Great birthday dinner celebration for the girls!! Add always the food was amazing as were the drinks. We had the angry wings, crispy spring rolls, spareribs, crab crab and shrimp fried rice. Crispy fish, pad Thai and a few other things.... So much flavor, great ambiance and attentive service
Dinner for 4 first time patrons. Everyone elses dinner arrived and my meal was not what I ordered. 25 minutes!!! later ( when everyone else had finishedmy meal finally arrived. Staff was very apologetic but still...25 minutes to stir fry? They did present me with a complimentary dessert, but didnt give me a choice, just picked something and gave it to me. Really? No choice? None of us will return.
Delicious takeout experience tonight. More expensive than a cheap place, but worth the extra cost for the quality of ingredients and preparation.
I love this place. I just so happen to do a Google search for a sit down Chinese restaurant and this place was listed. I happily drove to experience a new sit down Chinese restaurant since my old one didnt open backup after covid. Much to my surprise this place was a winner winner chicken dinner! The décor is hella old but the service is fast and friendly and the food is super flavourfu.l This restaurant is absolutely worth the drive, time, money and chewing. lol Please put this on your hit list, you will not be disappointed!
I went at lunch time, and it wasnt crowded at all. The service was excellent. The staff was very attentive and the food was great.
Unfortunately, the aroma from the meal my cousin had for take-out (which is what prompted MY 1st time visit to Cin-Cindid not deliver. He was raving anout this place lole it was a gormet experience. I got the Szechuan Chicken. It was mediocre at best. The sauce was very bland. Basic. Not very much in the way of complimenting veggies. (To be fair, my husband did seem to like it, but for the price I was unimpressed). The dining area can be likened to a buffet style restaurant (not much in the way of ambiance. Sadly, my expectations were higher than what Cin-Cin offers. I will attempt again; now that I have this experience. Lower my expectations & maybe it will be decent.

Good lunch menu and generous portions were served.Exceptional staff.
Great service and the food is awesome!
A long time ago this place was good. Now it’s no better than a cheap take-out place with bad oil.
The food is pretty good for the price. The staff is not so good. If I spend $125 on dinner, me and my guests should be able to sit at our table and not be rushed out. I dont like that. We probably wont return until they retrain their staff.
Definitely overrated based on high profile clientele, reservation list and atmosphere catering to regular clientele. Only take guests you want to impress with neighborhood residents. Overall food is good but is not great! If you are not a regular, you may be overlooked, ignored, or rushed out (if crowdedwhen a regular walks in (without a reservation). Tip: Take someone who knows the owners and you will be treated very well.
Ok hear me out...Me and my girlfriend both agree that CinCin officially has the BEST wings weve EVER had! They were just perfect. Nice and crunchy on the outside (not overly crunchy/fried though), the meat was hot, moist and juicy. The house sauce was absolutely delicious. I would honestly come back here just for the wings! My entree was the Beef oxtail and that was delicious as well. Ambiance was nice and the staff was very accommodating/ friendly!Ill definitely be returning.
Nevermind the food..when dining out most people want an experience. My cousin and I were rushed through an almost $300 meal and then told to leave after barely 2 hours. We ordered drinks, apps, main course and desert. I was not even allowed to finish my second drink. Should we have maybe lapped up the food like 2 uncivilized cavemen? There was litterally NO ONE THERE when we arrived and plenty of available seating when we left. This is the most obnoxious, unpleasant and unnecessarily rude service I have ever received at a restaurant.
The Customer Service experience is about the same as if you went to the Corner Store. It isnt " Elevated " more like " Over Rated".
Very very crowded restaurant. If you have a large order theres going to be a wait. I just ordered shrimp fried rice so my order came fast.
Nice Atmosphere. Good service. Great food
Food was excellent but service was very rude! I spent $250 for dinner and the server said we have to leave because he needs the table. We were there for about hour and having a drink enjoying our conversation when he said this. Server had a personality of zero. Just wanted us to eat and leave. We had appetizers, drinks, entrees, dessert, and ordered takeout also. We left a 25% gratuity but that didnt matter. The server just kept pressuring us to leave while we were enjoying cocktails and conversation. We will never eat here again.
The food, the presentation and the servers all deserve the highest praise! CinCin really is the BEST!!!
