Cicis in Orangeburg

Have lunch at Cicis everytime I have Dr. Apts in Orangeburg. Great food. Salad and soup bar is outstanding.

Great pizza pasta and salad buffet. Restaurant is very clean and we have been pleased each time weve been there for lunch.

It was ok. Empty, very weird business 3 different doors only 1 open it was raining and it was the one with no parking spots accessible. It was a little dirty. Pizzas were old and hard ,chewy.

Aint really much into pizza wish they would of put wings in the buffet

It was my first time dining there. I loved being able to select pepperoni, cheese, supreme, spinach and meat lovers slices, and have that choice, the variety from the offerings! Delicious!

Always delicious! As soon as we walk in the cooks start making our favorite pizza & desert. Still.under $20 for the two of us! Be back soon

Had a great experience, my only concern was the chicken wings, the taste was old, not fresh. Ill not order wings at this location. The staff was very pleasant. Thanks

Great place to stop and get a cheap lunch when your in a hurry

Beware: the clerk added drinks to our bill without even asking if we wanted drinks. Thats kinda greedy. Pizzas were better than school lunch, better than totinos frozen pizza, but nothing special. They will make different options on demand, but theyre edible, not delicious. The place was clean.

Good pizza. Great brownies! And out of this world cinnamon rolls

Food was good, Im just use to more selection from Cicis.

Owners are always very nice every time I see them. And quality of food never disappoints.

Always pleasant food good but salad bar needs more stuff

Cheap quick good. Mild wing sauce stinks, no taste, so had to get a dollop of the hot, but they were just right after that.

Food was very good and they made anything that you want if they didnt have it on the buffet and the place was real clean and the people will was real nice

Excellent experience. Granted, its a Cicis Pizza and not gourmet Pizza, but it is one of the best running CiCis that Ive been to in a long time. The building is very fresh and new and clean they did a great job of keeping everything on the buffet line stopped and the employees were friendly. I would highly recommend this for your family!

I went to Cicis Pizza with a party of 7 on Sat around 9:30 -9:45. When we walked in the young lady came to me and said, I’m just passing the message on but if you stay you will only have 10-15mins to eat. I was appalled! I asked may I speak with the manager she said they wasn’t there. I asked who told her that, she pointed at a gentleman. I said is he the on-duty manager, she stated no…Come to find out he is the cook. Just to clarify I spoke with him and he said at 10pm everything will be put away, no more food will be cook even if we are in there. I was horrified, I couldn’t believe what he was telling me. I’m like so although we were in here before closing, we would have to eat old food, you won’t cook us anything and at 10 if we are still in here, everything will be put away? He stated, yes! So, basically, we didn’t eat at Cicis and had to take our business somewhere else. Very disappointing, hurtful and shocked.Bella Patel, manager of Cicis, this is not how to run a food business and keep the doors open. It was unsatisfying. You need to manage your staff because if this is policy to turn customers down or serve old food things need to change ASAP!

The restaurant was clean and the food was fresh. I was disappointed when the games took the children money. The restroom was clean. I staff was professional.

Pizza was so good. There was always plenty out and the place was busy. Our special orders were made promptly and delivered with a smile. Restaurant was clean.

Food and service were good and kids always enjoy the treat of CiCis. Cant beat the selection for the price.

I gave the experience a no star my daughter and I are visiting my mom from TN😤 now at 13.99 a person I expected food HOT food to be on the bar…. After waiting more than thirty mins for fresh food or the bar to be replenished you’d think things would be fine🤦‍♀️ No!!!! I really wish this location the best cause they are not very customer friendly if they can’t speak English

We used to go a lot till they closed one in summerville. The orangeburg one was not good at all. Not good salad bar. Some pizza was not done. Thin spinach pizza crust terrible. No desert on salad bar next to pizza

I gave this 5 stars despite the fact that there wasnt much of a range of pizza and it was hard to get when a fresh one came out bc of the people sitting basically at the bar 😂 BUT it was very clean, staff friendly, and we were able to eat our fill and every single thing I got was very good from the salad to the desserts. We will come back! If you are looking for a cheap and tasty, carb heavy comfort meal then this is a great buy!

