People working there were not friendly. Wouldnt even talk to us.

Same experience like the others who gave one star. But this time it was a lady.

Had a great experience at Cigar House. Not easy to find in the dark square, look for green awning, but once you step inside you are met with friendly service and a top shelf selection of sticks to choose from. Best selection of Ashton I have found in Europe! The drink menu is extensive on everything but beer, however it was cold and wet so what else could you ask for? Very well ventilated which is something I always look for in a proper cigar lounge. I wish my town in Germany had a spot this nice to enjoy on a regular basis.

A very nice place overall. Choice of cigars, cognacs, whiskeys, a very nice lounge... BUT guys please change one of your salesman. A very unwelcoming and unpleasant person. I do not know the name - but most of 1 star reviews here are about him (please check them out). I am visiting Tallinn and this cigar house for nearly 10 years. He is spoiling the impression totally and if he is on duty i opt for another lounge. You have 1 woman and 2 men; a woman and one man are fantastic. The other one (the one who worked on 28th of August 2021is a problem.

Always a great experience at Sigari Maja. A very nice selection of Cuban and other cigars. It is a delight to kick back with a Havana and a port wine in the dark panel lounge in the back. It is as close to the Platonic ideal of a cigar lounge as I have found. Would add that there is no wireless inside, so that the atmosphere is not compromised.

Good place to enjoy cigars

I never understood the reason for the extremely cold service, not once but two different times on two different days, albeit from the same person. The first time I ignored it as maybe a bad day for the human being on the other side. But felt so unwelcome when the same happened the second time. Although now I understand from the other reviews, that I wasnt the only one. And that this has been the case with this place for years!Maybe this is just a place for regular customers and others are frowned upon. And its not even a case of taking up their busy time, since I know my cigars and literally shopped within 2 mins (while feeling pressured, mind youfor about 100 EUR in the two times I visited this place.Not planning to gatecrash whatever they have going on in there again. Thats how I felt.Plenty of other amazing lounges and shops in Tallinn!

Aina Tallinnassa käydessä tulee täällä shoppailtua, jo vuodesta 2001. Tosi hyvä valikoima laatu sikareita. Henkilökunta osaa myös neuvoa kokemattomampaakin tupruttelijaa.

Myyjä teki kurkunleikkausliikkeen, kollegallensa, kun en ostanut kuin yhden sikarin. Ei huomannut vaimoa. Todella epämiellyttäviä ja töykeitä. Dont go if not necessary. Very unpleasant seevice.

Mukava paikka torin äärellä.Hintaluokka löytyy varmasti kaikille, niin sikaareissa kuin juomissakin.Rauhallinen miljöö, jossa on mukava unohtaa arjen kiireet hyvän sikaarin ja juoman kera.Alkaa olemaan " pakollinen" käynti, aina Tallinassa käydessä.Iltaisin ulko- ovi lukittu, mutta ovisummeria soitellessa, ovi avataan sisältä, joten älä käänny pois, vaikka ovi ei heti aukeakaan.

Большой выбор сигар, и аксессуаров,классный интерьер. Непонятная ситуация с газовыми зажигалками фирмы "Колибри", гарантия действует только при использовании фирменного газа, которого нет в продаже!? И хозяину надо нанять другой персонал, совковое обслуживание, как будто ты им должен денег!

Really good selection of nice cigars and salesperson was really helpful. Too bad that I didint have time to spend time at cigarlounge that they have.

While on a brief stopover on a cruise I went in to pick up a couple of Montecristo #2. At first the clerk was a bit "frosty" as someone else here has mentioned. But, upon talking to him he quickly warmed up and then apologized. He said they had had too many bad experiences with tourists who were just coming in to browse and would even handle and destroy the cigars. I cant blame him for being a bit wary - though what other clientele do you expect in the center of a tourist area? That being said, he became quite friendly, showed me around, showed me the stock in the humidor, and all was well. Price of the #2s with tax came out to be about $16.68 after conversion. So not too bad for the market.

