intrnet but very slow. 8 days of agony because they wouldnt refund my money if i will early check out.
MoreWeve chosen this place to retire for the night in Iloilo because its near the Ortiz Wharf. A nice and comfy place with a beautiful pool to refresh. Our room was spacious and clean. Located in the down town area but very convenient to transportation and a walking distance to Robinsons and Gaisano. We had a great time exploring the area including Molo and Villa beach. However, i did not enjoy the breakfast that much.
MoreVery accommodating staff during our event setup. Inn has function room for you to hold your event, with a nice view of the pool.
MoreAffordable rooms but nothing fancy. If you plan to travel to Guimaras island, then this is very near the wharf. There a lot of supermarkets nearby but this is quite far from Iloilos current night life center.
Morehotel staffs are very friendly and do excellent services in their prospective duties, rooms are clean and spacious, beds are comfortable to sleep in, bathroom is clean but needs some plumbing repairs.Food and breakfast are excellent.Nice swimming pool.Minutes away to shopping malls and restaurants and pumpboat stations. Over all it gives you the feel, the ambiance and experienced that are really on a vacation. I rated it 4.5 stars.
MoreThe room is clean and good-sized rooms but the restaurant service for breakfast is slow. The view from the stairs on the 3rd floor is a beautiful glimpse of Guimaras.
MoreVery friendly and accommodating staff, clean room; Lousy air-conditioning. you have to wait about 2-3 minutes for the hot water in the shower and it only lasts about 3-4 minutes. No hot water at the sink. Bedroom slippers are per request. A handful of working TV channels.
MoreCIRCLE INNHotel is situated near universities, that’s why there are small carinderias across the street, not squatters like a review here that says so. 2 km from SM, near a 10 minute walk to 7-11.Good and Bad. The good, rooms are okay and clean, the bad, let me break it down.Stayed here for 3 nights. First day was okay because first impression it was clean, shower has hot water, it’s not noisy, toilet is pretty spacious. No free water or other toiletries other than 2 bars of soap and a pack of shampoo.1. No WIFI - we’ve been asking for wifi since day 1, they said they’re restarting the modem, then became the IT is now fixing it, then finally said PLDT (service provideris the root of no internet. A bit annoyed as it was clearly advertised on their website that there’s WIFI/internet right, might as well remove that.2. First day breakfast took about 45 minutes. Terrible breakfast on second day, bacon was fried to a crisp, egg was overdone, pancakes are like 2 tiny saucers. We ordered American breakfast. Coffee is just powder mix.3. A FEE OF 50 PESOS A NIGHT FOR HAIRDRYER - where did you ever find a hotel that charges the use of hair dryer?? Even hostels let you use them for free!4. Uncomfortably massive pillows that are about 5 inches high. Linens are cheap and overwashed. Towels are overwashed too.5. Not enough sockets. One of the room light is bust.6. Cable TV is fine, but limited channels.7. They have a limit for restaurant tab, basically 2 meals and 2 drinks, then you have to start paying cash the next meals you order. lol
MoreWe checked in because of their pool. Wrong decision. This is the worst hotel we ever stayed in. We took the deluxe room. Yeah the room is big but the aircon is hot. We fanned ourselves the whole night. The receptionists are so unfriendly they dont know how to smile at all. We asked for a room transfer but it was never granted. Also, there was a party at the barangay we & our kids were not able to to sleep the whole night because of the noise & the vibrating windows. This would be the first & last time that we will ever stay in this hotel.