The only reason I gave this place two stars was the friendliness of the staff. The pizza literally could have been Tombstone quality but not as good as Digornos right out of the freezer and into the oven. I couldnt believe I was paying over $10 for the quality food i was eating. Im not kidding Seven Eleven has better pizza. I couldnt stomach an entire piece of any of it. What a waste of money.

Was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. The reason I gave 3 ⭐s is for the fact they didnt have a good selection of pizzas. No cheese on salad bar, and no french dressing. I saw a dressing bottle labeled french but had some sort of what looked to be dry seasoning. The pizza very good, but not the way I remembered.

Manager/owner went out of his way to help with our experience at this restaurant. Very clean and well maintained. Restrooms were very clean. Nice place for a kids birthday party.

I have always loved CiCis but when ever they came with macaroni and cheese pizza I consider it the best thing ever! How genius is it to take two of my favorite foods and combine them! Why didnt I think of that? I digress clean restaurant great service good prices...oh yeah and I almost forgot its the only place in North America that you can get Apple Fanta! You cant buy it anywhere but you can get it from CiCis! And if you couldnt tell thats my favorite Fanta flavor. So again be there youll be fool when you leave and you wont regret it!

The pizza was dry and old. I asked for a special pizza and the cook rolled his eyes at me. He has a bad look on his face like he didnt want to be here. I usually have a great experience here but not tonight. I guess its a hit and miss with this place.

One of the best Cicis I have been to in a long time. Great service and fresh ingredients. Pizza and desserts were fresh and hot. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

Good inexpensive pizza. The spread was adequate and they also will make a special pizza for you if your desire isnt already on the bar. Great place for a last-minute family dinner decision. Especially if you have younger kids.

Ok well, the Cicis place is very nice. Pretty Clean, good customer service. There are a few problems though. Sometimes the workers will clean the floors right in front of you. This mainly only happens at night though. A problem with the arcade is that the coin machine sometimes doesnt work and sometimes the actual games themselves dont work. Nice place, mediocre arcade.

The service was good restaurant clean still have social distance which is great,the only problem I have a daughter with special needs an she only eats soup I felt paying for the buffet for her wasnt fair,an buying a bowl of soup was ok but she couldnt get unlimited even though she only ate 2 bowls,

As we were winding down our meal and about ready to leave, we watched as the cashier brought out a broom, mop and bucket. my daughters and I witnessed the cashier sweep the front areas by the cashier station behind the cash register and behind the soup and salad bar. The pizza cook was standing there watching her. Then when she was done sweeping, she proceeded to mop back there. Apparently, she wasnt doing it right and the pizza maker stepped in and showed her how it was done. He mopped the whole area and put down the mop. They both sanitized their hands. He went to make another pizza and she went to check in a family that walked into the restaurant. Neither one of them washed their hands. She served the family and he cooked more pizzas and whatever else he was making. We will never return to eat here again. Sanitizing your hands is not washing your hands. All I could think of is that they splashed a little germ-x on without washing their hands and then proceeded to touch and make our food and serve it to us. For all I know, they could have also scrubbed the toilets when they kept going in the back area and not have washed their hands. Thats not the only thing either. NO ONE WAS WEARING ANY GLOVES!!! I never noticed this until that night. I also saw a little Spanish lady scratch her leg and then pat out some pizza dough to make the pizza. She looked right at me too and know that I saw what she did. She too was not wearing gloves. How in the world? !?! NEVER NEVER NEVER going there ever again.

Place was clean and food was hot, which is very important to me. My only complaint would be that there was garlic in all the pizzas and I do not care for garlic. You cant beat the price for all you get. I really liked the cinnamon rolls!

We absolutely love this location. The bar is ALWAYS fresh no matter what time of the day we go. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. Pizza is always great with tons of variety. We’re here sometimes a few times a week (yes I know that’s a lotwe’re never disappointed!

