Kid-friendly chain known for its arcade games, pizza parties, play zones & mouse mascot.
Great place for a birthday.
My little has fun here. Its not expensive to put money on your Play pass, and it keeps him busy for an hour. What I dont like is that a lot of machines are always down or dont print tickets because theyre out.
Good place for kids pretty clean never have any issues when we go. Food is always cooked well. We have been several times.
Over all a good fun time while we are there. Staff is great. We always seem to get sick after visiting though, even with plenty of handwashing before and after
Went for a birthday party had fun
They changed the way the games are. Either by time or by points. Getting expensive but the kids had a blast. They also cut the pizza into tiny triangles, that my kids are like 4 pieces each just to get full.
My son and nephew had a great time. Updated games and gaming system. Some games were having errors but the staff were helpful
Kids love the place. They have hand stamps and security at the door. The place is packed, but the kids dont care. And surprisingly the pizza wasnt half bad
We had fun at a friends birthday. The arcade looks good and updated. The staff were nice but not organized and not very good. Pizza was super thin and cheap but tasted good.
I am so grateful for my childrens, children I would have had to come alone. We all had fun. New from 20 yrs ago. LOL.
I just recently had my daughters birthday here, and to me it was an success. I cant pronounce nor remember my hostess name I just know that it starts with a C and is on the lines of Carmen and Armani. She was great, she worked with me and my requests. I do wish there was a way you could learn what they are out of beforehand, but I was able to cash app a friend on her way to pick up a few balloons since they were out. & Due to them being out they replaced the balloons with cotton candy. Overall the food was amazing, the kids had fun, and my daughter felt special on her day. The overall cost was under $200 and that was for a party of 10. Thank you!
Been going there since it was Show biz pizza place as a child and now I bring my own children! Loved it then and still do!!! Great place for the family!!!!
This place is pretty much a nightmare. Its incredibly expensive. Its also incredibly distracting and loud. This hard to find your children because everything is so tall. See you cant see them around games. So if you have more than one kid like me if youre standing next to one child and the other one might be in another game and theyre impossible to see. Some of the families seem very on nice. Maybe the atmosphere is too competitive. The prizes take so many tickets to get. Im fall apart immediately as to be expected. Stuff that was there when we have gone seems very nice but incredibly Young. Overall it seems very understaffed
The staff was kind and helpful but they seemed slightly understaffed for the amount of people there. Some games were running out of tickets or just not working and the staff was having to run from the counter to the games and back again. The staff really deserved a praise for keeping their cool under that pressure!
Dont even bother bringing your kids here. Most of the games are broken or malfunctioning. Food is overpriced & taste like its reheated in a microwave. Staff is usually preoccupied to help with anything as well.
Displeased with the few games and the old playground set up seemed better before! Dave & Busters by far beats this place such a disappointment and waste of money to say the least 😶. Great service from the employees at counters though! Will not be visiting again anytime soon.
Clean, all the games were working and the kids enjoyed their time. Staff was friendly, helpful and checked our arms for safety on the way out even though there wasnt 12 people there with us. Food was hot and ready in a reasonable amount of time.
We celebrated,Eliel and Elis, Birthday it was awesome, they enjoyed every minute of it, and seeing them running around and just so happy, My daughter Jessica was a great host, thank you Chuckle Cheese 💙💟💞🤗😎😎😎👌👑👑🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🥗🥗🥗🎂🎂🍭🍬
First time going??? Bring ear protection !!!Pizza was better than expected although pricey for its size. Employees were helpful and nice with good spirits.
Great place for my hyperactive son to get out some energy. Only problem I had was other customers stealing food or tickets from our table when we were off playing games. The staff werent as helpful with that as I had hop3d they would be.
Food is high priced for what you get! Other then that its great. They change the games year round so the kids dont get bored. Chucky comes out every so often and walks around. Your kids cant leave without being checked that the adult taking them is the one they came in with. My kids love it so much we had a party this year. My 5yr cant stop talking about it. And she shouldnt for the amount of money it cost.
