7200 Peach St, Erie, PA 16509, United States, Erie
Kid-friendly chain known for its arcade games, pizza parties, play zones & mouse mascot.
Not terrible but not great.
It was good, the food was yummy, the games were alright, my cons are that the band on stage wasnt working, there were no balloons for my sons mega fun party celebration (wish I was told ahead of time so I can buy my ownand no party hats so they gave us tickets to makeup for it. We had a good time though
The staff was incredibly rude didn’t care about the place at all. They just were on their phones half the games didn’t work, they never smiled or made the kids feel excited. Such a disappointing experience
Good place to eat pizza and kids can play games
Good place for the kids with pretty good pizza and fun games for the younger ones, I just couldnt rate it any higher, due to none of the employees running the child safety check station at the entrance/exit . I feel thats a very important feature there to make sure all the little ones go home safe with their families and not any strangers.
Loved, loved, loved getting to visit Chuck E. Cheese with the kids. This particular location was spotless and not crowded at all (went in the morning during the week). Only complaint was that there was just one person there working. He checked us in, sold us our game cards, did the prizes, and had to check us out again. Not horrible because again, it wasnt crowded but felt bad for him having to run around doing all of that for our family and then having to run back around to wait on other families too. Shouldve had more employees working.
They are doing Asian hate like I went do my interview and I did it goodly but they never let me know what happened I give from east to this place I had to waste my gas money on this the manger wasrude and cursing
They told me that they are hiring and I did interview and everything on may 8 and they said they’ll let me know but they never did and when I went to store the manager was rude and disrespectful
So when we got here we waited several minutes for the person to come and stamp our hand. There wasnt ANYONE checking whos coming and whos going, the WHOLE 2 hours we were there. This is kinda what Chuck E Cheese is founded on. When I asked the 1 and only person working where is everyone, she said as you can see were kinda short staffed here. Well, if someone steals a kid, how is kinda short staffed going to feel. Poor choice to open with no staff!
Expensive for what it is. That being said it was very clean. Pizza and salad bar were good. I had a total of 6 kids with me. We got 30 min or 30 point cards for each 5 out of the 6 kids. It was $16 for each.
Some of the games didnt work and just took time off of my sons card. I miss the tickets.
My 3 year old had fun but the staff was clueless and did not seem happy. Also smelled like puke the hole time.
Definitely not the best place to go anymore they could do a lot better... better games and prizes would be nice but it for have small kids 4 and under it would be fun.
Weve gone avouple times in the last few months and its been great to take the kids somewhere for something to do. Both my kids had a blast along with me and my husband
Its a really good place to take the kids to unwind after school and to get dinner
We have been here over 6 times now! And so far has been our favorite and the best location we have been to! We love the animatronic band on stage it is the best part! This was also the cleanest location we have been to as well. Pizza was delicious and staff was very friendly. We loved seeing Chuck E. Come out and dance! I would give 10 stars if possible!
My wife & I absolutely love bringing our almost 2 yo here. She loves the rides and the ball toss game. She also likes the mouse (Chuckieshe has such a blast. And were just happy knowing shes so happy to be running around like a kid should
My Grandbaby loved it and loved the games and rides. The pizza and salad was Amazing and so good. She loved it and had fun on her birthday we were lucky it was on a week day and there was only 1 other couple with a child and us. Will definitely go back again She loved it 😍😍🥰🥰
First time there, My kid loved it! Had really good pizza, definitely going again.
It was a ton of fun! This was our first time taking our two year old and we were pleased with the time spent. It was only $36 for a 2 hour unlimited play pass, so that was cool. We got 1750 tickets or so during that time, and were able to get a lower mid level prize. Some of the games are annoying with how short of game play they have for only winning 1 or 2 tickets but my son had fun and thats what matters. We ordered a medium pizza though, as well as churros and that was $30 so the food was definitely overpriced. The bathroom was clean though and they had one person cleaning the games and booths at all times. If I were to go again, I would eat beforehand to save a bit of money though. They have safety measures in place with a stamp on the hand they can only see under a special light that has specific numbers, they give the same number to everyone in your party, and different numbers to each party. When you leave, apparently they match the numbers of everyone up so nobody can leave with someone elses child and that made me feel good about letting my son run around a little bit without me so super close to him, but I saw several people just leaving without being checked, and nobody checked us when we left so that was disappointing. The food was good, even though it was overpriced. We got a stuffed crust pizza. It seemed they were understaffed, but they were still friendly which was important to me. Overall I give this place an 8/10. It was a great time, just a little overpriced on the food and lax on safety. Id Definitely bring my son again
My kid and I love it here Its really made some great improvements and no matter how many times the employees have heard the same noises, mascot singing etc, you wouldnt know it by the way that they carry themselves.
