Great food, cocktails, staff, and ambience.

Went for breakfast, the food was nice but there is a limited variety of vegetarian / vegan options.

I often go for a drink and some food on a lunch time, the food is excellent quality and even with the increase in general prices I feel value for money. Great staff, great venue if you havent been I would recommend giving it a try

We went there yesterday and as always they were ticking over with customers. Staff seemed to be distracted but were lovely and friendly.I ordered the shakshuka but this came out without an egg. This is not a shakshuka. You need to change the name of it to Eggless shakshuka as I assumed it would come with eggs. My boyfriend got the English breakfast. He asked for a fried egg but got poached. His food was very lukewarm too. I think for the prices we pay here £30 for both of us. We thought we definitely wont be coming again. We had been there before and we werent satisfied.

Went there with tickets for Thor: Love and Thunder, they refused entry and tried to ID us for a 12a movie. Horrible service.

As always a great place to eat,staff as friendly as ever.Had a small problem with my meal but as soon as I mentioned it to a staff member it was sorted out straight away, meal was discounted but I would still have paid full price,will go again soon.

First time there very nice atmosphere inside staff friendly and food great would definitely recommend to others to visit

Sticky floor, very loud music for a Saturday afternoon. Serving staff seemed muddled. Overall disappointing. Cinnabar was a favourite place for coffee & cake or a meal. Not sure well go back again now.

Good Saturday night dinner with large cocktails. I had the chicken Caesar salad which was very tasty. A good range of ages in the club later.

Love the staff always make you so welcome when I pop in now and then love the chilled out vibe to.

Fathers day brekfast. Freindly staff. Food amazing. Nice and relsxed.

Came here for brunch on the weekend and it was delicious. The staff were outstanding and the kitchen had gluten free bread for me. I had the eggs benedict with the eggs perfectly done. I will be back!

Asthethically pleasing. Food is slightly above average for most chain establishments. Staff are lovely. Drinks are nice. I found it disappointing that at Happy hour the non-alcoholic cocktails on their main menu werent included and where the same price if not more expensive than buying an alcoholic option, which made no sense.

Really good food and good atmosphere. Love going in here for lunch and their gluten free menu is amazing! Plus not only allowed my dog to join us but catered for her too! Lucky dog - and an excellent policy for letting well behaved dogs in.

Food was really good, service was a little slow but it was extremely busy so certainly wouldnt complain. The experience went down hill when the music started, it was awful.

Went there for after work drinks, it was a good vibe and the cocktails were nice as was the food that I had.

Wow! where can I start, as soon as i walked in the service was excellent, we were seated and had a fantastic experience from start to finish! The menu was amazing and the food was impecable. We have been before many months ago and we wasnt to sure about it then but we thought we would give it another shot and so glad we did. We will definitely be recommending you to friends and family. Thank you for the most delicious food.

The staff at Cinnabar are AMAZING. I recently held my 30th Bday party here and the process was as super smooth as possible. The manager Sam answered all our questions and was super helpful. The food was awesome and the bar staff are super friendly. Will definitely be back again. Thank you so much for a lovely time.

Apnaa bouncer forgot his name begins with W, worked here a few years ago not sure if he still here, he has got little man syndrome. Tried to chuck it to me. Quickly piped down when put in place lol. Hope his broken finger is better now lol. 😂

Had breakfast here for the first time. Good choices on the menu which is great to see. The mature gentleman that seated us was lovely and very hospitable. My only complaint would be that when I asked what the ingredients of the vegan scrambled egg was the server said he didn’t know and didn’t bother to find out, sadly it wasn’t the person who seated us. I would suggest staff are able to advise customers about the menu items. I will visit again and try a different menu at a lunch time.

They found us a table quickly despite us not booking. The service was quick and the food fabulous. We arrived at 12.15 and lunch menu not available until 13.00 but we ordered from the breakfast menu....and will know for next time

Always a great spot for breakfast I would highly recommend the breakfast wrap!

Lovely atmosphere and the drinks had cute heart shapes in the foam. Hot chocolate tasted bland. The "brownie" tasted cheap and nasty and came with a tiny bit of ice cream and a smudge of chocolate sauce on the plate. The "Eton mess" was all cream and a few strawberries and tasted bland. £18 for two drinks and two desserts. Go somewhere else for half the price and double the food and better taste.

