Kids have a good time every time we go.

The cash registers would not except a debit card. How can you run a business without accepting debit cards?

A very friendly hostess, helpful staff and games galore. I was pleasantly surprised.

Last couple of times we went here half the games didnt work and its to expensive for that to be the case

Pretty sad when an 8 year old declares that he doesnt want to go back and that there were hardly any games. Spent $50 on a sub par pizza that we had to go into the kitchen to retrieve. We purchased half an hour of play and struggled to find enough games to entertain ourselves. Only 10 or so games and none of them were giving out tickets yet they had someone working the ticket counter. Save your money and dont waste your time.

It was fun til they shut the games off on us without warning any of us we still had time on my sons card didnt even get a refund for the remaining balance on his card or a Im sorry for closing early come back tomorrow no nothing

This location is particularly clean. The games were all working. The little one had a great time! We didnt even have to wait at the prize counter which was awesome with a tired kiddo!

This place becomes more of a racket every year. My son disagrees though. He gives it 5 stars.

So many machines were broken down. We bought three one hour cards and struggled to find games that were fun to play or even in working order. We were unable to cash in our tickets because the only employee I could see was the manager and she was doing an interview. I hate leaving negative reviews but I was not satisfied and it seemed like the other families looked just as disappointed.

Had a fantastic experience at Chuck E cheese in muncie. The staff was very helpful, Abby was one of the workers there and she really helped us and was accommodating.. I definitely recommend people come to this Chuck E cheese theyre good people here

A good place to go with young children, all the games work and they have a lot of fun. The staff is friendly and helpful. The place is clean. We liked it and we come back!

WOW has this place gone to hell! Do not bother! $108 for 60 minutes of games ~ 28 of the 41 games were BROKEN and completely unplayable, a pizza I had to go in to the kitchen and get myself as the 3 teens working were MIA, and Chuckys every hour dance that all the kids were waiting on? Yeah no the teens working couldnt be bothered to do it at all so they just stood around waiting for nothing. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

77$ for two kids for an hour play 4 drinks and a large pizza. But they was happy!

Spent 80$ on 2 kids and me. But it was worth it they are happy!

My wife and I ordered pizza and meatballs from here and what we got was VERY disappointing. We ordered a pepperoni pizza and what we got was a cheese pizza that looked like it had been sitting out for a long time AND one of the pieces even had a bite taken out of it. A picture of the pizza is attached. Also, they did not send us the meatballs. I called the store to complain and let them know what they had done and they told me that there was nothing they could do about it. If that is what this company represents, I do not ever want to eat there or visit the store again. I do not recommend Pasqually’s/Chuck-E-Cheese to anyone.

Had a bday party for a 4yr. old. It has changed from when I was there last but a good time anyway. Or still!!

Pink hair was rude after waiting for a while after walking in. The entire staff cleaned then sat and waited while me & another mom played with our kids before 8p , waiting for us to leave. Nobody forces these ppl to work at Chuck E. Cheese !

I went to make a salad there was hardly ANY in there and they didnt offer to refill it.Then when they did refill the lettuce it was brown on the edges and the nerve to say it was FRESH 😥

After driving a hour and spending 150 dollars was very disappointed in the person behind the counter. She was rude and very unfriendly. Will not return to this location. Instead Ill drive a hour the other direction to go to magic castle. Fantastic place and spent half of the money for better food and all day fun.

This CEC has been mostly updated and is clean. It’s a classic fun place to bring kids of all ages and burn off some energy. I am always hopeful that the food will be better and the prices better. However, the $5+ cupcakes for Halloween were cute if not gourmet. Also I was concerned that there was no one to check our ultraviolet stamp on the way out.

We ordered the 2 LG pizza package with a giant cookie.The pizzas were on the expensive side, but they were good though. As for the giant cookie they were out of so the substituted with churos, which were not very good at all.

Way overpriced! The pop machine wasnt working right and then they wanted to.charge for Every little thing. Guess i would say ok because the kids had fun.

Great place all games were working great team even the manger on shift was helping even tho they were busy an short staffed they did an amazing job :I would come back anytime my daughter had her 6th bday party there

I would of gave them 5 out of 5 had all the games been working but a lot of the games wasnt working and I paid to be able to play unlimited for an hour but could not use all the machines because of broken or stuff was missing from the game.

Customer service was good. Half of the drinks they offer were out. The sweet tea container was water. The food was good. 1 skeeball game worked but only had 1ball. The baseball game had 0 balls. The air hockey table was more like no air hockey table. Coins were stuck in slots of coin games and a lot of games were out of service.

I dont understand their logic. Before covid you had 1 way in and 1 way out. Now they are combined. This would make sense for covid standards. Now there is now kid safe hand stamp checks. To leave you now have to cross the in coming line. There is no other way out, but to cross through the crowd. They still have great pizza, and the games are fun. Just changing the way in and out was counter productive. Makes zero sense.

My grandbabies had a blast.

Food was great and it came out quick! Super great experience. Manager(Im assumingwas very respectful to the new trainee teaching him the job without belittling him and I thought that was awesome! Its sad, but you see the opposite at a lot of places when there are new employees. He was very very professional and helpful. Wish I would have got his name! Overall my experience was top notch. I couldnt ask for more without sounding ungrateful! Kids had a great time and thats what its all for! Thanks again, Chuckie cheese in muncie!