I have eaten here four times in two weeks. The food is very good. The brandy infused szechuan beef and spring rolls are my favorite so far, but everything my wife and I have had there tasted great with the exception of a curry chicken with noodles that I ordered. I do not remember the name of it, but it was very bland.
Wonderful service, great chocolate martinis, ribs and ambiance.
Food was wonderful. The grilled shrimp and veggies was divine. The spicy vermicelli with chicken and veggies also very good. Top notch service.
Reservations required. Upscale Euro-asian cuisine.Excellent service, food, and dining experience.Possible wait. Parking could be a problem.
Great Chinese restaurant that makes unique dishes. I came here twice now and have really liked some foods and not others. The restaurant has a small parking lot that gets filled up during busy hours. But there is street parking around. This place seems to be very popular for take out, and their serving sizes for take out are huge.Crispy Spring Rolls (8/10): Decent Spring rolls. Nothing specialSpicy Rice Vermicelli Singapore Style (6/10): I wasn’t the biggest fan of these. I got them a little late though so they were a bit cold. I just found the dish to be blandGeneral Tso’s Chicken (7/10): Hm, different take on General Tso’s as it was different. It tasted a bit healthier, maybe. I think it was decent, but not something I’d get again. The portion was huge.Chicken wings with Angry Sauce (9/10): Delicious. The wings are very crispy and the sauce was a sweeter tasting sauce. It said it was supposed to be spicy, but I didn’t taste spice. I liked it a lot though.Szechuan Sesame Chicken (10/10): I liked this a lot as it was a different mix on sesame chicken. And it definitely tasted healthier. The chicken was cooked perfectly and was delicious. The sauce was a peanut butter sauce, but it matched the dish very well. I liked the dish a lot and would get it again.Overall, good restaurant. Nice location and great place to get some take out. I would definitely try this restaurant out and would recommend to all.
This use to be one of my favorite spots - but today was horrible made reservations for 730 but they wrote it done as 7 for there 720p they gave away my table and kept me waiting for another table while the table I originally reserved was open for an 8p reservations. The logic is that another table is clearing up soon. Since it was a mistake with acheduleing y not sit me and give the next table to the 8pm reservations. Highly disappointed
had dinner there last night. the lone star is for the very nice staff that served us. the food was TERRIBLE! we had the pizza which was the special of the night. menu says thin crispy crust. hard to tell how thin it was because the crust was undercooked soggy. worst excuse for a pizza crust ever. the word crust is a total stretch. the toppings that we had were so skimpy it was almost laughable. when you pay 3.50 for mushrooms and are lucky to get one small piece of a mushroom on a slice and you got one or two thin 1 inch slices of onion per slice, well, got the picture? absolutey will never go back there again.we were there two other times and i had the lasagna. first time, excellent. last year, awful. tons of cheese and sauce and the wonderful use of fresh herbs that made flavors pop the first time were either not there or completely hidden by the sauce and cheese gobs.never ever again
Good food, friendly staff. Unfortunately not much parking, but to be expected in Chestnut Hill
The grilled lamb chops were fantastic. Everything was good and the service was excellent. Highly recommend.
Always a pleasure coming here. Never disappoints. Ive been coming here since they first opened. ❤
The food is always fresh and delicious. I ordered the Sizzling Roasted Duck but that Mud Pie at the end was heaven. Sorry no pics! Dinner was on Mothers Day, so the prices may have been higher than usual.
Food was very good but had to wait 30 mins past our reservation timeto be seated. DONT OVERBOOK!!
Cozy atmosphere, delicious authentic food, warm welcome throughout the restaurant .
I havent been since pre covid. It was nice to eat in. My favorite is the shrimp and crabmeat fried rice. You have to try it!
Food was alright but the customer service was horrible. Anytime we asked the staff for anything they just walked off without answering. They were rude anytime they actually did help us and it just ruined the entire meal. You can find better service and food elsewhere.
Just finished having a lovely dinner! Our server, Kevin, was amazing! He offered great recommendations and was very attentive. The menu has a lot of veg and vegan options too. I’ve been here a few times, the food is always consistent and delicious. Highly recommend!
