Chuck E. Cheese in Sioux Falls

Alot of fun games, the food was amazing! If you havent been, you should go.

Decided to let my kids experience Chuck E. Cheese. We got there Sat morning right as they were opening.I was honestly surprised at the time I had. I saw the manager going around checking all of the machines to make sure they were in working order. Then he started wiping down all the equipment.

I liked it but one thing there’s only one Chuck E. Cheese animatronic this places games are broken you can’t earn tickets easy also very expensive

My niece loves coming here, so we try to zto0 when were in the area. Its not bad, definitely a little pricey. The dining area and the gaming area were nice.and clean but the bathrooms were gross.

The kids had fun and the staff was friendly. The food was good and passed my expectations, because lets be honest, you dont really go to an establishment like that for the pizza. I will definitely return again for my sons birthday since he had a lot of fun.

If you are an older child I wouldn’t recommend the birthday special, but any kid under 8 it’s perfect!!

Its Chuck E Cheese! Whats not to love? Kids always have a great time, and I get to pretend its someones birthday and go every week! Whos birthday is it today? Is it yours? :D

Staff is always nice, the tables always seem sticky. Not sure what thats about. I dont eat their pizza anymore... But my kids love this place for the games, they almost always have heart attacks when we decide to go, from excitement.

The games can be cleaner, they look like they havent been washed in a while. The staff is very friendly, no complaints about that.

My rating is low because the average family cannot afford to dine in this place. We ended up leaving

Food was good, all 3 kids earned enough points to get what they wanted at the prize counter. definitely would go again!

We had a great time. We have my daughters birthday party there, the manager went above and beyond. He was wonderful! Not sure what his pay is but it isnt enough for all he does! Give that man a raise! We will be back! Thank you!

This was a very awesome visit to chuck e cheese they were very accommodating very nice n made the whole party rock I recommend it it was cheap n kids had fun

I was surprised at how much I enjoyed my time with my greatgrandson here. Will be back.

I have visited other stores with way more activities there is a lot to improve here

Went for a birthday party, my entire family got sick a day or so after. Not sure if its covid or not but if you or your kid is sick, do not bring them to such a crowded public place. Simple as that 🤷🏽‍♀️ The couple hours of fun was not worth all this pain.

Went there for birthday party. Not the easiest to get to hang out w birthday party during games

Expensive, chaotic and dirty with a sketchy salad bar & generic pizza, its no surprise kids love it and parents and grandparents hate it.🤣😂

We were invited to go to Chuckys and our Little guy loved it! :Hadnt been there since my older son was his age but were going back this coming Saturday for his Birthday so Id say its Outstanding 😀

Wasent bad, not what it used to be. I simply keep going, only cause my kids like it. Tables are typically left dirty, an food takes a long time. Most of the employees are great!

Love taking my kids here, just would like more games to play for all ages, staff was friendly.

Everything was clean and staff was very friendly even being short staffed. Got our pizza super quickly and was cooked perfectly

The staff was super nice, attentive and amazing. The facility was clean and seemed to be constantly being cleaned. Highly recommend the staff, service and game selection. I would just say the salad bar left some to be desired. But having great service and great pizza was worth it.

Dont care for the food, and its expensive.But my son loves being able to play, loves the games, loves being able to interact with robot Chuck. The wristband and card that are reloadable are very convenient, I like that his points can accumulate. Would like to see more for bigger kids maybe.

I sorry how they will stay in business, its always empty when we go, which is terrific for getting to play lots of games.Very clean and good service.A little spendy, but the kiddos enjoy it and thats what its all about!

Food was super over priced for cardboard pizza.. other than that the games were very entertaining for my 4 year old daughter.. thank you

If I could give it a zero I would because even a one star is too much for the services I have received! Very disappointed in the birthday reservations I have made! I felt like I got ripped off for my money and didn’t get what I paid for! Never again will I do my daughters birthday reservations here.

This location has super friendly service and relatively well maintained games. Good fun with kids.

Very clean, pizza was DELICIOUS, tons of games to choose from for all ages, courteous staff, flawless birthday party. This place is awesome! Perfect for indoor winter birthday parties. We all had a blast, no complaints.

The food was good. The games were nice. However there was a lot of rides that were not working and games that were not working. And nobody checked to make sure that the kids were going out with the right person. Isnt that a focal point of what makes you that kind of business you are?

Our cake and pictures got thrown away while we were still playing games was a little disappointed. The lettuce was brown, nothing was stocked properly. They definitely werent staffed well. The two working did their job with a smile despite having to work extra hard. They were very friendly, and pleasant.

If you have ever been to a Chuck e cheese, you probably know what youre already in store for. This location has had very friendly staff and for the most part completely operational games! We have spent plenty of weekends and days coming here, and if you sign up for some of their packages or look online for some promotions going on you can get a lot of play time for your family if you are wanting to. It is also a decent place for birthdays as you can get a lot of food and drink and play time for everyone. In Sioux Falls I would say this is great for kids who have birthdays in the middle of winter.

Placed an order at the Sioux Falls location at 6:00 PM for pick up at 7:15. I arrived to pick up the pizzas and was told it’s going to be 15-20 minutes. They claimed they got hit hard with a birthday party, yet the place was virtually empty. As I was waiting, a staff member came out with her pizza, so I am glad her order went in before a paying customers. Take it from me, don’t waste your time or money here.