It is pretty cool. You get a card and ultimately you can put either time on the card or how many games you want to play so I did unlimited play for 90 mins. It was fun and well over enough time.
I wasnt that impressed however my 5 year old couldnt get enough! Food leaves much to be desired but at least now there are adult choices on the menu and adult beverages. Bring your wallets!!
Had a great time there with a friend and my 9 year old grandson during school winter vacation. Started going there when it was Showbiz Pizza and my boys were little. My boys are now 35 and 40. A lot of changes but still A lot of fun.
Had a party hosted by Chuck E. Very disappointing experience:Hostess was to tired or bored to be effective. She literally yawned in my face twice. Was slow with every aspect; she didnt announce my son during the announcement period because he was in the ticket blaster; no candles on the cake during the group happy birthday song; no spatula for the cake or pizza.Just unpleasant, especially seeing the other four hostess working the parties in the immediate being effective.
I brought my 3 year old son on a Tuesday shortly after they oppened. My son had a blast. The pizza is geared to favor the younger pallet so its not going to impress Gordan Ramsay even on a good day, but its not supposed to. Its made so any toddler or picky kid will eat and love it; and thats what it does. The game selection isnt huge (however the age of the arcade is long overbut its enough to satisfy the needs of my 3 year old, and thats enough. What I really apreciate are the little rides. It would behoove you to ask a staff member about any current deals. You may find yourself with food and lots of bonus points for relatively little money.Remember, this is not a Dave and Busters (although they do aparently serve beer), it catters to younger kids. Let the kids have their fun and make sure they dont hurt or poo themselves.Edit 3/13/19 typo fix
Over booked for birthday party the Accepted way to many people in at the door. Was very over crowded could not walk. Every step we bumped into someone. Every game was taken at any given time so finding games to play was next to impossible. They should limit the amount of people coming in
Extremely good pizza. Clean for a kids place and really good Rock & Pizza rolls. The drink selection is very good(Pepsi Products), including drinks a lot of places don’t have such as Mountain Dew. A show featuring Me. Cheese himself every hour, with very entertaining animatronics. Feels kinda like a little chunk of Disney World, just kinda like an off-brand chunk.
Good food and fun for kids!
Still a great place to take kids. Just went with my all 4 of my kids for my 9y/os birthday an they range from 6 months to 13 years they all had a blast. They took out all of the play scapes for the younger kids which just makes you have to spend more money because it was the only free thing in the place. So I felt like you had to decide over food or games, which theres nothing to do other than games now so to buy food would put you over 100$$ to play an eat for 1 hour with 3 older kids. I used to take my kids all the time and spend hours there because they could do something other than games for less than 100$$ and still eat but now it puts you on a time limit. The new cards they have in place of the tokens is a good idea if your only planning to stay an hour an be able to afford gas to get home. Again because all they have is games now you spend $20 plus on an unlimited card but it is only good for 1 hour and you only get to pause your card 1 time. With that all being said I know this review is a little contradicting because I said its a great place to go an complained about it. Just be prepared to spend a ton of money if you want to stay there for a "day out". My kids and I still love it we just cant afford to go all the time any more.
Alittle packed on weekends but other than packed its a great place my kids love to go there free to get in tickets or pass tokens are pretty cheap and they have the best pizza lol
Had our granddaughters birthday party there. Paid 26 dollars per child, got the most expensive so she would have a great party. I was wrong. Paid for a pinata, never got it. Never got the dipping dots, had to keep asking for our food, finally getting a small amount of our order and it was cold. Then as the party was ending, they brought another small piece of our order. DO NOT HAVE A PARTY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CHILD TO BE DISAPPOINTED. and you like throwing money away.
Been coming here with my daughter often. She loves the games here, and as she gets older (shes 3she is starting to discover more and more of them. This place has changed drastically since I was a little kid coming here with my dad. The ski ball is still there, which I still enjoy playing. My daughter has a blast and looks forward to having the machine eat all her tickets at the end.
