Best crustless pizza Ive had. The pumpkin spice cinnamon rolls melt in your mouth. Good food. Great customer service today.

Hit and miss with my takeout orders here recently. why are there no dipping sauces available togo?

Building is kinda rundown, bricks are breaking and many tiles are cracked. Food is pretty good, service was excellent.

There pizza is hot and fresh.Have real good soup and salad bar....

Not what it used to be but still good. Very excellent customer service salad bar was good. Only about 5 selections of pizza. They do have a Arcade but you have to get a card blah, we would have preferred quarters that we brought. Also they ran out of ice so that ruined our drinks we always put ice in our drinks. Was still good to go although I only may take my family 1 Time a year.

Very disappointed in the quality and taste of the food today. The marinara sauce was watery, the Alfredo sauce was thick and super salty, the noodles were undercooked, the dough hadnt been properly raised for the cheesy bread sticks, so they were tough and flat. The staff was really friendly, though.

Once a month a group of friends meet here to eat pizza, talk and enjoy our friendship. Price is good for us on a limited budget.

It is Cicis I always go home full. I love that you can order pizza the way you want. I wish they had apple or cherry pizza but overall if you want alot of pizza for good price go to cici

Was not much pizza to choose from. Needs updated

The Crust is rather bland. Had to wait over 3 minutes before the person came to the front register to help us while they were discussing a receipt or something with an employee. just standing over there by the salad bar ignoring us. I do not do not appreciate having to wait .or my grandchildren having to wait. There were no parmesan available no red pepper crushed available or offered at any table .no sugar in the tea and no sugar available.

Was good but I really go not for the pizzas but cinnamon roll desert

Personal pizza orders came out quick. My friends ordered anchovies! Yuck 🤢. Very polite staff. Cant say enough about how nice everyone was.

Overall a very nice place to eat but had to take away a star due to the fact that Cicis still havent brought back the chocolate pizza.

We are new to Texas & have eaten at Cicis a bunch of times. I accidently ordered pick up & needed delivery & they help me right away & were super friendly! Cicis is by far our favorite restaurant here yet

This is the best Cicis I’ve been to. They always have a good selection and my kids really enjoy getting the pick their own food. The prices are really good also.

Went in last night and had such a great experience. Everyone was so polite and kind but Mark really made the whole experience. He was one of the kindest people I have ever met and is great at what he does there! They have great service and lots of different pizzas to try out!

Mark gave the best customer service!! Food was delicious and buffet was full. The restaurant was clean and the staff were great. Also has a fun game room for the family

Went back again and looked great, a friend said was delicious. I had a Cookie (Koozieor was gonna go in. Hated to drop it was an A-Max Cookie I grabbed at Dakotas or Salinas...Im sorry Salitas in Durant near the Casino

Took the family for lunch today, was pretty displeased with how they had mostly pepperoni pizzas in several variations, its about all that was on the bar, they need a better selection of pizzas or just change the company name to pepperoni palace.

Cicis Pizza is nostalgic for my husband. We love the pepperoni and jalapeno pizza with cheesy bread. Delicious and always a family favorite for us.

I give this place two stars instead of one because it used to be good but today I had an order with Italian sausage on it instead of beef and the manager tried to lie to me about it and say that it was beef. So disappointed

I been going to this place for the last 27 years always was a good place but after the new owners or update of this place a while back it really hasnt been the same the one thing that got me most and actually got me heat a little I would always order a Alfredo cheese pizza for are table thats what I like most when I eat here they will not let you do that anymore and that sucks the variety of pizza has went down takes them forever to put new stuff up there but I love the Alfredo cheese pizza

I have noticed three things that vary from one location to another: salad bar options, how you get a pizza request, and drink included in kids buffet or not. This location had olives, mushrooms, and light dressing on the salad bar that I appreciated. They bring the entire small pizza to you is requested rather than setting it out. Kids buffet is cheaper with soda optional. I appreciate all three at this location.

This cc’s is everything I used to love about coming here as a kid. Whoever is managing this location knows what they’re doing. It’s always clean, the employees are always super nice and keeping things on the buffet stocked, and they have it looking and feeling like what it used to be. I’m not sure about other people’s experiences but My husband and I love this location.

Just go to Chuckie Cheese for games and eat Lil Caesars Pizza. The staff is very nice but I just would never eat there. Maybe take out if the price is cheaper than other places. I use to love that place when I was younger but it has completely lost that vibe. It might just be cause they dont seem to get as many customers as i remember. But hey, theyre hiring. Got the manager taking orders and hes very nice. So at least youll get paid and wont have to do much with the small amount of customers they get. Ill update with pics later.