My daughter had my grand daughters birthday party there and everyone had so much fun. The host who took care of my grand daughters birthday party was fantastic his name was Tyler Y. He made her birthday party wonderful!!! Forgot to add that my grand daughter is autistic.
This is a well run Chuck E. Cheese’s but I do have a few things to say. About 3 of the games were broken. Last time I went, animatronics aren’t in great condition either. I would recommend putting new mechanics in them so they will work better. Other than that, this location is great!
The cast members definitely try their best that they can since there isn’t that many working. There was only one cashier named Justin who worked very hard on helping out everyone and I even talked to him for a bit, very nice young man. Manager Ed and Hannah was also very friendly and helpful. Cleanliness was okay but could be improved and the games definitely need improved. One thing I’ll give them the best credit for was the pizza, it was absolutely delicious and has definitely improved since the last time I was there.
My goodness this was my first going to Chuck E. Cheese ever. My kids were so entertained and that includes my son who is diagnosed as autistic. We will probably have to go back again someday.
Me and my family had a great time at Chuck E. Cheese, the two cashiers Ty & Justin were very nice and helped us out with any problems, everybody was very friendly, only a few games were broken but not all of them were and the pizza was delicious! Definitely will be coming back again sometime!
I took my children today on a rainy day. They were busy with a summer camp visiting on top of regular business. There were 3 employees working and they killed it. They worked their butts off and did the best job with what little available staff they had. We were very complimentary to them all as I know it probably wasn’t easy and they had to be exhausted. Great job to the manager who was running around wearing multiple hats and managing to keep customers happy!!
Today was the second time in years that I’ve been to Chuck-E-Cheese. The last time the service was ok and the food was blah. Today was a wonderful experience! The food was pretty darn good and the service was awesome! The gentleman scanning you at the front was very helpful! The Cost was very reasonable. I will be taking my son back for sure!
Really grody. 🤮 Obviously overpriced food..insane amount of tix to win anything ( unlimited time is best bethalf the machines dont work properly! If I had paid for a certain amount of tokens as opposed to the unlimited I would have been really annoyed.I asked numerous times for the air hockey table for a puck no one ever got one for us even though we ran our token card. The people thst work there seem nice enough but you can tell that they dont pay them enough to really care at all. But on the cleanliness issue I mean its really really nasty. Everyones concerned more nowadays with cleanliness, I mean this would have been atrocious- PRE Covid. 2 things that really got me though.. first off they make you take a picture of yourself with your child as you walk in so they can check you as you walk out to make sure youre leaving thats a correct child. I watched as people leaving or asked about the picture and they refused or just walked away from the workers and the workers looked powerless to do anything. Thats obviously a safety issue. And I also witnessed the young lady at the front she was putting together the little souvenir cups that the kids get for the birthdays and she was putting them in a large bin that look like a trash bin( althought there was a small worse for wear paper and tape sign on this bin., I feel that a lot of people would not know. it was not very visible, and I can see people throwing garbage into it. Part that was more concerning was that every single straw that she took out and put into the plastic cups she touched with her bare hands both ends of the straw where a child will be sipping out of it with their mouth! Ive always been a germaphobe but now that the pandemic is here I often feel validated for things that I freak out about that normally other people would overlook..this is definitely one of those things ..uggggg Chuck e cheese !! Why do I feel obligated to bring my child and patronize you?! Lol
We used frequent Chuck E Cheesers. I am beyond disappointed.. we got there as soon as theybopened. The pop machine wasnt even ready. We had to wait for them to turn it on and put nozzles on them.. this was after we were already served our food. A handful of the games werent even working, and it wa impossible to win any tickets! Youd have to save up to get anything decent... try telling toddlers to save them.. The staff.. you could tell would rather be somewhere else. I dont think it was worth the $65 dollars I spent. The food was good but, not worth everything else.
We had a blast like always. Our kids are 5 and 6. Great place for family fun. Pizza is mediocre for the price but definitely edible. 1 LG pizza, 5 small boneless wings, fries, and 4 drinks is $40. Doesnt include game fees. But again, its entertainment... pay for the experience
I love taking my kids to Chuck E Cheese. I feel safe knowing they can have some fun while in a safe environment. Covid has put a small damper on the fun, but they had someone going around and constantly cleaning machines.