The food amazing, we had a late dinner and were the last ones to come in and service was still fantastic. The duck was very good. Truly a special place
My husband, myself, and my good friend just returned from dinner at Cin Cin. It was my husband’s birthday and the waiter, Kevin, must have overheard me saying that as we were giving our order. The ambiance of this Chestnut Hill restaurant was lovely- soft music and lighting, white tablecloths, and a quaint, intimate atmosphere. The menu was detailed, but not overwhelming. The dishes served were delicious. We were pleasantly surprised when waiter Kevin came out with a beautifully plated piece of chocolate ice cream cake with whipped cream and fresh strawberries for my husband David - and he sang Happy Birthday to him! How kind!Overall, we had an excellent dining experience at Cin Cin this evening, and waiter Kevin was so polite and attentive! We will be back soon!
We ordered a selection of appetizers along with one each of the hot and sour and egg drop soups. All of the food was extremely bland. The hot and sour soup was the least flavorful incarnation of that dish I have ever eaten. If you want Chinese food I would recommend one of the many small takeout shops in the area instead.
Enjoyed a dinner for four that came with excellent service by the waiter. Barbecue Spare Ribs, Mongolian Beef, Shrimp and Scallops, Chicken Wings were all excellently prepared and served in a clean and tastefully appointed dining room..
This location is such a great spot for a dinner with friends or even a date night. I was visiting family in town and my cousin recommended this place as she has been here before. The owners are the sweetest and the food was exceptional. The appetizers were great we had the scallion pizza, Shrimp and Chicken Seaweed rolls and Chicken wings with angry sauce (it was not so angry). The we had our entrées and dessert as seen in the pictures. Also we had some delicious watermelon margaritas. The only negative and I would not remove a star for is parking as that is not in their control. The parking lot only holds about 10 spots so most likely youll have to find street parking. But its so worth the time spent there as the food was excellent 👌
The food is flavorful and elegantly prepared. We ordered the Pad Thai with shrimp, which comes in two sizes. The appetizer size is a decent amount of food for the price. Also delicious is the crab shumai, not to be missed! Good restaurant, would definitely recommend.
The place looks clean and the food was great! However I ordered by phone, and the price was 98 dollars... seemed very high for what I ordered. When I asked someone to recalculate, they gave me a very hard time about. Judging from the receipt I knew the price was off. The food came to about 70 dollars. Was not apologetic about OVER CHARGING us! Just be careful when dining here, and look at your receipt!
The food and the service was good. However, I was surprised by how crowded the indoor seating area was given the pandemic situation. It was absolutely packed. Was hard walking past people to get to an open table. There were no open windows for ventilation and customers were not wearing masks as they waited for their food. Although I would love to come back for their good food, I definitely will not be returning during the pandemic. Thank God I dined at the restaurant before the current surge began.
Upscale. Great environment and service. Will visit again and again. Lovely Pad Thai.
Good food at a fair price. Large portions for take-out. Something that is very appreciated and often overlooked: we received a small packet of mustard, duck sauce, and soy sauce without asking. We had Spicy Eggplant, Veggie Spring Rolls, and Veggie Fried Rice. We were satisfied with everything.
Freshest quality. Very pleasant business great aura and strictly following covid protocol. My family lobe this place. I get the 4 flavor beef and the triple delight spicy!
Great service , delicious food, sensible prices. Vegetable fried rice ,Triple sizzling delight which is Shrimp, beef, chicken and perfectly prepared vegetables. 5 stars to the chef.
Went here for the first time with family in from out of town. Average food at very best. Frozen shrimp dishes for almost $20? And the sauce was super bland. Ridiculous. A number of us had the Chocolate Soufflé and it was not worth the price or the calories. Tasted like a boxed cake mix. Terrible. And the chocolate sauce tasted just like Hershey’s chocolate syrup. That is not even real chocolate. None of us finished our deserts. On the bright side: The staff is super, super nice! The staff is actually 5 Star nice, but the food is about 2 Stars. Had it not been for the awesome staff, we would give this restaurant a 2 Star rating. We will give it three, though do not expect any food to be anything above average. And if it is, then you lucked out.
the worst chinese food i have ever had, there’s no french influence at all on the cuisine. the waiters are rude, for example my friend ordered a grilled chicken with no soy sauce, the waiter said it wasn’t possible but she could get the “steamed” chicken (photo belowextremely disappointed in the quality and the atmosphere at this restaurant
We came here for lunch. The food was alright, but was lacking in flavor versus expectations. It was easily remedied with additional sauce on the side. Dessert was delicious. Overall I would consider coming back. I’m curious to know how much the menu changes overtime because I didn’t feel like there were enough choices compared to what I was expecting.