Loved the times spent there with the little ones. Needs more space and more kiddie rides! Overall its a great place to spend some time and have fun with the LO
Its nice and clean which is great but its in need of some serious updating. The esthetics arent the best. But, the kiddos wont notice because they will have a great time running around, having so much fun. I wish they would also have someone standing at the entrance at all times. I often see that its unattended because employees are splitting their duties from working the registers to getting prizes for the kids and working at the entrance. Our kids safety at all times there should always be the priority.
We dictate to do birthday for my son here, and he loved it! Stuff is freandly and very helpful. The lady set up everything for us. And she was very nice with all the kids. Kids had a lot of fun. Pizza was fresh and good. Definitely will come back again!
I had a birthday party here in 1985. I am pretty sure they have the same games. I brought my children to this tired and beat up old place in spring of 2018 because I have fond memories as a child. Time for an update because my memories were ruined.
We had a birthday party here for my 3 year old. The staff was so nice and accommodating. They made us feel special even though we did not have a huge party.
Do not know what happened to this place. The overcrowding is preposterous! Violence is seconds away as they now have a police officer on post. Prices of certain games have doubled as well. I unfortunately a lifer going to this location. I will no longer bring any generations of children here again. Nomads in Connecticut is a much better venue.
Definitely love taking kids here for parties and sporadic play time. Parties come with great food and packed full of fun goody bags. And not to mention UNLIMITED play for party duration. I just want to through a party for the unlimited play. Keeping it clean is another good attribute and employee standards have definitely been raised
So I doubt anyone will claim this food is amazing, but the kids love the games. I have been impressed that theyre able to handle my food allergy just fine, and clean their air so well that I can breathe there even though I sometimes react to concentrated inhaled milk particles and usually cant walk into a pizza place. My only real choice for eating anything was overpriced chicken wings - but at least they had that, and the wings didnt kill me. Giving it four stars because really, their main attraction is the kid-friendly games, not the food, and kids *love* this place.
Use to be good place to take the children when they were little, they enjoyed it. Havent been there in years. I realized recently that some people think that Chuck E. Cheeses is a regular resturant, its not. It is a place to take young children to. You can get some food to eat like pizza and ect; i believe you can have a birthday party there for your child and they have different kinds of games for the kids to play and they earn tickets and than they can use these tickets to get prizes. I think the grown-ups can play also and eat food. Fun place. Give it a try.
Was disappointed that some games were not working. We thought it was our game card. The employee told us after wasting 9 tokens that maybe it was the game. I reported a game that I knew was not working and watched at least 20 other kids try it after. We sat near it just to keep telling people not to waste their money. It was clean and they were patient with the kids taking forever picking out prizes.
The customer service is great and the new games are pretty cool too! Wish there was a card for tickets too, but nothing to do with this store, they were great and when I go always very attentive and helpful!
Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. Many games out of ticks, no one around to refill the games. When I asked the greeter who could help she told me to wait in a 15 minute line just to tell the one cashier who was working on a Saturday.
Customer service was great but the games were Horrible. Half of them wouldnt work after you scanned your card and if it did work it didnt give out tickets. After about the 5th machine not giving our tickets we gave up.
Place is dirty. Bathrooms smelled of urine.Half machines didnt work. They got food order wrong not once but u three times .Parents not watching Thier children just letting them do what ever. (This is 3 and 4 year old. way to many people for small space. It was complete waist of my money.
Staff doesnt care at all. Fairly clean.Games have have been made to give even fewer tickets for same scores as before. I have been here quite a bit and it has changed in that way.
overall the kids had a good time But I Have A Few complaints. They were low on staff, the jackpots on the games were low, and the games are disheveled, along with a very limited selection. The staff did not fulfill my full order and had to repeatedly ask for things with my order that they were careless about and forgot.
This place is great. The workers were so helpful and friendly. Some of the games were out of service but they always had guys working on them. Everyone was willing to help when we needed anything. For $20 we were there for 3 hours. We had a great time.