Very nice tapas lunch. Lovely to be able to eat out again, even if it is outside, and even if it was a little chilly. Well done Cinnabar staff for making it a very pleasant and safe experience. Thank you.

In the middle of an inquiry. Second time I’ve been here and they have been particularly aggressive towards us, the first time I did not complain but they were verbally aggressive about my friend buying me a bottle of alcohol and kept the bottle of alcohol probably to sell on. This time my partner did not have a mask on and got up out of his seat, then the security guard had him by the throat and then very quickly had 4 security guards of him whispering in his ear ‘I’ll throw you down these stairs’ and was punching his stomach multiple times attempting to make it discreet.

They have updated their menu and now have a pretty varied vegan selection. The food (both vegan and non-vegan was okay, but overpriced).The staff member we had was knowledgeable about the food and let me know that the hash brown is not vegan (was a little disappointing, but very welcome information to receive during ordering).As stated, the food was only okay. The best bit about it however, was how many vegan options there were. I would be interested in trying them if they were cheaper, however I dont think the price adequately reflects the quantity and quality of the food supplied.The meat eater of the party had a similar opinion of their wrap - okay, but overpriced. However they did have some (validconcerns over social distancing. While there is plastic separating some tables, it did feel crowded and there was no possible way of getting to tables without breaking social distancing. While stuck in the midst of a pandemic, this is especially concerning.Additionally, while admittedly, the restaurant was busy, we asked for an additional drink which never arrived. If we had seen the waiter again before paying, this would have been queried, but we didnt want to walk past the tables more than necessary due to the distancing concerns. We werent charged for the drink, and it was obviously an accident, but if a waiter had come over to any of the nearby tables, this could have been rectified and as a result, this experience wouldnt have been quite so tarnished.A service charge was also included in the bill. I was frankly displeased with that, but my partner wanted to leave sooner rather than wait for me to dispute it.

Its a nice atmosphere. Although with social distancing in place I feel like we kept being forgotten about and the halloumi and salsa wrap was tasteless and wildly disappointing. If youre going for a cocktail but not the food, I recommend.

I really enjoyed Cinnabar. The atmosphere is so calm and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The food was nice. I enjoyed the meatball marina wrap, it was nice and had a rich tomato sauce with the ingredients. The chips were just right. 👍

We have been here previously for breakfast meetings with friends and have enjoyed the experience. Good choice of different breakfasts well cooked. This visit the food was served luke warm and when drawn to the staffs attention it was all taken away and microwaved. End result dry food, over cooked and cold toast. They did give us extra drinks on the house. Sadly not the experience that we are used too here.

I booked this for myself and 2 friends based on reviews, I quickly became embarrassed by bringing my friends here. When I turned up the manager couldnt be bothered to speak to us, to say welcome or anything, he just pointed at me with 3 fingers to ask how many of us were there (he ignored me when I said I had booked). He then pointed at a table we could sit at which was covered in crumbs including the chairs. I was standing next to it, waiting for someone to clean it, instead he suggested another table, mildly better (with his hands not verbally). I then asked for the lunch menu only to be told we couldnt order lunch until 13.00 (it was 12.30and we could only order from the breakfast and brunch menu. Ridiculous. So we waited. One friend did finally decide to order from the breakfast menu at approx 12.40 and was told he had 2 minutes to make his order before that menu was no longer taking orders. So in theory that means you cant order anything between 12.45 and 13.00?? It was a joke.Thankfully the food saved it from being a complete disaster as my friends said the food was good (mine was OK), however one friend did say they would never come back again based on the service and I agreed. It was also very noisy in the restaurant, which was a distraction. The price for the food was OK.All in all I wont be coming back, or recommending this restaurant to anyone.

The waiters were friendly and you can order food or have just drinks there. Around 10pm they move some of the seating area out to open up a dance flood. The tapas are lovely Ive been twice and had good experiences here. Staff are friendly & helpful

Popped in for a coffee, which was nice (highly recommend the caramel latteand decided to try the breakfast menu, food looked lovely was presented lovely too, my breakfast was served warm which was a shame as it tasted and looked fabulous just could of done with being a bit hotter, my husbands pouches eggs, bacon and bubble and squeak was served nice and hot though so other than my breakfast everything was nice and would go back for a second go 👍

Went there for breakfast, coffee and food was very good and price was (in my opinionwell priced for the excellent taste and feel of the place. Will be going back again when I’m next in stevenage.
