Very courteous staff, Always they service our request with smile. They serve amazing Naga food. Very nice comfortable rooms.

Good hospitality, decent infrastructure , average foods , reasonable prices but some few menus are a bit over priced rather than that its fine.

The rooms are neat and clean but the amenities are age old. Though these are compensated by the service provided. Everyone from the receptionist to the housekeeping staffs all are prompt, well behaved and well mannered.

The only reason why Im giving this a one rating is because we cant give a zero. The staff is rude, the services are way below average. Even the food is bad, quantity and quality wise. They charge too much money and deliver very poorly.

Best place to stay in Kohima. Hotel staffs and management are really helpful and very professional, going beyond their limits to help and assist us.

For a place like kohima it is one of the best hotels.

Horrible service...... No water in half the rooms, food is way below acceptable, we got grated carrots and bread for lunch, our multiple requests were ignored, staff was very rude, inattentive and I would have given zero stars if there was an option.

Very bad service, staff abuses in Hindi, are inattentive, rude and very ignorant. They refuse to act upon our requests and issues. Weve stayed in an ok room with no water and constantly fluctuating electricity for 8 consecutive days, worst possible place to stay in kohima.

Staff is rude and abuses in Hindi by calling guests names..... are very useless in helping us with our problems and queries. The food is inedible and atrocious for a 3 star hotel...grated carrots and bread for lunch and that too two breads per person, salt is nonexistent and water a scarcity at the hotel, electricity seems to be always missing ..worst possible place to stay.

Couldnt possibly stay at a worse place.....rude service ......they are as helpful as a empty glass of water during a raging fire...the staff is inattentive....water is more scarce then the Sahara desert....electricity is better in the poorest villages of India....they know Hindi yet pretend to not know and eavesdrop .....worst hotel in kohima.

Just above the main highway leading to kohima science college. Warm and sweet waiter.purely based on Naga style but still westernised hotel.loved it

Location of hotel is good. Staffs are good but room tariff is very high according to the facility given. Rooms are small. They dont have fan in room. Price of food is very high. They dont have proper water supply in bathroom. Billing desk is too slow. Overall I recommend this place for short stay in emergency situations if you dont have time to search a better one. This hotel is not so good for long stay or vacations.