Great selection of pizzas and desserts, as well as a section for the kids (plus adultsto spend more of our money with arcade games. Staff is friendly plus the building is kept really clean! The personal, to go, pizzas that you can have cooked are suprising delicious.

I love cicis pizza but have to do a little better at least make a customer feel like home with much better service and having sum real drinking cups and not charged for every cup a drink with dinning in youre restaurant .i give yall an B+ but yall need to do a little better thanks food was great 👍 👍

So my mom wanted for my brothers and sisters to eat pizza but she didn’t want pizza cause she already ate.so my mom only wanted to pay for me and my siblings but the manager wanted to say she had to pay for her to even though she’s just sitting there so my mom said it’s wrong cause they ain’t no if we had enough money or not and she probably had enough for her children. And that is better than that’s ever gonna get so she said they aren’t even worth it for her money.

The food was excellent! Fresh n hot. The salad area was clean and well stocked.I loved that they had pasta with two options of sauce. The desert bar was kept up too! Fresh brownies and cinnamon roll thingys. Oh so good!The only reason Im not giving it a 5 star review is because there were only two things in the arcade that werent out of order and the out of order signs werent over the coin in area so my kids put coins in without seeing they were out of order n we ended up wasting money. But for the price of the buffet I cant complain too much.

When they opened the store, we went there and thought the pizza was ok. We went back and the quality dropped, I lost the desire to go back. I gave them another try and the food was even worse, tasted like burnt rubber. I couldnt even get through the deserts.** New **My wife talked me in to giving them another chance. I was happy that the food was tolerable, this time. Enough that I will bump them up a star. Still not my preferred place to go but the only option for pizza buffet in Orangeburg.

Newer restaurant so nicer then other locations. There on a busy night so all pizzas were very hot, but didnt have pasta noodles for 20 minutes. Overall our family enjoyed our visit.

Pizzas could have been slightly hotter. But tasted good. I thought there would be a bigger variety to choose from though. There was no cheese at all on the salad bar. Which was disappointing. But, the toppings were fresh. They have Coke products to drink. I prefer Mountain Dew products, but Im used to that. All in all not to bad. I will revisit there sometime. I just will not go out of my way to.

Good FRESH salad bar. Love the crustless oprion for me since i am gluten sensitive. Now i can enjoy going with friends that love the pizza. Jamye and staff were very friendly. The place was VERY clean probably the cleanest Cicis i have ever been to.ill definitely be back. You certainly get your monies worth for sure.

Seems to be relatively newer building. Nice and clean, pizza on the buffet is good and very good value for lunch buffet all you can eat. Good management. The guy that I think is the manager is very nice and makes every effort to greet you when you come in and say thank you when you leave, and checks to make sure everything is ok while your eating when his time allows.

This place was fantastic. The manager Jamie myers is great with being in his position. Always been great with food. Place was so clean. Food was great. Everybody was friendly. Buffet had plenty of different kinds of pizza..salad..pasta..deserts..great place to eat. My two grandsons could not get enough. I will go back.

Well maintained restaurant dining area and the food was delicious. Great price for buffettoo. Employee was very hard to understandat the register. Happy hour time and it rang up $6.29; it came out $4.99 but should not have asked. So glad you are in Orangeburg. Thanks!!!!

Almost didnt honor me as a Vet. But eventually they did. Pizza is OK but better when no crowd.. Line moves quickly. Plenty of parking but travelers will nt know its here but nt on main roads traveled. Great for locals... Outdoor tables and very small games room for kids.

It was my first time eating here. I went with a friend. It was very clean. I always like to see how restaurants bathrooms are kept. I love the fact that you can push the door to exit the bathroom instead of pulling on handles. They were friendly, no attitudes.It wasnt overly happy where you know its a forced smile. It was very chill. Everthing seemed to be in order. A nice place to have lunch or dinner. When a particular pizza was getting low, they were on it to make sure it was replaced. I would eat here again.