Люди открывшие эту сигарную сделали великолепный ремонт, но наняли отвратительный персонал, просто мерзость. Продавщицы не умеют вести себя с клиентом, задают глупые вопросы и очень навязчивые. Я купил только сигару, и мне раза три предложили что-то выпить, напоследок сказав что это у нас ещё и бар, если берёте сигару, то надо брать что-то выпить. Чёрт возьми, я сам решу что мне надо и сколько! Персонал постоянно ходит из стороны в сторону, наверное бояться что я могу что-то украсть. Мне очень не понравилось как они смотрели на мою девушку которой только исполнилось 18 лет, мол что она тут забыла? Персонал это единственное что мне тут не понравилось, не удивлюсь что они могут нахамить.

Tallinan paras valikoima sikareita, piipput/purut tarvikkeet. Kaapeissa myös valikoima laatu-juomia nautittavaksi viihtyisässä olohuoneessa 😎

Harmi, pakko antaa vain yksi tähti. Olen käynyt vuosia Majassa ja viimevuosina on taso laskenut ankarasti ja pohjanoteeraus oli eilen. Eräs seurueestamme tilasi Ballantines viskiä ja sai Baileys kermalikööriä vaikka listasta näytettiin nimenomaan viskien kohdalta Ballantinesiä. Suurempi ongelma oli kuitenkin Eiroa -sikarini joka yhä leikataan valmiiksi ja tuodaan sytytettynä pöytään. Hieno tapa mutta jos ei sitä hallita niin pieleenhän se menee. Sikari oli leikattu kuin vanhalla pokasahalla ja aivan vinoon, wrapperi oli revennyt monesta kohtaa leikkauksen jäljiltä ja pää oli kuin räjähtänyt. Toinen ongelma oli sytytys. Tehokkaalla kaasupolttimella suoraan lähietäisyydeltä sikarin jalkaan, wrapperi paloi yhdeltä sivulta pitkänmatkaa mutta kaiken huipuksi sikari ei silti edes syttynyt, täti toi savuavan sikarin mulle, tökkäsi käteen ja häipyi. Savuaminen lakkasi pian kun kärventynyt wrapperin siivu sammui, sikari piti sytyttää itse, onneksi mukana oli laadukas sikarisytytin ja ennenmuuta sikaripora joka nyt oli toki hyödytön kun se oli leikelty vituiksi. Uuden sikarin pyytäminen ei olisi korjannut asiaa koska se olisi yhtälailla leikattu pieleen ja toisaalta paikalla oli useita humalaisia seurueita ja möykkä oli sen mukainen, ainoat 2 töissä ollutta tarjoilijaa joutai heitä paimentamaan. Kyllä on taso laskenut, ennen niin mukava ja rauhallinen paikka ei sisältänyt möykkääviä juoppoja vaan rautaista ammattitaitoa sikareita kohtaan. Menkää laatusikareiden ystävät muualle polttamaan sikarinne.

Horribelt dåligt bemötande av personalen. Noll känsla för service och bemötande. Sämst utbud av cigarrer. Rekommenderar inte denna butik till någon som är ute efter en cigarr 👎

Very nice building inside but the service was more than a little frosty. It seems the regulars were treated very well but the host was curt and the waiters went by three times when I wanted to order a drink and I couldn’t catch their eye. Place wasn’t at all busy. I expect the full experience when I go for a nice drink and a cigar. Didn’t get it.

The employee who was working on the entrance (15/09/2018was rude and disrespectful. This is quite unfortunate as the place is otherwise enjoyable.

If you are 18 but you don’t look like. They‘ll treat you awful and try to kick you out :(

I had my first good cigar experience at this establishment years ago. It started my life long hobby. Now, more than a decade after, I returned. Sadly, the salesman behind the desk could not have been less enthusiastic about serving his customers. Bored, frustrated, lacking basic friendliness, even smirking to our questions. Business has to be really good for the store to keep such staff. We felt unwelcome beyond belief. In a hurry, we chose some cigars, only because we were in a hurry and had no time to find our way to a competing establishment. Next time we shall walk past this. Sad, I know Tallinn Cigar House has history and expertise. I wished to enjoy a cigar there, but after the cold customer service we could not get out fast enough. We felt the clerk was only happy to see us leave. Cannot recommend.

Need place to smoke or buy cigar - best place in Tallinn you can find. Friendly personal are included. Highly advice.

Kohtuullisen hyvä valikoima ja ystävällinen henkilökunta. Itsellä ei ollut aikaa polttaa sikaria paikanpäällä mutta kävin kurkkaamassa olohuoneen ja oli kyllä yksi viihtyisimmistä näkemistäni.