I know COVID-19 has changed procedures however kindness & respect towards ppl should never be ignored. We came in with 6 of our grandkids. We went able to sit more than SIX at a table & we had to have a table between us. There was NO social distancing inside nor hand sanitizing anywhere. Strangers standing side by side, but 8 could not sit together in a booth. She stated we had to book a party for the long table to set together which is a ridiculous price for an afternoon out with the grandkids. She came out to talk to me & said "Im the one you talked too & no, no more than 6 in a booth!" So disappointing

the tubes are too small!! my grandma almost got stuck!! she had a fun time dancing though!! thank you for making her 93rd birthday the best! since of course it is her last! LOL!! she even got a pic with chuky!! she later told me that she thought he smelled handsome!! HOW FUNNY IS MY NONA!! anyways!!!!!!!!!!! I LOVE IT HERE!! cant wait to bring her ashes and pour them into the ball pit, just liked she always wanted.

You know I was surprised how good the pizza was. It was really delicious, thin and fresh. It was clean, not to many people, everyone had fun.

They have birthday parties and wristbands for 3 hours to play. It was only $158 for six kids, three pizzas and also I like how you get rewarded for playing games. I think the only thing wrong is some of the games did not work and they could have a better selection of toys and candy and other things for the tickets you earn when you play the games. You also get to keep the wristbands and the cups.

As we were leaving I think we found the remains of Chuck E. in the parking lot. Oh no say it isnt so. See pic. But seriously, We came for the games only today. Only one skee ball machine in working order, baseball game only had one ball. Definitely some maintenance items that need addressed and no Tuesday specials now. Rewards program is on hiatus. I hope the corporate folks get it together in Chapter 11 soon or all these locations will be gone by next year. The staff in Muncie are nice folks and it was dead in there so we had the run of the place. Overall this chuck e cheese has been pretty good over the years and we hope they can stay open. They do try to keep games rotating in here and the germy jungle gym is long gone. Good luck CEC, we hope you dont end up like the poor fellar we found in the parking lot.

Staff was awesome! Abby checked our party in and was very helpful and friendly. Everyone had a great time and the food was very good. They were spot on with sanitizing and masks and social distancing.😊😊

Not many places for kids to play games at, so my son loves coming here. And with a coupon I found from there website we played for 45mins for just $13.99.

Great place for kids! We paid $46 for two adults and three kids - for a big pizza and one hour of playing games. Kids got a couple of prizes and had a blast. Definitely going to come back!

Grandsons love this place. Pizza is actually delicious. We always get the stuffed crust and never have any left. Only complaint is how loud the music is especially when we have the Birthday parties there. Other than that 2 thumbs up.

Hadnt been here in ages; I was shocked at how clean it was. Staff was very friendly & bubbly. You can purchase a play card & get unlimited games in 30 min increments which was a great deal. I was impressed!

Fun for kids and adults. Prices not bad. Not too expensive and can find great deals for different packages online. Needs a little more space, can get over crowded on weekends. Other than that very fun. Great pizza too. I was surprised how good. Try the stuff crust. Excellent...

My granddaughter loves the amusements and seeing Chuck E Cheese. The pizza is OK, but certainly not delicious.

Of course the boys had a blast and wow it sure was easy to blow threw a $100 though.

Honestly, I would only give this establishment a negative rating if that were possible. Upon entering the establishment we were greeted by an employee who looked rather bored and we seemed have inconvenienced him. Chuck-e-cheese has changed quite a bit since our last visit, no longer do you purchase tokens and theyre is no play area. Instead of tokens you purchase a plastic card and use it for a period of time. While they do offer three or four small ride-on toys suitable for toddlers the remainder are arcade type games. NOT FUN! Our three toddlers were bored fast. We used a coupon for $25.99 to purchase a large pizza and for drinks, then made an additional purchase of parmesan breadsticks for 5.99, and pretzel bites for 5.99, then purchased an hour of playtime. The total came to $53.77. The pizza was as close to cardboard as you can get, the bread sticks were way overdone and not served with any sauce, the pretzel bites were microwaved well. The returned to the counter to inquire about purchasing some sauce for the breadsticks, the man returns and gives me pizza sauce that just came out of the refrigerator. The cheese sauce served with the pretzels were ice cold as well. The manager of this store yelled at one of the kids (3 yrsfor bumping into a machine. Needless to say we will never return to this location in Muncie Indiana again.

The service was actually really good. We booked a party for my son and we had our own dedicated assistant who helped serve pizza, light the candles, pick up the wrapping paper, and corral the kids back to the table for activities. Her name was Allie and she was great! The loss of stars is due to the overall environment; way too crowded, not very clean, mediocre pizza, and several out-of-order games. But my son had a blast and we will be back.

My sons favorite place! We always feel safe here. It is always pretty clean. Everyone seems friendly. Food is always hot and fresh. I highly recommend, esp when compared to other Chuck E Cheese restaurants!

They keep it very clean here and the staff is great. There are lots of games my two 9 year olds and 7 year old really enjoy. The verdict is still out on if I prefer the old coin method to the new play pass cards though. Surprisingly, they have an awesome salad bar with a large variety of options, and you can even order 1 beer with dinner.

Absolutely a great place to take your kids!! Very large area filled with arcade games of all skill levels and ages!! I thought the games were the big draw, so the food wouldnt be so great - but it was hot and delicious!! Soft drinks with refills and salad bar I plan on trying next time. I found coupons online before going, and the employees were so friendly, helpful and polite. It was a great experience and a fun place for the family!!

Everything was perfect. Manager, Orlando, runs a great store and gave my kid her favorite birthday yet...and we’ve done some rediculoislyOver-the-top birthdays. The whole family was surprised and happy with our experience.

The new playing card system is so much easier than carrying around so many tokens! They dont have as much as Im used to for prizes to choose from and the place in some areas is alittle dirty, but the staff was great! And I HATE feeding the ticket system one ticket at a time!!!!
