Cinemark Temple and XD in Temple

Such a nice theater with amazing luxury seating. Think la-z-boy chairs. And the matinee price is killer. Please take my money! No better way to see a movie. Easy buy ahead online for tickets and food. All staff was friendly. Thanks!

No customer service whatsoever, half the recliners are broken and signs for the movies are broken 😠

Guy at ticket lectured is about ticket kiosks taking his job leaving him homeless. Dont need that just want to go to a movie.

Went to the movies during the week and it was awesome. We practically had the movie theater to ourselves.

It is a nice theater but the staff acts really awkward when you ask them questions. I tried to get pretzel bites and it seemed to be too much of a daunting task for them. Besides trying to get food though, its still a good theater experience.

Went there yesterday to see Fall for my birthday. Seems like this theater is run down. Have been there multiple times over the past 5 years and this time it was pretty bad. We had bought a large popcorn and it was super stale and tasted pretty bad. Went back to see if we could get some fresh popcorn and just got the same leftover stale popcorn that was left in the machine. Not sure why they couldnt make more fresh popcorn since they were all standing behind the counters talking and not doing anything. The theater was also very dirty and leftover candy and popcorn were in the seats. Movie was good once we all got settled in but it just wasnt worth $43 to come here. No more cinemark for us!

Excellent movie theater and staff is always super nice. Comfy chairs and unlike other theaters, the place isnt freezing. Joined the cinemark club and am loving tge benefits. Great theater

We dont go to movies often, but we are so pleased with Cinemark. Especially when I can order a wine or cocktail!!! We appreciate how easy it is to get our favorite seats, and if we go early, it is not crowded and we can relax and enjoy the movie. Love it.

Good seats. Plenty of space to walkdown the aisle. Good rewards.

Clean and friendly location. If you purchase your tickets online be sure you select the right theater and not one in another city.

Good clean, and spacious theater with friendly staff and decent prices. I think my only negative about the visit, was that it felt like the auditorium didnt have AC, which made sitting through the movie just a bit uncomfortable. Other than that though, everything was great.

Please explain why you can’t get basics at the movies, chips nachos, cheese?? I understand there are shortages but why can’t a manager go to a local business and buy what is needed? Sams Has all the cheese and nachos you could ever need… Prices going up and now no refills ? Are you guys trying to keep people at home??

Rather have a tray then heated seats. Was hot in the movie room at 1130 at night. Smh

I am a part of the movie club, and always purchase my tickets online. When I showed up for my movie there were signs posted everywhere stating they were taking cash only, no cards. I already had our tickets, but we wanted popcorn and drinks. I drove across town to the ATM, drove back, got our concessions and paid out. I asked about the movie club concession discount and I was told that the scanner for that was not working as well. I questioned if I could still get my 15% discount since I showed proof of being a member and was told no. No apology for the inconvenience, just no. This visit made me seriously question returning to this location. We typically use our movie club tickets to go to matinee movies, so the concession discount is what makes it worth paying for. I was disappointed in my last visit and had previously given them a 5 star rating. This instance caused me to drop their rating.

Nice theater with comfy seats...However, it depends on if you can get seating for 4 ppl where your not up aginst the screen or all spread apart in differant areas of the theater. Now I could see this if we had arrived 15 min befor the show but it was 45 to 30 min before and even the next show... seating is limited.It is also pricy for everything there, from tickets to pop corn and drinks... but it dose have a bar in the waiting area, if that is your thing...

Have come to this theater for ages and it is among the best youll find here with its good prices, terrific amount of snacks and refreshments with the movie prices being to die for; especially with the matinee times.Youll find plenty of good seating to enjoy even in the middle of the day.They do have snack pickups again as recently as a few months ago if Im not wrong on the date.

Its nice but it would be more convenient if it was like the one in waco where you can get your own tickets and the seats are uncomfortable for big guys im 66 and i kept hitting the table that was attached to the seat

They charge extra to order tickets online for some reason.... They also do NOT offer refills on popcorn anymore, but the price is still the same. The butter isnt as rich as it use to be and its a bit runny.Besides all of that! Was very clean, spacious/comfy seating. Staff was very friendly and really seemed to care for your needs. The cashier wasnt as friendly at the concessions but wasnt rude. They also didnt have signs up for specials anymore. And you had to walk half way thru to see the menu board which wasnt as easy to see as the old ones. They offer a delivery to your seat through the app now which is pretty cool so you dont need to get up! Speakers were set a tad louder than normal, but not terrible. I love the walls for privacy and to help from distracting movements when watching. The family restroom was very clean!! Most places dont care to clean all surfaces. But this place takes care to make you feel clean to be here with your kiddos. Overall good experience, just sad that i have to monitor popcorn due to lack of refills and cant bring any home to extend the experience

