Everything clean staff were nice, the place was decorated up to date halloween spider webs amd cool deals, but i do have to say stuff is overpriced even some of the games break a few time to often.

I havent had issues with the staff. I recently went to a birthday party there and the kids loved it. The staff has been friendly and helpful.

A young man, Isaac made the experience awesome. He was positive and cheerful, worked a birthday party and he made it simply the best.

Beautiful and fantastic place for kids ....but...I am double sure parents can enjoy here more than kids.....so go and explore this place with full energy and enthusiasm....

Too expensive, long wait for pizzas, Salad bar closes Too early, not worth the 10$.

It aint cheap but the pizza is decent and if you play fast you can play a lot of games.

My kids enjoyed coming here the food was great and they have a variety of games to play in. The only thing that I thought was odd was the stamps they put on our hands. The manager made me show pictures of my kids on my phone to see if they were mine which I thought was a bit odd. But on another note we will be coming back again.

$1800 later and I would still recommend going there. Can go wrong with that place but I wish there was more games for the kids.

Mike and the rest of the crew did a fantastic job. It was my first time at Chuck e cheese, and Ill definitely be back again.All the kids were having a blast and the food was Great too!

Went for a birthday part on 5/7/22. Staff was friendly and helpful. Really tried their best to keep everything clean. Staff are great with interacting with kids during the party songs. Decent selection of games and prizes.

Solid middle of the road pizza, nothing super spectacular but definitely not bad! The kids have a great time & thats all that matters, Dave & Busters has a better prize payout system & more food to choose from...but if your kids are under 10 years old & you need to keep an eye on them, its tough to beat a well lit locale tgat isnt over crowded. From 10 years & up, Dave & Busters is the place to be. Dave & Busters just bought out Main Event, so Bowling will be available where Main Event once was.

Kind of expensive their large pizza is more like a medium one everywhere else and why do they always give me small drinks? Some games werent working properly and Chuck E Cheese mascot only dances near the parties so if youre their and not in a party it feels awkward. Oh the pizza is at a pick up window that no one monitors.

Best experience in the valley, very controlled. great staff. great speration of people & kids @ first I didnt want to go. thought, it would be crowded But the staff did an awesome job. My hats off to them

The food was good but its very expensive and not very many deals offered, no coupons or savings youre paying $60 for 2 pizzas and a salad bar And that is just a bit much, thats before you even pay for game play for the kids, Is pretty much no incentive to go more often than twice a year...

I ordered one large pizza at 5:05 pm there was only a handful of people. I got my pizza at 5:56. I told the girl. She said let me check. Moments later I get it. 50 minutes for one large pepperoni pizza! No apology no nothing! Never again!!

Super yummy food and of course my boyfriend does amazing as usual 😋 😊 he should totes get promoted 👀 anywaysss yeah Id recommend!

Quality of food has gone down. Wasnt informed of a wing shortage before ordering wings. I dont like boneless wings. I would have not ordered if I was aware. They messed up the pizza after confirming how I wanted it. It was not worth waiting to get it remade. Other than that, it was OK.

Price went up, but still good Pizza, great games for the kids, I like the option to have time instead of points and the safety and cleanliness offered to my kids. Just missing 1 star because of the wait time.

Food is not quite as good as Peter Piper Pizza, but Chuck E. Cheese is better with the games — especially by scanning cards instead of using tickets everyone handles.

The service was okay. I only came here with my sister and the place smelled sweaty, and the pepperoni pizza tastes nothing yet the smell was fishy after it cooled down. The boneless wings were literal chicken nuggets drizzled with buffalo sauce. That combo #3 is not worth it for $35 for a 1 topping large pizza, 8 boneless wings and 2 fountain drinks.

Staff was friendly and they messed up on my order but promptly fixed the issue and even brought us a complimentary dessert for the mix up. Only downside was that there were alot of unattended tables that had a mess and staff didnt seem alert to clean up those tables. Other than that, good experience.

Great place for a childs birthday party. My niece has a great time and so did her friends. The service was good, the food was fresh and it was not packed at all.

