First time in the new building in kingsville no one at the register dirty rude

Ordered a chicken sandwich and the bread was basically burnt and the chicken was very hard and salty. This isnt the first time it comes out this way. Also the fries were cold when I got them.

Ive visited this location 2 times a week apart. Ordered the same thing both times. Got my order wrong both times. The old location was awesome service

Poor service!! After 40 mins of waiting I still got cold fries! Only 3 workers! Throwing thier slop in to the parking lot! Disgusting!!!!!!!!

I like the food. Never had any issues with them. Love there new location. Definitely a much needed update

Nice and clean place to eat..

Their food was cold the biscuits were hard as rock and the chicken had a nasty old oil taste and to top it off they didn’t even give us our dipping sauce I prefer the old church’s chicken then this one also the phones never work I’m always trying to call in my order and we can’t cuz the phones never work.

Was this even fresh? Took one bite and had to get it out of my mouth.At least the buscuit was good i supose.

I am regular to this store in kingsville. Today I experienced a very weird situation. When I ask for some extra bags to separate cheese bombers which I make the order. A lady who called her self as manager yelling me and my friends to get out of the store and threatened us to call cops on us. What kind of customer service it is ???

The manager was very rude and that because i had not gone to Churches in a while and then i go toa rude manager but the food was good..

Food was good problem was the assistant manager tried to ask a bout my order was nothing but problems shoved my food on the counter disrespectful a cross the board only reason Im rating it 3 stars is caus the food was good

Worst dry chicken I have ever had in Kingsville......very disappointed!

This is my favorite chicken place. Good service and Great chicken.

First my 5pc 2 sides coupon special includes a piece of white meat they didnt have didnt have or didnt want to cook me a piece. I ordered okra had to pay. 40 extra...& top it off chicken was cold....disappointed!

It not best chicken....but jalapeño bombers are awesome...and customer service needs some fine tuning

Other thank home cooked chicken. Everything at Churches was the bomb.com. Ive been in Texas for a week and are her four times.

Over charged us. Told us a lower price at the menu then what they charged they also didnt give me my drink with my meal. But overall there chicken is good.

I stopped by to pick up my order and show this. Very good quote for them to read everyday. Love their chicken and biscuits. The honey taste with the biscuit and butter, yummy 😋.

Best fried chicken you can get. Legs and thighs no useless white meat

Food was hot and clerk was friendly. I had to wait 15 mins for white, but I would rather wait than get cold chicken.

It would be nice if you would get the order right. Very disappointed that not even your telephone number works

staff was friendly, but food was bad. Biscuits were hard with no taste. Chicken was fair, the light color, no tan or brownish, made you wonder if it was cooked.I dont recommend this restaurant.

Great food just takes a little long to get order especially ordering a family meal but great everything else.

Employees are friendly, but was told my order would be out in 7 minutes and ended up waiting 22 minutes

Its okay, kinda hot in the inside. Sometimes the chicken is old. Service is average. Has its moments

The staff is rude. They do not have a lot of sides when you order they are always out of corn on the cob. They never ask you if you need forks of plates. Would be nice to have more sides like green beans.

The manager seemed to have an attitude when I asked a question that I asked somebody else... she definently answered as if I was talking to her with an attitude very professional.

My dad say he got one today in kingsville Tx and it looked like the size of black crow and was hard like a rubber duck with no flavorHe was very disappointed ☹️

100% the best customer service ever. My car overheated so I ordered some chicken and waited for a tow, the tow was cancelled and then the employees offered to take me home when their shift was over! Thank you!

Had too wait 15min for chicken and then it wasnt done all the way my wife ordered a 3pc chicken strip dinner and they gave her 2and a 1/2 strips I dont recommend this place at all.... We should have known better it wasnt that many cars there its our last time going.

Over priced and over cooked. I also paid extra to get a 10 piece box of Only legs but I recieved legs and thighs. Also the macaroni, which costs$0.50 extra, was sitting in the warmer too long because it was burned all the way through.

Best service ive ever gotten at any restaurant. You walk in and everyone is very welcoming, the staff defiantly made my day!

Taste wise it is good but they need to take care of the store because it’s always not clean.

Had the boneless chicken wings with sweet and spicy sauce. I was pleasantly surprised!! I could taste 2 different types of chili powders and cumin. Not too spicy, just a little kick. Good as a fry dipping sauce also. Friendly wait staff!!

My chicken was over cooked. We ask for fries & got mashed potatoes. Ive never been so disappointed as I was today.

Ordered the bbq boneless wings with fries. The wings are really good. The fries were a little dry but were okay. Also ordered the honey butter biscuits. They are amazing! I would definitely recommend ordering the honey butter biscuits. All together, for my first time eating here, the food was outstanding.

Great food! The only bad thing is having to listen to the employees trying to sing as loud as they could and the intercom from the drive thru blaring so loud you can hear it in the lobby! If I go back it will be thru the drive through only!

The last three times I have been here they dont ever have the sides I ask for. Maybe a new crew, it seemed better last year.

All of Kingsville s fast food places serve ugly food. I knew it was going to be bad. But, I needed a quick bite to eat. My thigh was old :( Although the biscuit was on point. Go to Alice if you are craving Churchs Chicken.

Good food but can work a little bit on cleaning. Our table was very greasy. Had to clean it ourselves.

Well the staff was nice but it took at least 25 min to get our food. They used to serve good chicken but the taste isnt the same. The restrooms need a good clean with Clorox or teach the kids there how to clean. I guess the only nice thing to say is the young lady who waited on us was nice.

Was informed by"new mngr." that they closed at 9 and were no longer making chicken... It was 835..KFC chicken tastes better anyway..

The staff were so rude to their costumers. Roaches were on the floor and chicken strips were raw. Now I can say NEVER AGAIN.

We are from Houston. This Churchs has a little bit of a hearing problem through the drive through. My friend was making an order and kept interrupting that they didnt hear him. Didnt try the food but my friends liked it. The service couldve been a little tad more faster.

Disappointed. The lady taking my order was leaning on the counter. As if she was relaxing. And at home . Then i asked for an large drink. And she charges me an entire meal. Which i did not order. Over all not gonna return anytime soon.

Service was good, chicken was great, biscuits are wonderful. One of my preferred chicken places and they did not disappoint.

I go there all the time. The foods great. They are fast and friendly and quick to please.

Food is delicious most of the time but service can b up n the air with friendliness. As far as bn clean this isnt their strongest attribute but kids r free 2 run a mock. Overall, its a nice place 2 bring kids, eat good food & just relax & have a decent place of conversation.