4 stars because I lowkey think we accidentally snuck into the movie without trying to. We had purchased our tickets on the app but when we got to the theater no one was there to scan my tickets on my phone so not wanting to miss the movie we just walked back to the theater and sat down. No one ever asked or said anything to us. Overall it was very clean and enjoyed my experience but I think someone was supposed scan my tickets before walking back to the theater. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Best seats in town with all recliner! Love using movie club and it’s very convenient without any extra fees when purchased tickets in advance ! It’s definitely worth it ! Best popcorn as well and get extra discount when ordered online!

Someone was sitting in one of our seats. We tried to tell them that they were in our seat and they were just like well sorry one of them and points down the row, is in one of our seats. So we ended up having to move! I was sooo mad. But we moved and ended up enjoying the new seats better than we thought we would have. Im still mad though. Theres a reason why seats are chosen like that before, luckily there were a handful for me and my son to still choose from and my son didnt seemed bothered by it. Thats the only reason I just said ok. Im sorry, there are some things I can just let slide, and then some like this, that just push me to my snapping point. Thank you son for keeping me in the movies and in the movies!!!

Huge shout out to Katlyn for making our movie going experience amazing. First time back since the lockdowns and excited to see more movies.

This was the first movie we watched here since before the pandemic and we were really happy with our experience. Everything was clean and it wasnt too crowded (we saw a matinee, so that might be why). Good selection of movies, but the best part is how comfortable it is to watch. The seats are comfortable, its never too cold in the theater, and we like picking out our tickets online ahead of time.

Picture and sound quality is a bit outdated. Cannot see eyes, nor hear surround sound effects. Chairs are very big and questionable comfortable, at first I thought wow they can recline and a lot of space extra but after sitting 1.5h in it I felt pain in the legs and on the side. If you buy tickets online you pay 20%extra for a ticket(2$ convenient fee)... But why? O.o

my wife and I have been coming here for yrs and never really had a complaint. Until now they charge $6 for a xl drink with no refill the whole purpose of charging so much for a drink is for the free refill. Covid 19 is not a scare anymore if you are willing to allow people to sit so clothes but charge you for refills.

We usually have a great experience here. The XD theatre is good, sometimes the sound is really bad though. The consessions Re pretty good. The staff is friendly.

Love going to the Cinema here. Refreshments are always fresh, and the seating is excellent. The family and I love watching movies here!

Friendly staff, fresh popcorn and cool drinks. You can have their menu items delivered to your seat! Seats recline and have foot rests. Seats are roomy with plenty of elbow space between you and your seat mates. This is the only theater we use.

All good but do not like that you can not refill drinks. I know they are giving a price break but would rather be able to refill my drink than to have to go buy a 2nd drink.

My daughter worked for this place and she still has not received her paycheck. For 3 months we both have been trying to talk to the managers and all they so is put us on hold than they just hang up on us. I have have come un there personally and they say they will email my daughter and never do. I will continue to come up there because my daughter does not work for free.

Well, usually everything is great, but this time a table was portable. It worked out great for him but couldve been bad for someone else.Food selection was slim so hopefully that changes.Place was clean.

The best place to watch movies, the chairs recline & are so comfy plus you can reserve seats online, food or drinks too & have them brought to your seat before movie begins. It really is a great option when dealing with young children so you can get them seated & they bring you what you ordered so kids arent going crazy in-line

Filthy bathrooms! The floors in the main lobby were not clean… popcorn and trash everywhere. On a Sunday night with many employees standing around. One or two could’ve been cleaning the mess. Visiting from North Houston and our theaters are much cleaner!

My favorite chain of movie theaters! There are movie theaters in austin that you can order food like actual burgers. I watched Endgame in those theaters but I enjoyed watching No Way Home a lot more in this Temple Cinemark. The large popcorn are big enough to last till the end of the movie. And my favorite thing about the theater is the seating. The chairs are so comfy and you can lean back all the way without bothering the people in front or in the back. You can also buy tickets online to skip the wait. 10/10

Closest theatre to my house so I frequent a lot. New recliners are nice. They should bring h blankets and pillow like the nicer theatres in Austin.

This theater is always clean. I like the “theatre style” seating , but I would like it to be open seating rather than picking a seat in advance. Hot buttered popcorn in an environment that will keep me coming back.

The best movie theater in the Temple area. A fine area for popcorn and snacks along with a very clean seating area in all their screen areas make this place the best for both children and adults ❤️ ❤️.