The place was enjoyable, the kids had a great time! The downside is it takes almost an hour if not longer to get a Pizza served, when we asked they said it would be up in 10 mins but actually it took 25 more than that (1 pizza and 4 drinksby the time the pizza comes the kids have used up all their play time funds and want more. It is not a cheap place to drop in for a fast bite. If you dont have about 100$ budget for this place and a few hours to spend here its probably a place you should avoid. The Pizza is amazing good, the games and overall appearance are a bit on the dirty side and we did not see to much sanitizing at all other than they squirt some sanitizer on your hands when you walk in. The person that checked us in had dirty hands, he also was the one who walked around with a rag and spray allegedly to clean and then also delivers the pizza... GROSS! When he asked if we needed napkins we said yes and he went to the napkin dispenser pulled each one individually out and handed us a wad of crumpled up tissues! 🤢 PIZZA WAS GOOD!

The kids enjoy playing the games and some of them are fun for me too. The process to check in and purchase your points/time takes way too long. Something was wrong with one of our play cards and a member of our party had to get back in that long slow line for a replacement. Surely there must be a better way, dear Chucky Cheese!

The service is slow and awful. It took over an hour to get one pizza and the restaurant wasnt even busy. Several of the machines were not working. We left without even redeeming the prizes because weve been waiting so long. Given the prices that you have to pay we expected more.Also, this was not a unique experience. Multiple families mentioned that they had been waiting a long time for any kind of service whatsoever. Very disappointing.

We had our Daughters 7th Birthday party there today. IT WAS EXPENSIVE!!! We did not book a party. We had 8 kids and 2 adults. $300 later my Daughter and her friends had fun. The staff was wonderful, helpful, and kind. Chucky was there virtually only and masks were required. We made the best out of it.

We visited on March 15 for my daughters 7th Birthday party and we were a bit concerned because of the bad reviews. Ignore them! We were very impressed with how we were treated and WOW!! the pizza was delicious (we ordered cheesy crust). They seemed a bit under staffed that day but with todays culture that seems to be the norm in food service. The kids had a blast, adults had a blast, good fun and we will go again.

Arcade geared towards toddlers and young children. The tokens system has been replaced by refillable tap cards, making it easier for kids to play. Some games were down and/or out of tickets. These machines took a long time to get filled. Overall a very good experience, even turning in all the tickets, you can make up the difference of prizes at a rate of one penny per ticket.

We usually love this place. This time, several of the games were malfunctioning. We talked to the manager, who sent some kid to fix them, but he couldnt seem to care less. Slow-moving and maybe untrained. No followup from the manager. Kids kept trying to use the broken games, and they would take plays off of their card balances, but they couldnt play. Kids are too unfamiliar with the system to realize that the game is eating their money, so they just keep trying. Even if the tech couldnt or wouldnt repair them, no out of order signs were posted. We tried to warn as many people as possible before they lost their money, but it was very busy. Those games stole a lot of money today.The giraffe ball shooting game, only one side worked. The shark bopping game wouldnt pop up the sharks. The monster token pushing game kept freezing trying to reload tokens. The claw game, the claw would only go down about 8 inches, but the prizes were about 2 feet down. We didnt try all of the games, so who knows how many more werent working. I think well just wait for Dave and Busters to open, and not come back here again for a long time, if ever.

If I could rate it zero I would. We got there, ordered our food and started to try and find a table, there was a fight that broke out, police got called and had to escort people out. Our wings were cold, pizza was gross. Most machines were either broken or out of tickets. There was more adults then there was kids. Every time I went to tell them a machine was out of tickets they didnt care. This was suppose to be a family fun day for my kids and chuck E cheese was a huge disappointment for us

Went for my sons 3rd birthday today. Was not clean and very unfriendly staff. Spent a lot of money but a lot of machines were not working and wasted several points and several machines were out of tickets. To end the day someone stole one of my sons presents:(

Great place to take a child. Plenty of games to play and a few small rides. They try to keep the areas clean and serve piping hot pizza. Plenty of prizes to chose from and clean bathrooms.The only con is the employees are not friendly. No smiles at the cash registet which is awkward. Almost felt as though they were trying to blend into the walls or disliked their jobs.

The kids love it. There are tons of games for the kids to choose from and then they get their tickets and prizes. The staff are friendly enough and willing to help when you can find them. They have a large selection of food with pizza and the salad bar.

Kids Birthday party. They did a great job. It wasnt cheap, but he loved it. Place is LOUD. Reserved a small area, brought our own cake. Pizza isnt terrible. Kid loved it, thats all that matters. For 25 bucks a kid, you get unlimited games for 3 hours. Let them go nuts.

So many updates! But what happened to the fun crawling spaces and ball pits?! We had a blast even without them! Very clean, efficient, and almost all of the service staff was amazing. Super amazing day celebrating our little mans birthday!!

Not very fun for toddlers. Was expecting an indoor play area/jungle gym like in the commercial or at other locations, this site does not have that. With that being said, this location has a very sedentary atmosphere which is not ideal for an energetic toddlers needs. Pizza was okay. Toddler did enjoy some of the kiddie rides.