Awesome fun for the kids highly recommend for your next birthday celebration or just a super fun time with the family.

All games were working, food was warm and tasty, salad bar was fresh and well stocked, service was great. I love that they added time cards now instead of just points. Makes life easier! Will be coming back.

Overall, we had an amazing time! There was hardly anybody here - that is definitely a first for us as we have been going to Chuck E. Cheese our entire life and they are always packed with happy faces. Everything was clean, the staff were very polite and helpful, and the games were perfect for our kids (and for me 😉). Outstanding customer service, food was delicious and great pricing on games. Most of all the staff kept the place well maintained and super sanitized. There was hand sanitizers everywhere which was a plus for me and my family. Well done Chuck E. Cheese and the staff. Thank You for keeping my family safe and sanitized.

Delicious pizza and wings!!! Customer service was great. Different varieties of drinks to choose from and free refills. Games unlimited for 30 minutes. everything properly sanitized and social distancing practiced. Only one person at a time at the fountain drinks. Not that many people were at the restaurant which made the small gathering more comfortable. We will definitely be back again. Thank you

👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼staff friendly, restroom clean, place clean HOWEVER The worst chuck e cheese place ever!!! Paid almost 100 dlrs and it was HOT in the building no coolness any where! Weather outside was 98 and inside was about 74 on fan!! I suggest spend your money and take your kids to a better reviewed spot. My kids are wearing a mask but sweating underneath. Ridiculous

Arrived at 11:00am this Saturday Feb 1 and was super excited to see how many games were available for my toddler. However once we got to actually gaming I realized so many machines were down! The cherry on top was the ticket counters were down too! Only two were working and the line of kids was just too much. We opted to donate our tickets to a child in line and left. Visiting the RGV this weekend and I’m so disappointed with our first stop.

Great place to take the kiddos to enjoy some games. Pizza is also pretty good also. Pretty loud in the arcade area. If you have a little one with sensitive hearing, may want to bring along the ear protection

They are open and just remodeling outside. They do not have free playground tunnels functioning :( They do have all the kiddie cars working tho. The food was ok and it was a slow day.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Went with my daughters class on field trip and she had a blast. Need to have more staff in game room several games not working and not enough people to fix, and with unlimited play for a certain period of time spent most of time looking for ones that worked or waiting in line for the few that did. Went back for sons birthday much better experience with games.

The staff was very friendly. This young lady named Viola helped me and my family get all settled and my kids enjoyed being around in such a happy environment. Overall my family had a great time and the food was very excellent. Will he coming very soon !!!

Just had my sons birthday here and the staff was great, even chuck e tried making my son feel included. My son is 2 so at first he was scared of the mouse but then started waving at him. Overall we had fun and would book our next party here

Chuck e cheeses have good deals on their tasty pizza. Their new system of unlimited play in an allotted time frame is also a good deal. I bring my kids every year for their birthday at their request and normally we have a great time but today could have gone better. I didnt appreciate the lack of customer service at the location that we visited. The cashier was having a conversation with a co-worker while she was trying to take my order which she had to ask me to repeat myself several times. She still managed to get my order wrong. Also, they completely forgot about our cake that we ordered. When we finally got a cake, after my husband reminded them, it was still a little Frozen and the frosting was cracking and falling off in chunks. My kids still had a good time and liked the food and cake but I was less than impressed with their service.

I really liked the fact that my daughter can run around and its a secured and enclosed location. I also like the fact that they check the stamps before you leave to make sure your going with the right adult. What we were really dissatisfied was the lengthy wait for our food. And also that they dont have the main things that are on the menu (ex..bone in wingsand there are so many problems with the games. Thats exactly why we stopped going to peter piper. Really suggest bigger play areas (slides and all thatthat is not mechanical and keep malfunctioning. Other than that good family place.

I came here for my nieces 4th birthday party. We had a great time, they have plenty of games for kids. The pizza was delicious and they offered great service.

My kids love this location. Its big, clean with great selection of games. Never have an issue or problem. restrooms are clean. Staff is nice. Highly recommend.