We havent been to Chuck E Cheese in forever. We came for a birthday party of course. Nice to see some updates but this location smelled like drugs and urine. Plenty of parking. Still expensive which is why we eat prior to going. Like that they have more photo booths, the cards instead of coins. Would be nice to see upgrade to the tickets on the cards to avoid people stealing kids tickets.
The games are fun for kids the food is average quality. Kinda what you would expect. However the staff acted like they had all been up for 72 hours, and were on auto pilot. Just a bit of a odd atmosphere.
Decent selection of games, cards control arcade and ticket games (which is nice). Good option to get out of the house and give the kids something to do. Reasonably priced for an hour of play on the extended play days. Food is ok if you want to have food and drinks, unlimited drinks is good option for soda.
I was up visiting family and friends and my in-laws wanted to take my son and niece to Chuck E. Cheese and it was during the week around noon and I just wanted to say the manager was amazing!!! He was very attentive and on it if the tickets were out. He made our experience fantastic and we’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town thanks to his awesome hospitality!!!!
Good games to play food is expensive and the only outside food youre allowed bringing in is cake and ice cream. Good prices on the tokens though my two kids were about able to play for hours off less than $20. The man at the prize counter was a bit of a debbie downer though you could really tell he didnt want to be there. My kids were excited about getting their prices man would it kill you to smile and show some dang enthusiasm?
We stopped in for a birthday party. We ordered the pizza, it is so good!! They have stuffed crust now, that took the pizza to another level. We had boneless chicken wings as well, everyone raved about how good they were. The only blemish was the order of baked pretzels, they were cold and doughy. I dont think they were made properly. We always enjoy the games, I like the games where we can play together. The staff was nice and helpful, everyone working did a fine job.
Great place for children of all ages. Food took awhile and salad bar is ok.
Reasonable way to give children a variety of activities in one place for one price. The cashier was very patient with us as the children were very distracted by the many games to be played. Being able to pause game play when using a time card extends the fun.
We had our daughters birthday party there. Much cheaper than Round One. The games were enough to keep the kids entertained. They even let us borrow a lighter for the candles. My only real complaint is that the pizzas are kinda small so order more than you think youll need. Also Chuck E Cheese doesnt come out unless theres an official party going on.
Well my kids had fun of course, but I couldnt help but notice the manager screaming at his employees on multiple occasions out in the open, at the childrens game in the baby section, no one deserves that. On top of that the cashier that took our meal order was extremely rude and kept speaking with attitude not to mention the dirty looks she was giving. Next time will just have to try the buffalo location, they really went down hill here...
Weve been going there for years... Over 13 years! The prizes used to be better and the kids used to have more fun when they were younger. Weve had 2 birthday parties there and both were a blast! We stopped today for the "all-you-can- play" 30 minute deal and to use up 3 years worth of tickets which got us a flimsy plastic dart board ("valued at $20!"). The food is ok, nothing special. The staff is usually very friendly. Today there were 3 little boys about 8 or so that were running around stealing tickets as they came out of other kids games.... No parents anywhere to be seen! I yelled at them and they disappeared. Beware of the craziness here on the weekends! We may or may not return.
Always a fun, budget effective time for the family. Try not to go right after Social Security disability income, or any other type of welfare is paid out. As its over run with people. The Pizza is FANTASTIC as well, great overall experience for the kids.
The kids love it and you can get passes for half an hour for two kids for $16.99
Friends and family went to play games and have pizza. The children 20 months thru 8 had a good time. The adults enjoyed playing games also. The pizza was eaten and the kids even ate the crust. Busy place.
Awesome workers! My little sister just had her 6th birthday here and she loved every minute! Durga was our server/party planner and she was absolutely amazing with all the kids!
We had 7 kids and 6 adults. This is a pretty large group, but the staff was able to handle us with ease! Love that kids can run around while waiting for the food. I loved the pizza! Id definitely recommend this place although it can be expensive.
Excellent customer service. This place is huge and clean. Always went for my sons birthday. He just turned 16 for this visit and we hadnt been there since 2013 so we went and had a great time. He and his 4 friends were respectful of other children, happy with selection of games and loved the pizza.
Great place for your kids to hang out. Wish they would fix the animatronics since only their heads bop around currently. Pizza was good but my only gripe was the cups.. they gave every adult the smallest sized cup they had so we had to keep refilling it over and over even though we payed $35 for 1 large 1 topping pizza, 4 drinks (we got baby sized cups), and some points on a card. The tickets seem like they have been reduced these days so you only get at most 2-10 tickets per game while a decade or so ago they gave you a ton of tickets and made the experience more fun. Overall it was a pleasant experience for the kid but not for parents.