When I got there the card machine didnt work properly and the pizza had been left under the heat lamp too long and was not very hot and pretty dried out. Could have been much better.

Its what you should expect for cheap pizza! 🍕 Was hot and fresh so that was a bonus, salad bar was a nice bonus! Fresh ingredients for your salad and nothing was sitting in water. If you want an easy sit down meal for family and kids or grandkids you really cant go wrong for less than 10$ a person including drinks. Plus No Clean Up!

Been awhile since Ive been here. The pizza was really really good! When I got to the restaurant two bus loads of kids (totaling 89 peoplewere ahead of me. The staffed adjusted well and they had plenty of pizza to go around! I was very impressed. Restaurant was very clean as well.

The food was good but service was lacking. We asked if they had packets of red pepper and parmasian and we were told yes but the employee continued working and never retrieved the packets. We asked if they had dessert pizza. The employee said yes and asked if we wanted peach or apple. We said apple. They brought us a canadian bacon pizza with pineapple. We spoke with another employee and said there may have been a miscommunication since the one we ordered from barely spoke English. He advised us it was not a miscommunication and they do not serve dessert pizza. So it made absolutely no sense. Otherwise the restrooms were clean and the food was hot.

The food is good and hot, the salad bar is clean and fresh, and the whole dining area was well cleaned. This is the third time weve been there and either one of the fountain flavors or the ice was empty. There IS ample parking and a friendly staff. Enjoy a quick and tasty value.

Though it has been a while since my family has eaten here the food was very good. The person who fixed my salad did a very wonderful job and very generous. Also the same person who I believe was a manager or shift leader was very helpful with our needs and questions.

Max and I love this place! Try the broken glass and ear wax on a thin crust. Our favy!!!

Gabby at the register is amazing! They have to wear mask but I can always tell she is smiling by her eyes! Yummy and great service! Mark and Dee are very diligent managers and always ready to serve! Can’t wait to go back with my girls!!

Very friendly for large groups! My family got together and our group was over 10 people. Welcomed us! Real plates and not much of a change from the experience you expect. Hoping real silverware comes back soon.

I am giving cicis five stars because of how they are handling vivid. Friendly staff to serve you your pizza and quick to clean your table once you are through eating. When the pizza is fresh its great, limited selection.

I went in after 2pm and they were busy but it was slowing down. The salad was very fresh and when I asked for shredded cheese, the cashier grabbed me some. The pizza was hot and fresh. Everything was amazing especially the cinnamon rolls were hot and fresh and so darn good! The brownies were soft and also great... So not a bad experience at Cicis. Thank yall and plus it was under $7 for just me (I drank a water though)

Would definitely come here again! Me, my wife and two kids were starving and everything was freshly made (maybe by stroke of luckbut we got what we all wanted no waiting and it tasted fantastic! The manager is also extremely nice and so are the employees. No complaints whatsoever 😁

We eat here frequently as it’s a Great Value, couldn’t be beat. Feed an entire family for next to nothing, only complaint is the availability at times, as far as staying on top of pumping the fresh stuff out could be quicker I suppose. Love the staff and enjoy the value and pizza isn’t half bad either 👍😊

Slow to refill pizza on the bar..7/14 tried the buffet again.. Much better experience. The buffet stayed full. The tea taste like instant tea and the root beer was out.Fairly clean.Still rate at a 3. Its fast food pizza.

Food was okay. Manager seemed nice at first, but then gave the kids a hard time whenever the games took the kids quarters. I do not like rudeness especially when coming from a manager of an establishment. Another employee basically stood against the wall watching people eat. Then, we heard the lady running the register being rude to a paying customer purchasing a to go box. Loved this place a few years ago, but not anymore!

Place is well maintained. Food was great. We ordered pizza one night and picked it up. They were Oddball pizzas with split toppings. We didnt check before we left and got to the house only to realize one of the pizzas had been prepared wrong. Good pizza but still prepared wrong. So we make a phone call and its the manager who answered was polite as could be ,told us to come on back in either that night or the next night she would replace it.not only did she replace it but she replaced the other Pizza as well for our commute back there. When we got there the next night she even offered a couple drinks for us to wait no questions asked even remember exactly what the pizzas were. Mistakes happen and its nice to see someone who fixes them without making a scene or a big deal in a professional and polite manner. Food was awesome have no complaints and while we waited in the store it looked very clean everything was presentable. Definitely be going back soon

We go here too often because my daughter likes it so much. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. A great part of the buffet is you can order a personal size pizza any way you like it. The salad bar always seems fresh. It has a good variety, but I miss the mushrooms. The pizza on the buffet sometimes looks like it got a little too brown in the oven or kinda dried out. The cinnamon rolls are delicious, and my daughter likes the cheesecake swirl brownies.
